1. A filter cartridge, comprising: the filter element comprises a filter element shell and a filter element body arranged in the filter element shell;

a base joint is arranged at one end of the filter element shell, and a first fixing piece is arranged on the inner circumference of the base joint and used for clamping the filter element seat; a fourth cavity communicated with the filter element body is arranged in the base joint, and a water outlet is formed in the fourth cavity;

a third cavity communicated with the fourth cavity is arranged in the filter element body, and a filter material is arranged in the third cavity;

the die sinking hole of the first fixing piece facing to the direction of the filter element body forms a water inlet flow passage, and a second cavity is formed between the filter element shell and the filter element body;

the water inlet channel, the second cavity, the third cavity, the fourth cavity and the water outlet are sequentially communicated to form a filtering water channel, raw water flows into the water inlet channel from the end part of the base joint, water of the water inlet channel flows to the third cavity after flowing through the second cavity, and flows to the water outlet through the fourth cavity after being filtered.

The filter element of claim 1, wherein the filter element body comprises an inner filter element housing and an inner filter element cover plugged at one end of the inner filter element housing close to the base joint, and a filter element joint is arranged at one side of the inner filter element cover away from the inner filter element housing, wherein the filter material is arranged in the inner filter element housing, and the filter element joint is inserted into the fourth cavity.

The filter cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a baffle is provided in said base connector, said baffle defining a first compartment, a gap between said baffle and an inner wall of said base connector defining a second compartment, said water outlet being provided in a side wall of said base connector; the second separation cavity forms a water inlet channel, the first separation cavity is provided with a first part extending along the axial direction and a second part extending along the radial direction, the first part is communicated with the third cavity, the second part is communicated with the water outlet, and the first separation cavity forms the fourth cavity.

The filter cartridge of claim 2, wherein the side of the inner cartridge cover facing the first fixing member is provided with a plurality of ribs extending from the outer peripheral side of the cartridge connector in the radial direction toward the outer peripheral side of the inner cartridge cover.

The filter element according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the filter element seat is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, and a second fixing piece is arranged in the filter element seat; the second fixing piece is matched with the first fixing piece, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water outlet, a first cavity is formed in a gap between the second fixing piece and the base joint, and the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water inlet flow channel through the first cavity.

6. The filter cartridge of claim 5, wherein the first retaining member includes a boss circumferentially disposed along an inner circumference of the base fitting; the boss is provided with at least two, and is followed the center pin of filter core shell is central symmetry.

8. The filter cartridge of claim 6, wherein the first retaining member further comprises a stop disposed at one end of the boss, perpendicular to the boss; each stop block is arranged on the same side of the boss corresponding to the stop block.

The filter element according to claim 5, wherein a first sealing ring is arranged between the outer periphery of the filter element joint and the inner periphery of the fourth cavity, a second sealing ring is arranged between the inner cover of the filter element and the filter element body, and a third sealing ring is arranged between the filter element seat and the base joint, wherein the third sealing rings are respectively positioned above and below the water outlet.

10. A filter cartridge as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second fixing member is fixed in the cartridge holder by screws.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of water purification, in particular to a filter element.

Background

Nowadays, the quality of life is improved day by day, people's requirement to quality of water is also higher and higher, and the water purifier walks into every family, and the filter core is the core of water purifier again. The filter element on the existing market is generally divided into two types, one type is that a water inlet path and a water outlet path are two independent water columns, the other type is that the water inlet path and the water outlet path are concentric circles, and if the water inlet path and the water outlet path are concentric circles, an ear or a hanging table for fixing the filter element is arranged outside a connector of the filter element body. For example, the invention of Chinese patent application No. 2020205880047, which relates to a double-sealing structure of a filter element and a filter element with the double-sealing structure, provides a fixed structure at the periphery of a joint of a filter element body, so that the appearance of the filter element is relatively irregular and inconsistent, the appearance of the filter element is affected, and the structure of the filter element is not compact enough.

In view of this, how to optimize the structure of the filter element to make the structure thereof more compact and the appearance thereof cleaner and tidier on the premise of ensuring that the function of the filter element meets the requirements is a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filter element.

The invention aims to solve the problems that the appearance of a filter element is not regular enough and the structure is not compact enough due to the fact that a fixing structure is arranged on the periphery of a filter element body in the conventional filter element with a water inlet path and a water outlet path which are concentric circles.

