The liquid storage cavity 14 is filled with acid liquid or alkali liquid, the acid liquid or alkali liquid can react with an oxide film on the surface of an aluminum alloy to remove the oxide film, referring to fig. 2, the state shown in the figure is an initial state, after the reciprocating driving mechanism is opened, the movable frame 11 moves leftwards to scrape the surface of an aluminum alloy workpiece, the treatment liquid accumulated in the movable frame escapes to react with the oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, then the movable frame 11 moves rightwards, the fixed brush 12 enters the positioning groove 3 to absorb the treatment liquid residual on the surface of the workpiece and clean the surface of the workpiece, in the process, the guide rod 17 moves in the guide groove 18 to enable the movable brush 13 to enter the liquid storage cavity 14 to absorb the treatment liquid, and then the movable frame 11 moves leftwards back to the initial state to wait for the next operation. Since the treatment liquid is not absorbed in the movable brush 13 when the reciprocating drive mechanism is first turned on, the reciprocating drive mechanism is turned on once in advance during actual operation so that the movable brush 13 enters the liquid storage chamber 14 and absorbs enough treatment liquid. The design can automatically clean the surface of the workpiece before welding the aluminum alloy workpiece, remove an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, and wipe off the residual treatment liquid on the surface of the workpiece, so that the surface of the workpiece is in a clean state, the welding quality can be obviously improved, and the phenomena of welding slag splashing and the like generated in the welding process are reduced.

Referring to fig. 2 and 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the reciprocating driving mechanism includes a stepping motor 20 fixedly installed in the rear seat body 1, a disk 21 located in a movable opening 23 is installed on an output shaft of the stepping motor 20, a connecting rod 22 is rotatably connected to a bottom wall at an outer edge of the disk 21, and one end of the connecting rod 22 away from the disk 21 is movably connected to an end portion of the movable frame 11.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5, as an embodiment of the present invention, each of the fixed brush 12 and the movable brush 13 is composed of a brush plate and a sponge block, and the bottom end of the sponge block is provided with an inclined surface.

The sponge piece absorbs water the ability reinforce, not only can save more treatment fluid, and is effectual to the treatment of aluminum alloy workpiece surface, also can absorb the remaining treatment fluid in aluminum alloy surface steadily simultaneously, and the inclined plane of its low side setting makes the sponge piece can arrive workpiece surface smoothly, is difficult for receiving the influence of work piece tip, and then reduces the wearing and tearing of sponge piece, and is stable high-efficient, long service life.

Referring to fig. 5, a plurality of telescopic rods 19 are connected between the top wall of the movable brush 13 and the bottom wall of the movable frame 11, and each telescopic rod 19 is sleeved with a spring.

The telescopic rod 19 limits the moving path of the movable brush 13, so that the movable brush can only move up and down, and meanwhile, the spring is arranged to enable the movable brush to smoothly reset, the stability of the movable brush 13 during moving is improved, stable pressure can be provided for a workpiece when the movable brush is moved out of the movable opening 23, the cleaning effect is ensured, and when the movable brush returns to the movable opening 23, the guide rod 17 can smoothly enter the guide groove 18, so that the clamping is avoided, and the stable operation of equipment is ensured.

Referring to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the present invention, the guide groove 18 is composed of a horizontal groove and a diagonal groove, and the bottom end of the diagonal groove is communicated with the reservoir chamber 14.

The guide rod 17 enters the chute to lower the height of the movable brush 13 in the process of moving the movable brush 13 to the right, the movable brush 13 enters the liquid storage cavity 14 to be smoothly absorbed into the treatment liquid, and the movable brush 13 gradually leaves the liquid storage cavity 14 to return to the initial height in the process of moving the movable brush to the left. The automatic control of the height of the movable brush 13 is skillfully realized, the movable brush 13 is driven to move in the vertical direction by the transverse movement of the movable brush 13, a control mechanism is not required to be additionally arranged, and the automatic control device is stable in operation, simple and convenient.

Further, the dust removal device comprises a dust removal mechanism, the dust removal mechanism comprises an exhaust fan 16 and a blower 24, the exhaust fan 16 is fixedly installed at the front end of the front seat body 2, an air suction opening 15 is formed in the inner wall of one side, close to the rear seat body 1, of the positioning groove 3, an air inlet pipe extending to the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 14 is installed on the inner side wall of the liquid storage cavity 14, one end, far away from the positioning groove 3, of the air suction opening 15 is communicated with the air inlet pipe, and the exhaust fan 16 is fixedly installed inside the air suction opening 15.

The blower 24 keeps blowing the fixed brush 12, the volatilization speed of the treatment liquid absorbed by the fixed brush 12 is accelerated, and the treatment liquid is kept in a dry state, so that the absorption effect of the treatment liquid remained on the surface of a workpiece is ensured, the exhaust fan 16 sucks gas from the positioning groove 3, sucks gas blown out by the blower 24, smoke generated during welding and treatment liquid components evaporated at high temperature, and finally discharges the gas into the liquid storage cavity 14, so that the volatilized treatment liquid components can be recovered, the smoke can be settled, the environment protection and the efficiency are high, the environment quality during working is improved, and the resource waste is also reduced.

The working principle is as follows: before the aluminum alloy workpiece is subjected to spot welding, the reciprocating driving mechanism is started once or for multiple times to enable the movable frame 11 to operate, the movable brush 13 absorbs enough treatment liquid, then the workpiece is placed in the positioning groove 3, the air cylinder 9 is started to compress the workpiece, then the reciprocating driving mechanism is started again to enable the movable frame 11 to complete a cycle, the movable brush 13 reaches the surface of the workpiece to clean and scrape an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece, the oxide film is removed, then the fixed brush 12 reaches the surface of the workpiece to absorb residual treatment liquid on the workpiece, and the workpiece returns to the movable opening 23 again, and in the process, the movable brush 13 also enters the liquid storage cavity 14 and is moved out to absorb enough treatment liquid again. Subsequently, the synchronous driving mechanism operates to drive the two elastic welding guns 4 towards each other to be close to the surface of the workpiece and apply proper pressure, and then the welding machine is started to weld the workpiece. After welding, the synchronous driving mechanism reversely runs to reversely drive the two elastic welding guns 4, and the elastic welding guns 4 leave the surface of the workpiece, so that the welded workpiece can be taken down to prepare for next welding operation.

The steps and the control of each device can be completed by programming the main controller, so that the automation degree is improved, the labor consumption is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

In this process, the blower 24 blows the fixed brush 12 to accelerate the volatilization of the treatment solution thereon, the exhaust fan 16 keeps sucking, and the fume generated during the welding and the treatment solution component evaporated at high temperature are sucked and finally discharged into the reservoir chamber 14, and when the liquid in the reservoir chamber 14 is insufficient, the treatment solution is replenished in time so that the movable brush 13 can stably absorb the treatment solution.
