Technical Field

The invention relates to a processing platform, in particular to a novel multipurpose machining workbench.

Background

The machining workbench is needed in the machining process, and workers can conveniently perform slight machining on the machine. However, the existing machining workbench is generally composed of a rectangular panel and supporting rods at four corners below the panel, so that the machining workbench has single function and use, cannot be lifted and is inconvenient to use.

To the problem that prior art exists, this scheme provides a multipurpose machining workstation to solve above-mentioned problem and not enough in the prior art through this machining workstation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the technology and provide a novel multipurpose machining workbench.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is a novel multipurpose machining workbench: comprises a first workbench and a second workbench;

a first lifting support is arranged below the first working table, the first lifting supports are symmetrically distributed about the first working table, a connecting rod is arranged between the first symmetrical lifting supports, and universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the first lifting supports; a rolling shaft is arranged in the middle of the first workbench, and a baffle is arranged at the upper part of the first workbench; the first workbench is connected with the second workbench through a metal buckle; a second lifting support is arranged below the second workbench, a fixed foot stool is arranged at the bottom of the second lifting support, rolling shafts which are in one-to-one shape with the workbench are arranged in the middle of the second workbench, and a baffle which is in the same shape with the first workbench is arranged at the upper part of the second workbench; and a material placing plate is arranged at the tail part of the second workbench.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: through the structural improvement, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, wide application range, strong function, free lifting of the workbench and convenient and fast use, thereby effectively solving the problems and the defects of the existing device.

Detailed Description

The novel multipurpose machining workbench of the invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

With the attached drawings, the novel multipurpose machining workbench comprises a workbench I1 and a workbench II 2;

a first lifting support 3 is arranged below the first workbench 1, the first lifting support 3 is symmetrically distributed about the first workbench 1, a connecting rod 4 is arranged between the first symmetrical lifting supports 3, and a universal wheel 10 is arranged at the bottom of the first lifting support 3; a rolling shaft 5 is arranged in the middle of the first workbench 1, and a baffle 6 is arranged at the upper part of the first workbench 1; the first workbench 1 is connected with the second workbench 2 through a metal buckle 11; a second lifting support 7 is arranged below the second workbench 2, a fixed foot rest 8 is arranged at the bottom of the second lifting support 7, a rolling shaft 5 which is in the same shape as the first workbench 1 is arranged in the middle of the second workbench 2, and a baffle 6 which is the same as the first workbench 1 is arranged at the upper part of the second workbench 2; and a material placing plate 9 is arranged at the tail part of the second workbench 2.
