1. An assembled slidable wall surface, comprising:

the rail keel comprises a fixed bottom plate and a sliding rail arranged on the fixed bottom plate; the fixed bottom plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall body;

the sliding part is provided with a sliding part which is matched with the sliding rail to slide, and the sliding part can freely slide along the full length direction of the rail keel; the sliding piece is provided with a first limiting part;

the dry hanging piece is provided with a second limiting part which is matched with and clamped and limited by the first limiting part; and

the wallboard is fixedly connected to the dry hanging piece; the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards are mutually abutted.

A fabricated slidable wall surface according to claim 1, wherein the slider has a first plane and second and third planes opposite to the first plane; an L-shaped step-shaped notch is formed between the second plane and the third plane, the second plane and the third plane are connected through a fourth plane, and the third plane and the first plane are connected through a fifth plane; the sliding part is arranged on the second plane; the first limiting part is arranged on the third plane.

3. A fabricated slidable wall lining as defined in claim 2, wherein the dry-hang element comprises:

a transverse plate;

one end of the first vertical plate is vertically connected with one end of the transverse plate in an L shape, and the first vertical plate is fixedly connected with the wall plate; and

one end of the second vertical plate is vertically connected with the other end of the transverse plate in an L shape; the second vertical plate and the first vertical plate are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse plate; the second limiting part is arranged on the second vertical plate, and the lower end of the second vertical plate is inserted into the L-shaped step-shaped notch.

4. The assembly type slidable wall surface according to claim 3, wherein a slope is formed on a side of the fourth plane close to the second plane, and a limit slot is formed between the slope and the L-shaped step-shaped notch.

5. The assembly-type slidable wall surface of claim 4, wherein said sliding portion is a sliding groove provided on said second plane, and said sliding rail is a convex slider provided on said fixed base plate.

6. A fabricated slidable wall surface according to claim 5, wherein the sliding surface of the sliding rail in contact with the sliding portion is an arc-shaped surface.

7. The assembly-type slidable wall surface according to claim 3, wherein the first stopper portion is a stopper groove provided on the third plane, and the second stopper portion is a stopper projection provided on the second riser.

The assembly type slidable wall surface according to claim 7, wherein an arc surface is provided at an entrance of the limiting groove, one end of the arc surface is connected to one end of the fifth plane, and the other end of the arc surface is connected to the inner concave surface of the limiting groove.

The assembled slidable wall surface according to claim 1, wherein the rail keel further comprises a reinforcing base, two sides of the reinforcing base are respectively connected with the fixing base plate and the sliding rail, and two clamping grooves with symmetrical vertical structures are formed at the joint of the sliding rail and the reinforcing base.

10. A method of installing a fabricated slidable wall surface according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

fixedly installing the rail keel on a wall body through a fixing bottom plate of the rail keel;

clamping and mounting a sliding piece on a sliding rail of the rail keel through a sliding part of the sliding piece;

fixedly assembling the dry hanging piece and the wallboard into a whole;

clamping and mounting the dry hanging piece on the first limiting part of the sliding piece through the second limiting part of the dry hanging piece, and thus finishing the fixed mounting of the single wallboard;

and repeating the installation steps, wherein the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards are mutually abutted until the installation of the whole wall surface is completed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of mounting of assembled wallboards, in particular to an assembled slidable wall and a mounting method thereof.

Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form.

