Example 1

Referring to fig. 1-10, the present invention provides a composite processing system for composite plastic woven bags, which comprises a base assembly 100 and an auxiliary glue coating assembly 200.

The basic assembly 100 comprises a fixed frame 180, a feeding roller group 110, a first tightness adjusting roller group 120, a second tightness adjusting roller group 130, a first guide roller group 140, a second guide roller group 150, a glue coating roller 160 and a pressing roller group 170, wherein the two feeding roller groups 110 are arranged on the fixed frame 180;

the auxiliary gluing assembly 200 comprises a first driving member 210, a first stopper 220, a fixed frame 230, a threaded rod 240, a second driving member 250, a threaded sleeve 260 and a second stopper 270;

a processing box 400 is arranged on a fixing frame at one side of the feeding roller group, feeding and discharging clamping rollers 401 are respectively arranged at two sides in the processing box 400, a partition plate 402 is arranged in the processing box 400, and a buffer roller 403 is arranged at the upper end of the partition plate 402;

the treatment box 400 is divided into two chambers by a partition plate 402, namely a cleaning chamber 404 and a drying chamber 405, a support net rack 406 is fixed in the cleaning chamber 404, a guide roller 407 is mounted on the support net rack 406, a drying motor 408 is fixed on the outer side of the drying chamber 405, a blowing fan blade 409 is mounted on an output shaft of the drying motor 408, an air guide cylinder 410 is mounted in the drying chamber 405, the blowing fan blade 409 is located in the air guide cylinder 410, and an electric heating wire 411 is fixed on the inner side wall of the air guide cylinder 410.

Before the plastic woven membrane material belt is coated with glue, the plastic woven membrane material belt penetrates through the treatment box 400 and flows out of the cleaning chamber 404, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber 404 cleans the plastic woven membrane material belt, the drying motor 408 is started, the drying motor 408 drives the blowing fan blades 409 to rotate, the blowing fan blades 409 drive airflow in the air guide cylinder 410 to flow, and heat generated by the electric heating wire 411 is entrained in the airflow and blown to the plastic woven membrane material belt, so that clean water on the surface of the cleaned plastic woven membrane material belt is dried, the surface of the plastic woven membrane material belt is timely cleaned, and when the surface of the cleaned plastic woven membrane material belt is coated with the glue, the bonding firmness of the glue and the plastic woven membrane material belt can be guaranteed, and the composite effect of the plastic woven membrane is improved.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 1-10, the present invention provides a composite processing system for composite plastic woven bags, which comprises a base assembly 100 and an auxiliary glue coating assembly 200.

The basic assembly 100 comprises a fixed frame 180, a feeding roller group 110, a first tightness adjusting roller group 120, a second tightness adjusting roller group 130, a first guide roller group 140, a second guide roller group 150, a glue coating roller 160 and a pressing roller group 170, wherein the two feeding roller groups 110 are arranged on the fixed frame 180;

the auxiliary gluing assembly 200 comprises a first driving member 210, a first stopper 220, a fixed frame 230, a threaded rod 240, a second driving member 250, a threaded sleeve 260 and a second stopper 270;

a processing box 400 is arranged on a fixing frame at one side of the feeding roller group, feeding and discharging clamping rollers 401 are respectively arranged at two sides in the processing box 400, a partition plate 402 is arranged in the processing box 400, and a buffer roller 403 is arranged at the upper end of the partition plate 402;

the treatment box 400 is divided into two chambers by a partition plate 402, namely a cleaning chamber 404 and a drying chamber 405, a support net rack 406 is fixed in the cleaning chamber 404, a guide roller 407 is mounted on the support net rack 406, a drying motor 408 is fixed on the outer side of the drying chamber 405, a blowing fan blade 409 is mounted on an output shaft of the drying motor 408, an air guide cylinder 410 is mounted in the drying chamber 405, the blowing fan blade 409 is located in the air guide cylinder 410, and an electric heating wire 411 is fixed on the inner side wall of the air guide cylinder 410.

