As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automatic assembling line for wooden clothes hangers includes a plane conveyor 100. In this embodiment, the plane conveyor 100 comprises a plane conveyor base 101, and the support feet of the plane conveyor base 101 can be provided with a height adjusting device for adjusting the height of the plane conveyor base 101. A first roller 103 and a second roller 104 are respectively installed at two ends of a machine table 102 of the plane conveyor base 101, the second roller 104 is an unpowered smooth roller, and a conveyor belt 109 is installed outside the first roller 103 and the second roller 104.

The plane conveyor base 101 is further provided with a first power device 107, the first power device 107 can adopt a speed reduction motor, the output end of the first power device 107 is provided with a first belt wheel 106, one end of the first roller 103 is provided with a second belt wheel 105, the first belt wheel 106 and the second belt wheel 105 realize power transmission through a first belt 108, and the first power device 107 rotates to drive the conveying belt 109 to horizontally move, so that the clothes hanger main body is conveyed to the next execution station.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the cross conveyor 200 is configured to receive the hanger bodies conveyed from the flat conveyor 100 and to transversely output the hanger bodies. In one embodiment, the cross conveyor 200 includes a cross conveyor base 201, and the cross conveyor base 201 may be formed by welding a plurality of square pipes. The bottom of the transverse conveying base 201 can also be provided with a height adjuster, a plurality of power rollers 203 are installed at two ends of the transverse conveying base 201 through a first support 202, a second power device 205 is installed on the transverse conveying base 201, the second power device 205 can adopt a speed reduction motor, the output end of the second power device 205 drives an intermediate shaft 206 to synchronously rotate through a first chain 204, the intermediate shaft 206 drives the power rollers 203 to rotate through a transmission belt 207, and the transverse conveying base is specific, a plurality of transmission belts 207 are wound on the intermediate shaft 206, and then the plurality of power rollers are driven to rotate, and the transmission belt 207 is in a splayed shape, and further the power transmission between the intermediate shaft 206 and the power rollers 203 is convenient.

At least three transverse conveying belts 208 are further arranged among the plurality of power rollers 203, three transverse conveying belts 208 are arranged in the embodiment, the transverse conveying belts 208 are installed on the transverse conveying base 201 through the lifting bearing beam 215, a third power device is further installed on the transverse conveying base 201, the output end of the third power device is provided with a first synchronizing wheel 212, the first synchronizing wheel 212 is clamped with the transverse conveying belts 208, the third power device rotates to drive the transverse conveying belts 208 to transversely move, when the plurality of transverse conveying belts 208 are adopted, an intermediate shaft can be arranged between the third power device and the transverse conveying belts 208, and the plurality of first synchronizing wheels 212 are installed on the intermediate shaft.

The transverse conveyor base 201 is further provided with a first air cylinder 209 and a fourth air cylinder 213, the output end of the first air cylinder 209 is provided with a lifting beam 210, the lifting beam 210 is provided with a plurality of supporting plates 211, a lifting bearing beam 215 is supported through the plurality of supporting plates 211, the first air cylinder 209 drives the lifting bearing beam 215 and the transverse conveyor belt 208 to move upwards and lift the clothes hanger main body, when the lifting plate 211 rises, the clothes hanger main body is separated from the power roller 203, and the clothes hanger main body is conveyed to the next process under the action of the transverse conveyor belt 208.

The fourth cylinder 213 is provided with a baffle 214, and the fourth cylinder drives the baffle 214 to lift, so that the clothes hanger main body passes through the baffle 214 and is conveyed to the longitudinal branch without transverse conveying, and the blockage of the transverse conveying branch is avoided. The end part of the transverse conveyor base 201 can also be provided with a clothes hanger body guide mechanism, so that the clothes hanger body can be conveniently conveyed to the next process.

As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the turning conveyor 300 is located at a next station of the cross conveyor 200, and receives the hanger body conveyed from the cross conveyor 200 and turns the hanger body upside down. In the specific working process, the turnover conveyor 300 comprises a turnover conveyor base 301, at least one group of belt guide wheels 302 are installed at two ends of the turnover conveyor base 301, a belt 303 is installed outside the belt guide wheels 302, O-shaped belts are adopted for the belt 303, the belt guide wheels 302 are connected with a fourth power device 304, when the clothes hanger body is conveyed on the belt 303, the clothes hanger main body is turned over under the action of self gravity, a plurality of parallel guide rails 308 are further installed on the turnover conveyor base 301, when a plurality of groups of belt guide wheels 302 are adopted, guide plates can be installed between the belt guide wheels 302, and the clothes hanger main body can conveniently pass through.

