It should be understood that although the terms "first," "second," "third," etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present application. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.

Example one

The attached process in the semiconductor packaging process is to attach the radiating fin on the semiconductor chip of the lead frame, and in the attaching process, the radiating fin can have the conditions of pressure injury and adhesion foreign matters, if the adverse conditions can not be adjusted in time, the production efficiency and the production quality can be seriously influenced, and meanwhile, the risk that the lead frame falls to the ground exists in the process of observing attached products, so that the loss is caused. In the prior art, a lamp strip attaching jig and a corresponding lamp strip attaching method are provided, so that the linear attachment of an LED lamp strip can be conveniently realized. However, the above prior art has disadvantages that after the heat sink is attached to the semiconductor chip on the lead frame, the attachment state of the heat sink cannot be observed because the heat sink is attached to the back of the lead frame, the difficulty in analyzing the adverse conditions of the heat sink is increased, and the product has a risk of falling off the ground on the jig. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a jig capable of observing the attachment state of the heat sink on the lead frame.

To solve the above problem, the embodiment of the application provides a jig for observing the attaching state of a heat dissipation fin, which can check the attaching state of the heat dissipation fin in time, avoid the risk of falling of a lead frame, and improve the product quality and the production efficiency.

The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of a jig for observing an attached state of a heat sink according to the embodiment of the present application includes:

the jig comprises a jig bottom plate 1 and jig side walls 2 arranged on two sides of the jig bottom plate 1 in the length direction.

The jig base plate 1 is provided with a frame placing area, the frame placing area is used for placing a lead frame 4 attached with a radiating fin 3, and the bottom of the frame placing area is provided with a radiating fin observation groove 5; be provided with track draw-in groove 6 on tool lateral wall 2, track draw-in groove 6 is used for preventing that lead frame 4 from dropping when the upset.

It can be understood that, in practical application, the state of each structure in the lead frame 4 is checked by placing the lead frame 4 in the frame placing area, because if the lead frame 4 is taken up by hand alone, the fragile bonding wires inside the lead frame 4 are easily broken, after the jig is turned over, the attaching effect of the heat sink 3 attached to the back surface of the semiconductor chip can be observed through the heat sink observing groove 5, and the lead frame does not fall to the ground after being turned over due to the supporting effect of the rail clamping groove 6.

The following beneficial effects can be seen from the first embodiment:

in the embodiment of the application, when the lead frame passes through the rail clamping groove on the jig side wall, place the frame of tool bottom plate and place the district after, can place the jig upset of lead frame (because the bearing of rail clamping groove, the lead frame can not drop when the upset), place the fin observation groove of the bottom in district through the frame, look over the attached state of fin on the lead frame, in time inspect and adjust the bad fin of attached state, and reduced the risk of falling to the ground of lead frame, improve product quality and production efficiency.

Example two

In practical application, a positioning fixture block and a movable stop block are arranged on a bottom plate of the jig, so that the stability and the positioning accuracy of a lead frame during detection are improved by matching with a rail clamping groove, shockproof rubber is added, vibration generated during operation is reduced, and the risk of wire breakage of a welding wire is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of a jig for observing an attached state of a heat sink according to the embodiment of the present application includes:

and two ends of the frame placing area in the length direction are provided with a positioning clamping block 7 and a movable clamping block 8.

In this embodiment of the application, a rotating shaft 81 may be disposed on the jig base plate 1, the movable stopper 8 is connected to the rotating shaft 81 to realize the movable capability of the movable stopper 8, and the movable track of the movable stopper 8 may not pass through the jig base plate 1, or may pass through the jig base plate 1, and needs to be selected according to the actual application situation, which is not limited herein. If the movable track of the movable stop block 8 passes through the jig bottom plate 1, the movement plane of the movable stop block 8 is perpendicular to the jig bottom plate 1; if the activity orbit of movable stop dog 8 does not pass tool bottom plate 1, then movable stop dog 8's motion plane is on a parallel with tool bottom plate 1, can be equipped with fretwork passageway 13 in tool lateral wall 2, fretwork passageway 13 is used for movable stop dog 8 to pass through when using axis of rotation 81 to rotate as the center, after lead frame 4 passes through track draw-in groove 6 and arrives positioning fixture block 7, movable stop dog 8 uses axis of rotation 81 to rotate to perpendicular to tool lateral wall 2's position and lead frame butt as the center, then can cooperate positioning fixture block 7 to produce the firm effect of lead frame 4 on the horizontal direction.