In the existing assembly type wallboard installation system, most wallboards are provided with slots at two sides, and are installed block by using a metal line insertion type installation structure from left to right or from right to left. If chinese patent CN201621372252.8 discloses an assembled wallboard clamping structure, it is installed on the inner wall of the wall, including reentrant corner assembly section bar, hollow integrated wallboard, reentrant corner wall leveling member, plane wall leveling member and plane assembly section bar, reentrant corner wall leveling member is set up in wall corner department, reentrant corner wall leveling member both ends are connected with hollow integrated wallboard clamping respectively, be equipped with wall leveling member between reentrant corner wall leveling member and the wall, plane assembly section bar sets up in the wall inboard, plane assembly section bar both ends are connected with hollow integrated wallboard clamping respectively, be equipped with plane wall leveling member between plane assembly section bar and the wall. In the patent, clamping grooves are formed in two sides of a hollow integrated wallboard, and two adjacent hollow integrated wallboards are integrally assembled through plane assembly profiles (namely metal lines) in a clamping mode. For another example, chinese patent CN201910483729.1 discloses a wall panel mounting structure and a mounting method thereof. Wallboard mounting structure includes wallboard, joint spare and connecting piece, links to each other through the connecting piece between two adjacent wallboards, and the left side of wallboard on the leftmost and the right side of wallboard on the rightmost are equipped with the joint spare, and connecting piece, joint spare link to each other with the vertical keel who fixes on the former wall body that needs to decorate respectively. The installation method comprises the following steps: installing a plurality of vertical keels on an original wall body to be decorated at intervals; adjusting a leveling base on the vertical keel, and leveling the vertical keel; installing a connecting piece on the vertical keel corresponding to the splicing position of two adjacent wallboards; a plurality of clamping pieces are arranged on the left side of the leftmost wall board and the right side of the rightmost wall board at intervals; the joint spare on with leftmost and the wallboard on the rightmost is fixed to vertical keel, pegs graft through the connecting piece between two adjacent wallboards.

This kind sets up the joint recess in wallboard both sides, and the installation wallboard structure through metal lines connecting piece joint between two adjacent wallboards needs from left to right or from right to left order one by one to install when the installation, has leaded to later stage wallboard itself to appear damaged or when polluting needs to be changed, needs to carry out the destructive demolishment. If a wall panel is arranged in the middle of one wall and needs to be replaced, the wall panel needs to be removed from the edge of the wall until the position of the wall panel to be replaced is removed. Not only is the maintenance and the replacement inconvenient, but also the labor cost is higher, and a lot of defects and troubles are caused to the later operation and maintenance of the project.

On the other hand, if the wallboard is installed in a dry hanging mode, the wallboard needs to be installed in place in one step, fine adjustment on the position can not be carried out after the wallboard is fixed on the dry hanging piece, and the requirement of flexible and adjustable installation of the wallboard can not be met.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a fabricated slidable wall surface and a method for installing the same.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a fabricated slidable wall surface comprising:

the rail keel comprises a fixed bottom plate and a sliding rail arranged on the fixed bottom plate; the fixed bottom plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall body;

the sliding part is provided with a sliding part which is matched with the sliding rail to slide, and the sliding part can freely slide along the full length direction of the rail keel; the sliding piece is provided with a first limiting part;

the dry hanging piece is provided with a second limiting part which is matched with and clamped and limited by the first limiting part; and

the wallboard is fixedly connected to the dry hanging piece; the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards are mutually abutted.

Preferably, the slider has a first plane and second and third planes opposite to the first plane; an L-shaped step-shaped notch is formed between the second plane and the third plane, the second plane and the third plane are connected through a fourth plane, and the third plane and the first plane are connected through a fifth plane; the sliding part is arranged on the second plane; the first limiting part is arranged on the third plane.

Preferably, the dry suspension member comprises:

a transverse plate;

one end of the first vertical plate is vertically connected with one end of the transverse plate in an L shape, and the first vertical plate is fixedly connected with the wall plate; and

one end of the second vertical plate is vertically connected with the other end of the transverse plate in an L shape; the second vertical plate and the first vertical plate are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transverse plate; the second limiting part is arranged on the second vertical plate, and the lower end of the second vertical plate is inserted into the L-shaped step-shaped notch.

Preferably, one side of the fourth plane, which is close to the second plane, is provided with a section of inclined plane, and a limiting clamping groove is formed between the inclined plane and the L-shaped step-shaped notch.

Preferably, the sliding part is a sliding groove disposed on the second plane, and the sliding rail is a protruding slider disposed on the fixed base plate.