The reverse conveyor base 301 is provided with a plurality of optical axes 306 inclined downward through an optical axis fixing block 305, and a horizontal adjuster 307 is further disposed between the reverse conveyor base 301 and the optical axis fixing block 305, wherein the horizontal adjuster 307 is used for adjusting the distance between the plurality of optical axes 306.

As shown in fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, the pin machine 400 is used for receiving the hanger body transferred from the turn conveyor 300 and nailing the hanger body to the round bar. In some embodiments, the nailing machine 400 includes a round bar hopper 401 and a nailing machine base 402, a round bar conveyer belt 403 is installed in the round bar hopper 401 to feed round bars to a first conveyer chain 404, a round bar clamp 405 is installed on the first conveyer chain 404 to clamp round bars conveyed by the round bar conveyer belt 403, the first conveyer chain 404 is installed on the nailing machine base 402 through a first chain wheel set 406, a first high-speed motor 407 is installed on the nailing machine base 402, and a cutting saw blade is installed at an output end of the first high-speed motor 407 to cut round bars clamped on the first conveyer chain 404.

The nailing machine base 402 is provided with a second chain wheel set 408, a second conveying chain 409 is arranged outside the second chain wheel set 408, the second conveying chain 409 is used for receiving the clothes hanger main body and conveying the clothes hanger main body backwards, a positioning block 410 is arranged on the second conveying chain 409, when the clothes hanger main body is conveyed to the second chain 409, the positioning block 410 clamps the clothes hanger main body, and a nailing gun assembly 411 is further arranged on the nailing machine base 402.

When the round bars and the hanger bodies on the first conveying chain 404 and the second conveying chain 409 are conveyed to the set positions, the nail gun assembly 411 nails the round bars and the hanger bodies into a whole, and the first chain wheel set 406 and the second chain wheel set 408 are both connected with the fifth power device. In the specific working process, the fifth power device adopts a stepping motor or a servo motor, the output end of the fifth power device is respectively connected with the first chain wheel set 406 and the second chain wheel set 408 through a chain wheel and a chain, and the fifth power device rotates and drives the first conveying chain 404 and the second conveying chain 409 to move. When the fifth power device is rotated to a set position, the nail gun assembly 411 nails the round bar and the hanger body into a whole, and a stepping motor or a servo motor is adopted to facilitate accurate control of the conveying positions of the first conveying chain 404 and the second conveying chain 409.

As shown in fig. 1, 9, 10 and 11, the automatic hooking machine 600 is used for receiving the clothes hanger main body conveyed by the pin machine 400 and stapling a hook on the clothes hanger main body. In the embodiment, the automatic hooking machine 600 includes an hooking base 601 and a guide groove type stock 619 for storing the hanger body, and a feeder 602 for engaging with the hanger body is installed on the hooking base 601. The side wall of the upper hook machine base 601 is also provided with a manipulator 800 used for placing the clothes rack main body in the guide groove type stock bin 619, and the manipulator 800 is used for grabbing the clothes rack main body at the tail end of the middle conveyor 500. When the manipulator 800 places the clothes hanger body in the guide groove type stock bin 619, the feeder 602 clamps the clothes hanger body one by one, and the clothes hanger body is horizontal, so that subsequent drilling and the like are facilitated.

The feeder 602 is further connected with a power device for driving the feeder 602 to move horizontally, the upper hook base 601 is provided with a plurality of press wheels 604 for pressing the clothes hanger main body through press wheel holders 603, and the press wheel holders 603 are further used for adjusting the positions of the press wheels 604. Still install pressfitting cylinder 605 between a plurality of pinch rollers 604, in the drilling process, pressfitting cylinder 605 sticiss the clothes hanger main part, prevents that the in-process of drilling from appearing the skew and leading to the drilling inaccurate.