In order to solve the problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a filter cartridge, comprising: the filter element comprises a filter element shell and a filter element body arranged in the filter element shell;

a base joint is arranged at one end of the filter element shell, and a first fixing piece is arranged on the inner circumference of the base joint and used for clamping the filter element seat; a fourth cavity communicated with the filter element body is arranged in the base joint, and a water outlet is formed in the fourth cavity;

a third cavity communicated with the fourth cavity is arranged in the filter element body, and a filter material is arranged in the third cavity;

the die sinking hole of the first fixing piece facing to the direction of the filter element body forms a water inlet flow passage, and a second cavity is formed between the filter element shell and the filter element body;

the water inlet channel, the second cavity, the third cavity, the fourth cavity and the water outlet are sequentially communicated to form a filtering waterway; raw water flows into the water inlet flow channel from the end part of the base joint, water in the water inlet flow channel flows to the third cavity after flowing through the second cavity, and flows to the water outlet through the fourth cavity after being filtered.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

(1) the first fixing piece is arranged on the inner circumference of the base joint, so that the appearance of the filter element is more neat and concise, the change of a water channel is brought due to the change of the first fixing piece, the die opening hole of the second fixing piece is ingeniously utilized as a water inlet flow channel, the function of the filter element meets the requirement, the structure is further optimized by ingeniously combining, the product structure is more compact, the space is effectively utilized, and the cost is saved.

(2) The first fixing piece comprises a boss, the second fixing piece comprises a cylindrical body and buckles in one-to-one correspondence with the boss, the distance between the adjacent end parts of the boss is larger than the length of the buckles, and the buckles and the boss are clamped in a staggered mode and then rotate, so that the filter element seat and the base joint are quickly fixed, and the filter element base and the filter element shell are quickly installed.

(3) The filter element base is provided with at least two bosses which are centrosymmetric, so that the clamping assembly of the filter element base and the filter element shell is more stable.

(4) The first fixing piece is also provided with a stop block for limiting the rotation of the buckle and the boss after the buckle and the boss are clamped in a staggered manner, so that the excessive rotation is prevented, and the clamping effect of the buckle and the boss is optimal.

(5) The first sealing ring effectively prevents unfiltered water in the water inlet flow passage from entering the fourth cavity, and the second sealing ring effectively prevents unfiltered water in the second cavity from entering the fourth cavity along with the inner cover wall of the filter element. And the sealing ring III effectively prevents unfiltered water in the first cavity from entering the water outlet, and meanwhile, filtered water in the fourth cavity is prevented from overflowing from the edge of the filter element seat. The tightness of the water path and the purity of the filtered water are ensured.

(6) The convex ribs are arranged on one side, facing the filter element seat, of the inner cover of the filter element, so that the contact between the filter element body and the filter element shell is raised, and water in the water inlet flow channel can smoothly enter the second cavity.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a filter cartridge includes a filter cartridge housing 200, and a filter cartridge body 300 disposed in the filter cartridge housing 200. The end of the filter element housing 200 facing the filter element seat 100 is provided with a base joint 210, the inner circumference of the base joint is provided with a first fixing member 220, and the first fixing member 220 is used for clamping the filter element seat 100 (please refer to fig. 3).

The fixing piece of the traditional filter element with the concentric water inlet and outlet paths is designed on the inner circumference of the base joint 210, so that the appearance of the filter element is regularly and harmoniously, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.

With the change of the arrangement of the first fixing member 220, the water path is also changed to ensure the circulation of the water path, so that the filter element has a beautiful appearance and can satisfy the function of the filter element.

The first fixing member 220 forms a water inlet passage 230 towards the opening hole of the filter element body 300, a second cavity 240 is formed between the filter element shell 200 and the filter element body 300, a third cavity 340 communicated with the second cavity is arranged in the filter element body, and a filter material 330 is arranged in the third cavity 340. A fourth cavity 250 communicating with the filter element body 300 is provided in the base adapter 210.

The water inlet passage 230, the second cavity 240, the third cavity 340, the fourth cavity 250 and the water outlet 270 are sequentially communicated to form a filtering water path. Raw water flows into the water inlet channel 230 from the end of the base joint 210, the water in the water inlet channel 230 flows into the third cavity 340 after passing through the second cavity 240, and flows out from the water outlet 270 after being filtered by the filter material 330 in the third cavity 340 and then flowing into the fourth cavity 250.

A partition 211 is arranged in the base joint 210, the partition 211 encloses to form a first compartment, a gap between the partition 211 and the inner wall of the base joint 210 forms a second compartment, and a water outlet 270 is arranged on the side wall of the base joint 210. The second compartment forms a water inlet passage, i.e. a part of the water inlet passage 230, the first compartment has a first portion 251 extending in an axial direction and a second portion 252 extending in a radial direction, the first portion 251 is communicated with the third cavity 340, the second portion 252 is communicated with the water outlet 270, and the first portion 251 and the second portion 252 together form the fourth cavity 250, i.e. the first compartment forms the fourth cavity 250. Therefore, the first compartment and the second compartment are separated by the partition 211, and raw water can only flow into the fourth compartment 250 through the third compartment 340, so that the uniqueness of the circulation of the filtering water path is ensured.

Referring to fig. 3, the filter element body 300 includes an inner filter element housing 310 and an inner filter element cover 320 sealed at an end of the inner filter element housing 310 close to the base connector 210, a filter element connector 321 is disposed at a side of the inner filter element cover 320 far from the inner filter element housing 310, and the filter element connector 321 is inserted into the fourth cavity 250, so as to communicate the fourth cavity 250 with the third cavity 340.

