Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of production of flat printed matters, packaging bags, paper and other sheet materials, in particular to a feeding platform, a bundling device and a bundling method for a bundling machine.

Background

After sheet materials such as plane presswork, packaging bags, paper and the like are produced, the subsequent processes such as stacking, finishing, packaging, bundling and the like are required, the production process is ended, and the product can be delivered from a factory at any time. In traditional production flow, processes such as counting, stacking, sorting, packaging and bundling need to be manually processed, so that the production cost is high, the production efficiency is low, and the counting accuracy and the sorting and bundling effect are difficult to guarantee.

If automatic and mechanical stacking and sorting and packaging are adopted for bundling the sheet materials, a bundling device is needed to bundle the sheet materials which are stacked and sorted into a stack. In the prior art, a bundling device which is mature in market application is a bundling machine. For example, in the patent of utility model CN201821356484.3, the applicant of this patent previously filed, the bundling device used is a bundling machine, and when the bundling machine is operated, a stack of sheet materials is fed above the belt groove of the bundling machine, the bundling machine is looped and bundled, and the end portion is thermally bonded and cut off to complete the bundling.

However, when the strapping machine is applied to strapping sheet materials, some technical problems are easily caused, one of which is that the strapping is not tight because the panel on the strapping machine is usually higher than the belt groove, and when the sheet materials are placed on the panel for strapping, a gap is left between the heat bonding points of the sheet materials and the belt groove, so that the strapping machine cannot completely cling to the sheet materials, and finally the strapping is not tight, and even scattering occurs in the subsequent working section.

The sheet material can be various forms of sheet materials such as plane printed matters, packaging bags, paper and the like, and is suitable for the invention.

The front side and the front side of the invention refer to the downstream direction of the sheet material, the front panel refers to the panel positioned in the downstream direction of the sheet material, the rear side and the rear side refer to the upstream direction of the sheet material, and the rear panel refers to the panel positioned in the upstream direction of the sheet material.

The sum and/or the sum or the selection relation of the invention means that only the front panel can move along the front-back direction, only the rear panel can move along the front-back direction, and both the front panel and the rear panel can move along the front-back direction, and the sum and/or the selection relation is within the scope of the invention.

The folding means that the front panel and the end part of the rear panel are closed in a contact mode, or the end parts of the front panel and the rear panel are close to each other until the gap is small, so that the sheet-shaped materials are guaranteed not to be blocked.

The separation of the invention means that the ends of the front panel and the back panel are separated by a certain distance, and at least the belt groove of the belt binding machine is exposed, so as to ensure that the binding is successfully finished.
