The construction method fully utilizes one relatively idle furnace end platform in four side surfaces of the coke furnace as a foundation, then two coal charging car pairs are sequentially assembled on the coal charging car track along the length direction, and after the construction of the coke furnace is finished or when the construction is proper, the coal charging car assembled on the inner side is moved to the other side through the track, so that the construction method provided by the application can be suitable for cross simultaneous construction of the coal charging car and other processes in the environment with narrow construction site and limited construction operation, the construction period is shortened, and the construction requirement is met. The coal charging car is particularly suitable for being installed when equipment arrives at a night and a construction site is narrow.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention provides a method for installing a newly-built reheating double-suction-pipe coke oven coal charging car, which is suitable for construction in an environment with a narrow construction site and limited construction operation. A. The air conditioning system, the coke-oven lubricating system, the hydraulic system and the pneumatic system mainly adopt pipeline installation, each system is preassembled and self-checked in a manufacturer, only recovery installation is carried out on site, the installation requirement is as follows,

the cleaning of hands is needed to be kept when the hydraulic and lubricating pipelines are recovered, the pipelines are not polluted,

In summary, the construction method provided by the application can start from reasonable allocation personnel, saving of crane shifts and construction period, and adopts a construction sequence of synchronous installation of two coal charging cars at the 1# furnace end platform. Because 1 coal charging car is more than 15m long, two coal charging cars need to be installed at one side of the furnace end platform at the same time, the formal track length of the coal charging car on the one side of the furnace end platform is not enough, and the coal charging car needs to be lengthened. And (3) lengthening the track with the formal track model of the coal charging car, and performing lengthening point selection on a side platform beam of the material lifter of the 1# furnace end platform. The synchronous installation that carries out two coal charging cars at 1# stove end platform that this application adopted is particularly suitable for the equipment to arrive the goods evening, the coal charging car installation when the construction site is narrow.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

1) The coal charging car of the newly-built coke oven cannot be installed on the coke oven body due to the influence of the construction of the coke oven body and the temporary greenhouse for construction, generally is installed on the oven end platforms at two sides of the coke oven, and generally is installed separately from one another at one side. In the construction of the furnace end platform, due to the construction of the coke guide and the track thereof on one side and the construction of the coke pusher and the track thereof on one side, the construction of the coke oven body on one side is realized, and only one side of the hoister is left to organize the construction by using large-scale equipment.

2) Because 1 coal charging car is more than 15m long, two coal charging cars need to be installed at one side of the furnace end platform at the same time, the formal track length of the coal charging car on the one side of the furnace end platform is not enough, and the coal charging car needs to be lengthened.

3) And (3) lengthening the track with the formal track model of the coal charging car, and performing lengthening point selection on a side platform beam of the material lifter of the 1# furnace end platform.

4) The coal charging car has the installation height of 14.28m, the maximum single piece is 11 tons, the size is large, the station cannot be close to each other, and a 150t truck crane is arranged for hoisting. During hoisting, the placing directions of the coal loader and the coke side are determined so as to avoid finding direction errors after assembly.
