The cleaning part 5 comprises a gasket 51 fixed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 4 and first expansion springs 52 fixed at two sides of the bottom of the gasket 51, a liquid storage tank 53 is fixed at the bottom of the first expansion spring 52, the first expansion spring 52 can fix the liquid storage tank 53 and the first expansion springs 52 are arranged at two sides of the liquid storage tank 53 to prevent the liquid storage tank 53 from influencing the movement of the moving plate 42, a plurality of second expansion springs 54 are fixed at the top of the liquid storage tank 53, cleaning cotton 55 is fixed at the bottom of the second expansion springs 54, the second expansion springs 54 can lift and reset the cleaning cotton 55, the cleaning cotton 55 is arranged in a honeycomb shape, and the bottom surface of the cleaning cotton 55 protrudes out of the opening of the cleaning tank 4.
