Background

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

a first cutter may be used to cut a groove above a target bar such that the bottom surface of the groove extends to the bar, leaving a side wall portion of the bar exposed from the PC member. The ram is then driven to hammer the target rebar, causing the target rebar to peel away from the PC member. And after being stripped, the reinforcing steel bars roll to a second machine frame from the blanking channel of the first machine frame, and then the PC component is turned over and transferred to the second machine frame. Then the second cutter is driven, then slotting is carried out, and the steel bar is embedded in the PC component again. And then grouting the slotted hole opened by the second cutter through the grouting mechanism, and pouring and fixing again. After pouring and fixing are carried out, the position updating of the reinforcing steel bars or the replacement work of the reinforcing steel bars is finished. The mode through fluting plus hammering can reduce the damage to the PC member body to can demolish fast and grout again, fix new reinforcing bar.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, a grouting apparatus for PC members is disclosed, which includes a first frame 1, a second frame 2, a mounting frame 8 capable of being adjusted in a horizontal direction, a first cutter, a discharging channel 13, a ram 9 and a grouting nozzle. A number of first cutters are arranged on the first frame 1 for grooving the PC member so that the rebar is exposed.

The ram 9 is installed on the mounting frame 8, is arranged above the first machine frame 1, and is used for hammering the reinforcing steel bars.

A blanking channel 13 connecting the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 for the steel bars removed from the first frame 1. That is, the reinforcing bars, which are dislocated from the PC member, are removed and then rolled down onto the blanking channel 13 and further onto the second frame 2.

The grouting sprayer is installed on the installation frame 8 and arranged above the second rack 2 and used for pouring a groove.

Specifically, in actual use, when a user finds that the reinforcing bars of the PC member have quality problems and need to be removed or the positions of the reinforcing bars are deviated, and needs to remove the problematic reinforcing bars, the first cutter may be used to open the grooves above the target reinforcing bars such that the bottom surfaces of the grooves extend to the reinforcing bars, and the side wall portions of the reinforcing bars are exposed from the PC member. The ram 9 is then driven to hammer the target rebar so that it peels away from the PC member. The steel bars are rolled from the blanking channel 13 of the first frame 1 to the second frame 2 after being stripped, and then the PC component is turned over and transferred to the second frame 2. Then the second cutter is driven, then slotting is carried out, and the steel bar is embedded in the PC component again. And then grouting the slotted hole opened by the second cutter through the grouting mechanism, and pouring and fixing again. After pouring and fixing are carried out, the position updating of the reinforcing steel bars or the replacement work of the reinforcing steel bars is finished. The mode through fluting plus hammering can reduce the damage to the PC member body to can demolish fast and grout again, fix new reinforcing bar.

More specifically, a first rotating shaft 5 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the first frame 1 close to the second frame 2, the first rotating shaft 5 extends to the upper side of the processing table 3 of the first frame 1, and the first cutter is fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft 5. A shaft sleeve 19 is arranged on one side of the mounting rack 8, the shaft sleeve 19 is arranged on the outer side of the first rotating shaft 5, an inner ring of the shaft sleeve 19 is rotatably connected with the second cutter, and the second cutter is slidably sleeved on the first rotating shaft 5; the other side fixedly connected with slip table of mounting bracket 8, grouting mechanism fixed mounting be in on the slip table.

The mounting frame 8 is arranged right above the second rack 2, a threaded hole is formed in the side wall, close to the first rack 1, of the mounting frame 8, a screw 7 is rotatably connected to the side wall, close to the second rack 2, of the first rack 1, and the screw 7 penetrates through the threaded hole and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole; both sides of the screw 7 extend toward the upper end surface of the second frame 2.

In the process of slotting by using the second cutter, the second cutter needs to be positioned so as to ensure that the burying position of the reinforcing steel bar is accurate. This is achieved by turning the screw 7, which in turn moves the mounting frame 8 along the width of the second frame 2. Thus, the mounting rack 8 drives the shaft sleeve 19 to move, so as to drive the second cutter to slide along the first rotating shaft 5, and meanwhile, the shaft sleeve 19 keeps the rotation restriction on the second cutter, so that when the second cutter rotates, the PC component can be grooved, and the position adjustment of the second cutter is realized in this way. Meanwhile, the sliding table can be driven to move by the movement of the mounting frame 8, and the grouting mechanism is driven to move. The arrangement is significant in that the position of the grouting mechanism can be adjusted while the second cutter is adjusted, so that the grouting mechanism and the second cutter are kept aligned in the slotting, and the position of the grouting mechanism does not need to be adjusted again.

The mounting table 3 is fixedly mounted on the first rack 1, a second rotating shaft 20 is rotatably connected to the mounting table 3, the second rotating shaft 20 is vertically arranged, a first worm 24 is fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft 5, a first worm wheel 25 and a first belt wheel 21 are fixedly sleeved on the second rotating shaft 20, and the first worm 24 is meshed with the first worm wheel 25; the side wall of the mounting table 3 is fixedly provided with a mounting rod 23, the tail end of the mounting rod 23 extends to the upper part of the processing table 3, the tail end of the mounting rod 23 is rotatably connected with a second belt wheel 22, the lower end of the second belt wheel 22 is fixedly provided with a wheel brush, and the first belt wheel 21 is in transmission connection with the second belt wheel 22 through a conveyor belt.

By arranging the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 side by side, the first rotating shaft 5 can penetrate through the upper parts of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2, and then the first rotating shaft 5 can drive the first cutter and the second cutter simultaneously to slot the PC components on the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 respectively. And the torque of the first rotating shaft 5 can be transmitted to the first worm wheel 25 through the first worm 24, so as to drive the second rotating shaft 20 to rotate, drive the first belt wheel 21 to rotate, drive the second belt wheel 22 to rotate through the transmission belt, further drive the brush to roll and brush the surface of the PC component, and remove the cuttings and dust. Therefore, the torque of the first rotating shaft 5 can drive the first cutter and the second cutter simultaneously, and the driving wheel brush can be cleaned while the first cutter is cutting.

The other side, close to the mounting frame 8, of the first rack 1 is rotatably connected with a third rotating shaft 14 which is vertically arranged, the third rotating shaft 14 penetrates downwards to a blanking channel 13 in an opposite direction, and a pressing roller is fixedly sleeved at the tail end of the third rotating shaft 14; a second worm gear 15 is fixedly sleeved on the third rotating shaft 14, a horizontally arranged fourth rotating shaft 6 is arranged below the ram 9, and the fourth rotating shaft 6 is rotatably connected with the first rack 1; a second worm 16 is fixedly sleeved on the fourth rotating shaft 6, and the second worm wheel 15 is meshed with the second worm 16; one end of the fourth rotating shaft 6 extends to a position between the second rack 2 and the mounting rack 8, a roller is fixedly sleeved on the fourth rotating shaft 6, and the roller is arranged between the second rack 2 and the mounting rack 8.
