Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution: a quick hook opening device for a railway wagon comprises a torsion bar 1, a center pin 2, a torsion spring 3, a first torsion spring stop lever 4, a second torsion spring stop lever 5, a first screw 6 and a leveling block 8.

One end of the torsion bar 1 is connected with a knuckle 11.

One end of a screw I6 penetrates through the leveling block mounting part of the torsion bar 1 along the thickness direction of the torsion bar 1 and is fixedly connected with a leveling block 8; the leveling block 8 is fixedly connected to the coupler 10 by welding. The end part of the first screw 6 is provided with threads, the root part of the first screw is provided with a round pin structure, and the joint of the torsion bar 1 and the first screw 6 is positioned at the round pin and is in rotary connection with the joint of the first screw 6. The user can adjust the height of the torsion bar 1 by adjusting the rotation depth of the screw-6.

The top of the leveling block 8 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw I6; the depth of the threaded hole is less than the length of the first screw 6.

When the quick coupler opening device for the railway freight car is installed, firstly, the center pin 2 and the second torsion spring stop lever 5 are fixed on the upper plane of the end part of the car coupler 10 in a welding or other mode, and the distance between the center pin 2 and the second torsion spring stop lever 5 is ensured; then a torsion bar 1, a torsion spring 3, a backing plate 7 and a second screw 9 are sequentially installed; after the coupler knuckle 11 is opened and in an open-hook state, the torsion spring 3 is welded on the torsion bar 1, and the leveling block 8 is welded or fixed on the upper plane of the coupler knuckle 11 in other modes; and then the screw I6 of the leveling block 8 is installed.

When the quick unhooking system is used, after the quick unhooking system is installed, when the coupler knuckle 11 is in an unhooking state, the torsion spring 3 is not stressed. When the knuckle 11 is in the closed hook state, the torsion spring 3 is stressed.

Because the coupler knuckle 11 is in the closed state, the torsion spring 3 of the quick opening system is in the stressed state, and when the opening lever is moved to open the coupler knuckle 11, the labor is saved, and the efficiency is high.

In summary, according to the quick coupler opening device for the rail wagon, the torsion bar 1 provided with the torsion spring 3 is arranged, two ends of the torsion spring 3 are respectively fixed on the torsion bar 1 and the coupler 10, one end of the torsion bar 1 is rotatably connected to the coupler 10 through the center pin 2, and the other end of the torsion bar is connected to the coupler knuckle 11.