In order to enable the rail clamping grooves to support the lead frame 4, the width of the rail clamping grooves 6 is matched with the thickness of the lead frame 4, so that the lead frame 4 can smoothly enter the rail clamping grooves 6 and move along the rail clamping grooves 6, generally, the width of the rail clamping grooves 6 is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of the lead frame 4, in practical application, for example, the difference between the width of the rail clamping grooves 6 and the thickness of the lead frame 4 can be a value larger than 0 and smaller than 1mm, and the difference needs to be set according to practical application conditions, and the difference is not limited uniquely here.

Because track draw-in groove 6 all has the setting on two lateral walls, consequently can divide into first track draw-in groove and second track draw-in groove, first track draw-in groove and second track draw-in groove are in same horizontal plane, avoid lead frame 4 to produce deformation or the unsmooth condition when getting into first track draw-in groove and second track draw-in groove simultaneously. The distance between the first tank bottom of the first rail clamping groove and the second tank bottom of the second rail clamping groove is equal to the width of the lead frame 4, so that the lead frame 4 can just enter the space between the first rail clamping groove and the second rail clamping groove, and the stability is improved. The distance between the first groove top of the first rail clamping groove and the second groove top of the second rail clamping groove is smaller than the width of the lead frame, in the embodiment of the application, the groove top refers to the top of the groove wall of the rail clamping groove 6, and the distance between the first groove top and the second groove top is smaller than the width of the lead frame, so that the groove wall of the rail clamping groove 6 is coincided with a part of surface of the lead frame 4 in the length direction, the groove wall of the rail clamping groove 6 supports the lead frame 4, and the lead frame 4 is prevented from falling in the vertical direction.

In the embodiment of the present application, in order to reduce the vibration generated during the detection, the first anti-vibration rubber 9 is disposed in the side wall 2 of the jig, and the first anti-vibration rubber 9 is located above the rail slot 6 on the jig bottom plate 1, and in addition, the side provided with the positioning fixture block 7 is used as the upper surface of the jig bottom plate, and the second anti-vibration rubber 10 is disposed in the lower surface of the jig bottom plate opposite to the upper surface of the jig bottom plate and embedded into the side wall 2 of the jig, so as to reduce the risk of wire breakage during the detection operation.

In the embodiment of the application, in order to improve the fluency that lead frame 4 gets into track draw-in groove 6, at least one side along the width direction of tool bottom plate 1 sets up tool bayonet 11, tool bayonet 11 is used for joint magazine 12, magazine in magazine 12 is taken advantage of piece groove 121 and is loaded with lead frame 4, make magazine take advantage of piece groove 121 and track draw-in groove 6 on same water flat line, be the horizontality, thereby under the stable circumstances of tool bayonet 11 and magazine 12 joint, make magazine take advantage of piece groove 121 and track draw-in groove 6 can stably dock, lead frame 4 can be smoothly along track draw-in groove 6 arrival frame placement area.

In the embodiment of the present application, in order to observe the attaching effect of the heat sink to the maximum, the width of the heat sink observing groove 5 is greater than the maximum side length of the heat sink 3, and for example, if the maximum side length of the heat sink 3 is 13mm, the width of the heat sink observing groove 5 may be set to 13.8 mm; the length of the heat sink observing groove 5 is greater than or equal to the length of the lead frame 4, for example, if 5 groups of semiconductor chips are arranged in one lead frame 4, and the total length is 270mm, the length of the heat sink observing groove 5 may be set to 270mm or 275mm, so that all the heat sinks are displayed in a visual range through the heat sink observing groove 5, and the detection effect is improved.

The following advantageous effects can be seen from the second embodiment:

the fixture base plate is provided with the positioning fixture block and the movable stop block, and the lead frame is fixed by matching with the rail clamping groove, so that the stability and the positioning accuracy of the lead frame after being overturned during detection are improved; the first shockproof rubber and the second shockproof rubber are added, so that the shock generated during detection and turnover is reduced, and the risk of wire breakage of the welding wire is reduced; the smoothness and stability of the lead frame entering the track clamping groove are improved through clamping of the clamping opening of the jig and the material box; after the jig for placing the lead frame is turned over when detecting, the attached state of the detected radiating fins is fully observed through the radiating fin observation groove 5, the radiating fins in the attached state are inspected and adjusted in time, the ground falling risk of the lead frame is reduced, the product quality and the production efficiency are improved, and meanwhile, the risk of damaging the lead frame in the detection process is improved, and the detection stability is improved.