An upper hook machine base body 606 is installed on the side wall of the upper hook machine base 601, a motor installation base 610 is installed on the upper hook machine base body 606, the tail end of the motor installation base 610 is connected with the output end of a second air cylinder 609 in an abutting mode, a second high-speed motor 608 is installed on the motor installation base 610, a drill bit is installed at the output end of the second high-speed motor 608, the motor installation base 610 is provided with a first linear guide rail 612, and a first sliding block 611 matched with the linear guide rail 612 is further arranged at the bottom of the motor installation base 610. The second cylinder 609 pushes the first slide block 611 to slide along the first linear guide 612, so that the drill bit does not shift when drilling.

Hook vibration discs 607 are installed on the side walls of the upper hook machine base body 606, and the hook vibration discs 607 are used for storing hooks and are arranged in a certain sequence under the action of the vibrators. A hook clamp 615 is arranged at the discharge port of the hook vibration disc 607, the hook clamp 615 automatically clamps a hook, the hook clamp 615 is installed on a clamp seat 613, and a third air cylinder 614 is arranged at the tail end of the clamp seat 613.

The bottom of the clamp seat 613 is also provided with a second sliding block 616, the upper hook base body 606 is provided with a second guide rail 617 matched with the second sliding block 616, and the hook clamp 615 and the clamp seat 613 are pushed by a third cylinder 614 to slide along the second guide rail 617, so that the hook and the hanger body are assembled together to form a finished hanger. The bottom of the hook clamp 615 is also connected with a vibrator 618, the vibrator 618 is used for assembling the hook and the clothes hanger main body into a whole under the action of the vibrator 618 when the hook is slightly deviated from the drilling hole before the hook is assembled with the clothes hanger main body.

The end of the automatic hooking machine 600 is further provided with a finished product conveyor 700, and the structure of the finished product conveyor 700 is the same as that of the plane conveyor 100.

As shown in fig. 1 and 12, an intermediate conveyor 500 is further installed between the stem tacking machine 400 and the automatic hooking machine 600, and the intermediate conveyor 500 mainly connects the stem tacking machine 400 and the automatic hooking machine 600, thereby facilitating the transfer between the two. In a specific embodiment, the intermediate conveyor 500 comprises an intermediate conveyor frame 501, a plurality of belt guide wheels 502 are mounted on the inner side of the conveyor frame 501, a plane belt 503 is mounted outside the belt guide wheels 502, a sixth power device 504 is further mounted on the intermediate conveyor frame 501, and in order to prevent the clothes hanger main body from falling off in the conveying process, a stopper can be further mounted on the intermediate conveyor frame 501. The sixth power device 504 drives the plane belt 503 to move and transfer the clothes rack bodies backwards to a collector 505 at the tail end of the intermediate conveyor 500, and the collector is used for uniformly arranging the clothes rack bodies transferred by the intermediate conveyor 500.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the clothes hanger bodies are conveyed to the transverse conveyor 200 under the conveying of the plane conveyor 100, are arranged in a certain sequence under the action of the transverse conveying belt 208 and the lifting plate 211, are overturned by the overturning conveyor 300 and are conveyed to a second conveying chain 409 of the nail rod machine;

the round bar is conveyed to the first chain 404 under the conveying action of the round bar conveying belt 403, is clamped by the round bar clamp 405, is cut by the cutting saw blade under the conveying action of the first chain 404, and is assembled with the clothes hanger body on the second conveying chain 409 at a set position, the round bar and the clothes hanger body are integrally nailed by the nail gun assembly 411 and conveyed to the material collector 505 at the tail end of the intermediate conveyor 500 through the intermediate conveyor 500.

Then the manipulator 800 places the clothes hanger main body on the collector 505 on the guide groove type bin 619, the feeder 602 clamps the guide groove type bin 619 one by one, after the clothes hanger main body reaches a designated position under the action of the power device, the press wheel 604 and the pressing air cylinder 605 press and fix the clothes hanger main body, the second air cylinder 609 pushes the second high-speed motor 608 to drill the clothes hanger main body, then the hook is clamped by the hook clamp 615, and the third air cylinder 614 pushes the hook clamp 615 to move, so that the hook and the clothes hanger main body are assembled to form a finished clothes hanger.