A transmission shaft 412 is rotatably installed on the partition plate 402, the transmission shaft 412 is connected with an output shaft of the drying fan through a gear, a circulating shaft 413 is installed on the supporting net rack 406, the circulating shaft 413 is connected with the transmission shaft 412 through the gear, an impeller 414 is installed on the circulating shaft 413, and a collecting net bag 415 is installed on one side of the supporting net rack 406.

Before the plastic woven membrane material belt is coated with glue, the plastic woven membrane material belt passes through the treatment box 400, the drying motor 408 is started, the drying motor 408 drives the blower fan blades 409 and the transmission shaft 412 to rotate, the transmission shaft 412 drives the circulation shaft 413 to rotate, the impeller 414 on the circulation shaft 413 drives the inclined liquid in the cleaning chamber 404 to flow, when cleaning liquid flows through the collection net bag 415, impurities carried in the cleaning liquid can be retained in the collection net bag 415, the blower fan blades 409 drive airflow in the air guide cylinder 410 to flow, and heat generated by the electric heating wire 411 is entrained in the airflow and blown to the plastic woven membrane material belt, so that clean water on the surface of the cleaned plastic woven membrane material belt is dried, the surface of the plastic woven membrane material belt is cleaned timely, when the surface of the cleaned and dried plastic woven membrane material belt is coated with glue, the bonding firmness between the glue and the plastic woven membrane material belt can be ensured, the composite effect of the plastic woven film material belt is improved.

Example 3

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the auxiliary glue spreading assembly 200 is disposed on the base assembly 100, so as to increase the contact area between the glue spreading surface of the plastic woven film material and the surface of the glue spreading mechanism, prolong the contact time between the plastic woven film material and the glue spreading mechanism, and ensure the glue spreading effect.

Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the base assembly 100 includes a fixing frame 180, a feeding roller set 110, a first dancer roller set 120, a second dancer roller set 130, a first guide roller set 140, a second guide roller set 150, a glue spreader 160 and a press roller set 170, wherein the two feeding roller sets 110 are disposed on the fixing frame 180, the first guide roller set 140 and the second guide roller set 150 are disposed on the fixing frame 180, the first dancer roller set 120 and the second dancer roller set 130 are disposed on the fixing frame 180, the first dancer roller set 120 is disposed between the feeding roller set 110 and the first guide roller set 140 and used for adjusting the tension of the plastic woven film material tape, the first dancer roller set 120 includes a third driving member 121, a first connecting rod 122, a first supporting frame 123 and a first roller body 124, the third driving member 121 may be an electric cylinder, an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, the third driving member 121 is fixed on the fixing frame 180, the top end of a piston rod of the third driving member 121 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first support frame 123 through a first connecting rod 122, the first roller 124 is rotatably arranged on the first support frame 123, the extension and retraction of the piston rod of the third driving member 121 can drive the first roller 124 on the first support frame 123 to move up and down through the first connecting rod 122, so as to change the tension of the plastic woven film material belt, the second tightness adjusting roller set 130 is positioned between the feeding roller set 110 and the second guiding roller set 150 and is used for adjusting the tension of the material belt to be glued, the second tightness adjusting roller set 130 comprises a fourth driving member 131, a second connecting rod 132, a second support frame 133 and a second roller 134, the fourth driving member 131 can be an electric cylinder, an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, the fourth driving member 131 is fixed on the fixed frame 180, the bottom end of a piston rod of the fourth driving member 131 is fixedly connected with the top of the second support frame 133 through the second connecting rod 132, the extension and retraction of the piston rod of the fourth driving member 131 can drive the second roller 134 on the second support frame 133 through the second connecting rod 132 Move up and down to the rate of tension that the gluing material area was treated in the change, second roll body 134 rotates and sets up on second support frame 133, and two glue spreader 160 all set up on mount 180, and compression roller set 170 is located mount 180 one side top.

The auxiliary gluing component 200 is arranged on the base component 100, so that the contact area between the gluing surface of the plastic woven film material belt and the surface of the gluing mechanism can be increased, the contact time between the gluing surface of the plastic woven film material belt and the gluing mechanism is prolonged, and the gluing effect is ensured.
