diameter of the products can be measured through the arrangement of the detection box 24, the thread diameter and the aperture of the products are calculated through observing the scales of the caliper 2407, the appearance of the products can be detected, and whether the surface threads are continuous or not can be observed, therefore, unqualified products are removed, the processed threads on the products are qualified, and the detection efficiency and the product quality of the products are improved.

The working principle is as follows: when the hollow bolt is used for processing equipment with a function of measuring the aperture, firstly, a material pipe is put into a storage bin 14, the material falls into a material placing groove 9 from the storage bin 14, a material pushing rod 13 drives a material pushing plate 12 to move rightwards, the material is pushed into a groove on the upper surface of a base 701 from a material placing plate 8, then the material pushing rod 13 drives the material pushing plate 12 to reset, a telescopic rod 705 drives a movable block 706 to descend, a connecting rod 708 drives a clamping block 709 to move inwards to clamp and fix the material, then a micro motor 702 starts to operate, a driving wheel 704 is driven to rotate by a driving wheel 703 so as to drive a guide wheel 707 to rotate, the material is contacted with the guide wheel 707 under the force of the clamping block 709 and is driven to rotate by the guide wheel 707, then a push rod 11 drives a knife 10 to move rightwards, the knife 10 grinds the material, the push rod 11 resets after the grinding is finished, then a cam divider 2 drives a turntable 6 to rotate by a main shaft 4 for 90 degrees and then stops, the fixture 7 moves to the position right below the thread cutter 18 along with the turntable 6, the thread cutter 18 rotates under the driving of the main motor 15, the lifting rod 17 drives the thread cutter 18 to move downwards until the thread cutter 18 is contacted with the material, then the thread cutter 18 performs thread machining on the middle section of the material, the lifting rod 17 continuously and slowly descends until the thread machining is completed in the machining process, the lifting rod 17 drives the thread cutter 18 to reset, then the first mechanical arm 19 drives the drilling machine 20 to axially drill the material under the indication of the position indicator 21, meanwhile, the second mechanical arm 22 drives the barrel cutter 23 to perform thread machining on the two ends of the material, after the machining is completed, the first mechanical arm 19 and the second mechanical arm 22 reset, then the turntable 6 continuously rotates by 90 degrees, the fixture 7 moves into the detection box 24, when the sensor 2402 senses that the fixture 7 enters the box body 2401, the push rod 2403 drives the lifting plate 2405 to descend through the linkage rod 2404, so that the detection box 24 forms a closed space, then, the back plate lamp 2409 is turned on, the camera 2408 starts to shoot the material, after the thread shooting is finished, the micromotor 702 stops running, the miniature mechanical arm 2406 drives the caliper 2407 to move and measure the thread diameter and the pipe wall thickness of a product, the camera 2408 shoots scales when the caliper 2407 measures, the miniature mechanical arm 2406 drives the caliper 2407 to reset after shooting is finished, the push rod 2403 drives the lifting plate 2405 to ascend, the turntable 6 rotates by 90 degrees to move the clamp 7 to the rear, the telescopic rod 705 resets, the clamping block 709 is driven to loosen the clamp of the product, an operator takes down the product for subsequent processing, through observation and calculation of the shooting result, if the product appearance is qualified and the thread diameter and the hole diameter are both in the error range, the product is judged to be qualified, otherwise, the product is judged to be unqualified, the processes are repeated, and the working principle of the processing equipment with the hole diameter measuring function is adopted.
