then, when the stamping die 4 filled with the towel raw material rotates to the stamping station C, the die detection rod 601 positioned between the induction station B and the stamping station C is aligned with the first sensor 602, the first sensor 602 transmits the die in-place information to the control device 9, the control device 9 controls the upper jacking oil cylinder 701 to push the jacking rod 702 to descend, the turntable 301 descends to be attached to the bedplate 2, at the moment, the turntable 301 stops rotating, then the air cylinder 605 is started, the die positioning rod 603 extends out, and the second triangular clamping block 604 is clamped into the triangular clamping groove 402 in the stamping die 4 positioned on the stamping station C;

s3, stamping forming: the hole aligning detection rod 607 aligns with the second sensor 608, the second sensor 608 transmits the hole aligning information to the control device 9, the control device 9 starts the compression oil cylinder 503 to stretch and push the pressing plate 502 to slide downwards along the sliding rod 501, so as to push the pressing rod 506 to press into the punching hole 404 in the punching die 4 to compress the towel into a pie shape;

s4, pushing material collection: after punch forming, the mold positioning rod 603 retracts, the second triangular clamping block 604 is separated from the triangular clamping groove 402, then, the control device 9 controls the upward jacking oil cylinder 701 to push the jacking rod 702 to ascend to jack the turntable 301, and the starting motor 305 drives the turntable 301 to rotate; when the stamping die 4 enters the unloading station D, the rotation is stopped, the control device 9 starts the compression oil cylinder 503 to push the pressing plate 502 to slide downwards along the sliding rod 501, the push rod 510 is pressed into the stamping hole 404 below the push rod, the compressed towel after being stamped is pushed out of the stamping die 4 and then enters the material pushing port 801 and the material discharging pipeline 802 for rapid unloading and collection, the turntable 301 continuously rotates to enter the loading station, and the process is repeated.

In the above process, when the pressing plate 502 is pressed down to compress the towel, the push rod 510 is synchronously pressed into the punching hole 404 below the pressing plate, and the punching and pushing are synchronously performed.

And S2, rotation positioning, S3, stamping forming, S4 and pushing material collection are all automatically operated under the control of the control device 9.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

According to the invention, by arranging the automatic positioning hole aligning mechanism 6, and by arranging the die detection rod 601, the first inductor 602, the die positioning rod 603, the second triangular fixture block 604, the cylinder 605, the hole aligning detection rod 607 and the second inductor 608, the stamping die 4 on the stamping station C is accurately positioned and stably fixed, so that stamping and material pushing are smoothly in place, and the die cannot be damaged by pressing.

4. 5. According to the invention, the control device 9 is arranged, parameters are set through the touch screen 902, the turntable mechanism 3, the compression ejection mechanism 5, the automatic positioning hole-aligning mechanism 6 and the turntable ejection mechanism 7 are controlled, the actions of rotation, positioning hole-aligning, stamping, material pushing and the like are automatically completed by a machine except for the feeding action, the degree of automation is high, and the compression quality is good.