The filter element inner cover 320 is provided with a plurality of ribs 322 on one side facing the filter element seat 100, and the ribs 322 extend from the outer periphery of the filter element joint 321 to the outer periphery of the filter element inner cover 320 along the radial direction. Thereby raising the contact between the filter element body 300 and the filter element housing 200, so that the water in the water inlet channel 230 can smoothly enter the second cavity 240, and ensuring the circulation of the water channel.

The filter element seat 100 is provided with a water inlet pipe 110 and a water outlet pipe 120, the filter element seat 100 is provided with a second fixing member 130 matched with the first fixing member 220, and the second fixing member 130 is fixed in the filter element seat 100 through a screw 150. The gap between the filter element base 100 and the base joint 210 forms a first cavity 140, the first cavity 140 is communicated with the water inlet flow passage 230, and the water outlet pipe 120 is communicated with the fourth cavity 250 through the water outlet 270.

The filter element housing 200 is further provided with a filter element upper cover 400 at one end, the filter element upper cover 400 is arranged at one end of the filter element housing 200 far away from the base joint 210, that is, the filter element upper cover 400 is plugged at one end of the filter element body 300 far away from the filter element inner cover 320, so as to limit the filter element body 300 in the filter element housing 200.

Referring to fig. 4, after the filter cartridge holder and the filter cartridge are assembled by connecting the first fixing member 220 and the second fixing member 130, the unfiltered water enters the first cavity 140 between the filter cartridge holder 100 and the base connector 210 from the water inlet 110, then the unfiltered water enters the second cavity 240 through the water inlet channel 230 formed by the open hole of the first fixing member 220, and enters the third cavity 340 inside the inner housing 310 of the filter cartridge through the through hole 311 at the end of the inner housing 310 of the filter cartridge, and is filtered by the filter material 330 inside the inner housing 310 of the filter cartridge, the filtered water enters the first portion 251 through the connector 321 of the filter cartridge, and then flows out from the water outlet 120 to the water outlet pipe 120 after flowing through the second portion 252, so as to form a complete filtering water path.

Referring to fig. 5, a first seal ring 350 is disposed between the outer periphery of the filter element connector 321 and the inner periphery of the fourth chamber 250 to effectively block unfiltered water in the inlet channel 230 from entering the fourth chamber 250. A second sealing ring 260 is arranged between the inner filter element cover 320 and the filter element body 300, so that unfiltered water in the second cavity 240 is effectively blocked from entering the fourth cavity 250 along with the wall of the inner filter element cover 320. A third sealing ring 160 is arranged between the remaining base joints 210 of the filter element base 100, and the third sealing ring 160 is respectively located above and below the water outlet pipe 120, so that unfiltered water in the first cavity 140 is effectively prevented from entering the water outlet pipe 120, and meanwhile, filtered water in the fourth cavity 250 is prevented from overflowing from the edge of the filter element base 100. The tightness of the water path and the purity of the filtered water are ensured.

Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6 again, the first fixing element 220 includes a boss 221 circumferentially disposed along the inner circumference of the base joint 210, the second fixing element 130 is a cylinder concentric with the base joint 210, the outer circumference of the cylinder is provided with buckles 131 corresponding to the bosses 221 one by one, and the distance between the adjacent ends of the bosses 221 is greater than the length of the buckles 131, so that the buckles 131 can be smoothly and dislocated and clamped into the base joint 210. The buckle 131 and the boss 221 are clamped in a staggered mode, then the filter element seat 100 is rotated, and the filter element seat 100 and the filter element shell 200 can be rapidly clamped and assembled.

The number of the bosses 221 is at least two, and the bosses are centrosymmetric along the central axis of the filter element housing 200, so that the stability of clamping assembly of the filter element base 100 and the filter element housing 200 is further improved. The first fixing member 220 further includes a vertical protrusion 221, and a stopper 222 disposed at one end of the protrusion 221, and each first fixing member 220 is oriented in the same direction, i.e., each stopper 222 is disposed on the same side of the corresponding protrusion 221. The stopper 22 limits the rotation of the buckle 131 and the boss 221 after the buckle is clamped in the staggered manner, so that excessive rotation is prevented, and the clamping effect of the buckle 131 and the boss 221 is optimal.

According to the filter element, the traditional fixing lugs are arranged on the inner circumference of the joint, so that the filter element has a more regular and tidy appearance, the first cavity and the second cavity are communicated by ingeniously utilizing the die opening hole of the second fixing piece, the water path connection is realized, and the circulation of a water path is ensured while the appearance of the filter element is changed. The filter element is more attractive due to the improvement of the appearance of the filter element, the long-time competitiveness is improved, the material consumption is reduced due to the more compact structure, the cost is saved, and the product is more environment-friendly.
