The air guide channel is arranged along the top and the inner wall of the front side of the cotton collecting box, and the air inlet of the air guide channel is positioned at the rear part of the top of the cotton collecting box.

The front side of the frame is provided with a driving device, a transmission shaft is arranged in the frame below the driving device, a power input wheel is fixedly installed on the transmission shaft, the power input wheel is driven by a power output wheel of the driving device, and two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively connected with power driving shafts of blowers positioned at two sides of the cotton collecting platform.

As shown in fig. 1, the front lower part of the frame 11 extends forward, the extending part is provided with comb strips 6 arranged transversely along the frame 11, a plurality of vertical downward comb teeth are uniformly distributed in the comb strips 6 at intervals, and the comb strips 6 are positioned at the front side of the cotton collecting platform 9. As shown in fig. 3, a driving device 3 is arranged at the front side of the frame 11, a transmission shaft 15 is arranged in the frame 11 below the driving device 3, a power input wheel 14 is fixedly arranged on the transmission shaft 15, the power input wheel 14 is driven by a power output wheel 13 of the driving device 3, and two ends of the transmission shaft 15 are respectively connected with power driving shafts of the blowers 5 positioned at two sides of the cotton collecting platform 9. The blower 5 can be driven to work by the driving device 3. The driving device 3 may be one of a diesel engine, a gasoline engine, and an electric motor, the blower 5 is a centrifugal blower 5, and the driving device 3 and the blower 5 are all known in the art, and the specific structure thereof will not be described in detail herein.

Further, the cotton feeding passage 2 is arranged on the inner wall of the front side of the cotton collecting box 1, the upper end opening of the cotton feeding passage 2 is positioned at the middle upper part in the cotton collecting box 1, and the lower end opening of the cotton feeding passage 2 is communicated with the upper end opening of the cotton suction pipe 8 through a connecting pipe 10; an air guide duct 12 is respectively arranged at two sides in the cotton collecting box 1, the air inlet of the air guide duct 12 is positioned at the middle upper part in the cotton collecting box 1, and the air outlet of the air guide duct 12 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 4 of the air blower 5.

As shown in fig. 1, the air guiding duct 12 is arranged along the bottom of the rear wall and the side wall of the cotton collecting box 1, and the air inlet of the air guiding duct 12 is located at the middle upper part of the rear wall of the cotton collecting box 1. This arrangement is suitable for the flap 21 to be arranged on top of the collecting box 1. When the cotton collecting box 1 takes a certain point at the rear part as a pivot and the front part is lifted upwards to be close to 90 degrees, the flip cover 21 naturally loses the shielding effect on the cotton collecting box 1, and the cotton in the flip cover can fall off. However, this method has a disadvantage in that a part of the cotton which is not dropped out may enter the air introducing duct 12 and further enter the blower 5, so that a blocking net is required at the air inlet of the air introducing duct 12. Meanwhile, the structure is relatively complex, the lifting height is large, the danger coefficient is high, but the lifting height is high, and the lifting device can be directly transferred to a transport vehicle.

As shown in fig. 2, the air guiding duct 12 is arranged along the top and the inner wall of the front side of the cotton collecting box 1, and the air inlet of the air guiding duct 12 is located at the rear part of the top of the cotton collecting box 1. This arrangement is suitable for the arrangement of the flap 21 at the rear end of the collecting box 1. When the front part of the cotton collecting box 1 is lifted upwards by taking a certain point at the rear part as a pivot, the flip cover 21 naturally loses the shielding effect on the cotton collecting box 1, and the cotton in the cotton collecting box can fall off. Furthermore, the distance between the front ends of the two air blowing channels 20 is large, the distance between the rear ends of the two air blowing channels is small, and the two air blowing channels are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the top plate 17 in a splayed mode. This is advantageous for blowing the cotton scraped off by the sliver 6 to the ground between the two blowing channels 20, avoiding omission.

Further, the outer side wall of the air blowing channel 20 is an inclined plane with the lower end inclined inwards, the air blowing ports 19 are formed along the length direction of the bottom surface of the air blowing channel 20, the distance between the front ends of the air blowing ports 19 formed in the bottom surface of the two air blowing channels 20 is large, the distance between the rear ends of the air blowing ports 19 is small, and the air blowing ports are arranged in a splayed shape. The outer side wall of the air blowing channel 20 is inclined, so that the wind direction at the air blowing port 19 is changed from vertical to inclined inwards, and the wind direction is integrally concentrated towards the middle of the cotton collecting platform 9. The oblique wind can form reverse cyclone after contacting the ground, and can bring the cotton to roll upwards, which is beneficial to the cotton suction operation of the cotton suction pipe 8.

Furthermore, the air blown out by the two air blowing ports 19 is converged on the middle shafts distributed in the front and the back of the cotton collecting platform 9, and the cotton suction pipe 8 can be arranged at any point on the middle shafts. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cotton suction pipe 8 is arranged at the rear side position of the middle shaft, namely, at the rear side position of the middle part of the top plate 17. The cotton suction pipe 8 is arranged at the position, cotton is favorably sucked up, and omission is avoided, but due to the influence of blowing, the cotton is mainly concentrated from the middle rear part to the front part of the center shaft, so that the cotton suction efficiency is possibly lower when the cotton suction pipe 8 is arranged at the rear side of the center shaft. Therefore, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cotton suction pipe 8 moves forwards along the central axis and is arranged at the middle rear part of the central axis and in the area where cotton is concentrated, so that the cotton suction efficiency is improved, and omission is avoided.

Further, the ground clearance of the lower port of the cotton suction pipe 8 is smaller than that of the air blowing port 19. The arrangement is also used for improving the suction force of the cotton suction pipe 8 to the cotton and the primary impurity removal capacity. If the lower port of the cotton suction pipe 8 is too high above the ground, especially higher than the blowing port 19, the distance between the lower port of the cotton suction pipe 8 and cotton is increased, which will result in the great reduction of cotton suction efficiency and more impurities.
