The specific working process is as follows:

When the double faced adhesive tape got into the inside of rubberizing mechanism 8, slide bar 20 can drive rubberizing mechanism 8 and slide along the upper surface of bottom plate 1 left and right sides for rubberizing mechanism 8 can carry out the rubberizing operation to not unidimensional article, and after the lower surface of double faced adhesive tape contacted with the upper surface of article, telescopic link 23 extended, and the upper surface of double faced adhesive tape is pushed down respectively to the lower surface of fixed plate 21 and guide pulley 22, and along with the rotation of band pulley 2, the even and inseparable laminating of double faced adhesive tape was at the upper surface of article.

After separating mechanism 27 is peeled off the double faced adhesive tape, the protection scroll of double faced adhesive tape both sides is in winding wheel 25's outside, the sticky tape body falls into the crack between electrified board 26 under separating mechanism 27's guide, along with the continuation of rubberizing work goes on, the winding wheel 25's the winding protection paper of surface is more and more, winding wheel 25's diameter also increases thereupon, in order to guarantee going on smoothly of rubberizing, prevent to influence equipment normal work, expansion plate 24 drives winding wheel 25 and outwards expands, make the scope increase of winding wheel 25 winding collection, the frequency that winding wheel 25 changed has been reduced.

After the double-sided adhesive tape enters the inside of the separating mechanism 27, the inner surface of the top of the arc-shaped plate 30 scrapes the protective paper on two sides of the double-sided adhesive tape, the scraped protective paper moves downwards along the upper surface of the arc-shaped plate 30 until being wound on the outer surface of the winding wheel 25, two sides of the bottom end of the adhesive body are in contact with the outer surface of the roller 34, the adhesive body is pulled into a gap between the side plates 32 along with the rotation of the roller 34, due to the blocking of the guide pins 33, the contact area between the adhesive body and the side plates 32 is reduced, the adhesive body cannot be easily bonded, meanwhile, the adhesive body is separated from the roller 34 by the scraper 35 when the roller 34 rotates, after the rolling shaping of the roller 34, the outer surface of the adhesive body is smoother, and the smoother adhesive body is limited by the separating mechanism 27 and moves vertically downwards.

After the double faced adhesive tape is peeled by the separating mechanism 27, the turbine 37 fixed inside the connecting rod 36 rotates, the device sucks air from top to bottom, the air flow flows downwards through the through hole 4, the external air flow is blocked under the action of the charged plate 26, the colloid is only under the action of self gravity and the suction force of the sucking mechanism 9, the resultant force is downward, the motion direction is vertical to the conveyor belt 3, in the falling process of the colloid, electrons with the same electrical property and quantity as the outer surface of the colloid are carried on the outer surface of the charged plate 26, due to the repulsion of the same poles, the colloid cannot contact with the outer surface of the charged plate 26 when falling at a constant speed, the contact blockage is avoided, the colloid is in a non-contact state with the outside all the time after being peeled, and the influence of the external force on the colloid can be reduced to the maximum extent.