Preferably, the first limiting part is a limiting groove arranged on the third plane, and the second limiting part is a limiting protrusion arranged on the second vertical plate.

clamping and mounting a sliding piece on a sliding rail of the rail keel through a sliding part of the sliding piece;

fixedly assembling the dry hanging piece and the wallboard into a whole;

clamping and mounting the dry hanging piece on the first limiting part of the sliding piece through the second limiting part of the dry hanging piece, and thus finishing the fixed mounting of the single wallboard;

and repeating the installation steps, wherein the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards are mutually abutted until the installation of the whole wall surface is completed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:

the wallboard of the assembled slidable wall surface is installed in a dry hanging mode, the wallboard fixed on the dry hanging piece can freely slide along the full length direction of the rail keel under the driving of the sliding piece, so that the installation position of the wallboard can be flexibly adjusted after the wallboard is fixed on the dry hanging piece, and the flexible and adjustable requirements of the wallboard installation are met.

On the other hand, the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards of the assembled slidable wall surface are mutually abutted, the two adjacent wallboards are not assembled into a whole through metal lines, namely, the installation of each wallboard is independent, and the side surfaces of the adjacent wallboards are not fixedly connected, so that a certain installation sequence is not required to be followed when the wallboard is installed like the traditional wallboard installation, the damaged wallboard needing to be replaced can be pertinently dismantled, the wall surface structures at other positions are not required to be damaged, and the maintenance and the replacement are more convenient.

The mounting method of the assembled slidable wall surface is simple and easy to operate, and all the assembling parts are connected in a clamping manner only, so that the wallboard can be quickly mounted.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present invention with unnecessary detail, only the structures and/or process steps closely related to the scheme according to the present invention are shown in the drawings, and other details not so related to the present invention are omitted.

In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the term "connected" may be a straight connection or an indirect connection with an additional connecting member in between, unless otherwise specified. Examples

The embodiment of the invention provides an assembled slidable wall surface, which is structurally shown in figures 1-8. An assembled slidable wall surface comprises a dry hanging piece 1, a sliding piece 2, a track keel 3 and a wallboard 4, wherein the track keel 3 comprises a fixed bottom plate 301 and a sliding track 303 arranged on the fixed bottom plate 301; the fixing base plate 301 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall 5, a plurality of screw fixing holes 3011 can be formed in the fixing base plate 301, and the fixing base plate 301 is fixedly installed on the wall by driving fixing screws into the screw fixing holes 3011; the sliding part 2 is provided with a sliding part 2021 which is matched with the sliding rail 303 to slide, and the sliding part 2 can freely slide along the whole length direction of the rail keel 3; the sliding member 2 is provided with a first limiting part 2031; a second limiting part 1031 matched and clamped with the first limiting part 2031 for limiting is arranged on the dry hanging part 1; the wall plate 4 is fixedly connected to the dry hanging piece 1; the side surfaces of two adjacent wall plates 4 are mutually abutted.

The wallboard 4 of the assembled slidable wall surface is installed in a dry hanging mode, the wallboard 4 fixed on the dry hanging piece 1 can freely slide along the full-length direction of the rail keel 3 under the driving of the sliding piece 2, so that the installation position of the wallboard 4 can be flexibly adjusted after the wallboard 4 is fixed on the dry hanging piece 1, and the requirement that the wallboard 4 is flexibly and adjustably installed is met.

The opposite two side surfaces of the wall plate 4 in the assembled slidable wall surface do not need to be provided with clamping grooves, namely the opposite two side surfaces of the wall plate 4 are flat planes. Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a single wall panel 4 fixedly mounted to a wall 5 as a single wall panel mounting unit. During installation, the length of a wall body 5 can be measured in advance, then the number of wallboards 4 needing to be installed is calculated according to the length of the wall body 5, namely, the number of the wallboards needing to be installed is calculated, the side faces of the wallboards 4 of two adjacent independent wallboards are mutually abutted, and the fixed installation of the wallboards 4 on the whole wall body 5 can be completed through the multi-element splicing and assembling of a plurality of independent wallboards (fig. 1 shows a wall surface structure schematic diagram formed by splicing 3 independent installation units). Like this, mutual independence between a plurality of independent installation units, there is not the relation of connection between the adjacent wallboard 4, therefore needn't follow certain installation order like traditional wallboard installation during the installation, and can carry out the pertinence to the damage independent installation unit that needs the wallboard 4 place of changing and demolish, and needn't destroy the wall structure of other positions departments, it is more convenient to maintain and change.

In addition, because the wall panels 4 of the present invention can freely slide along the full length direction of the rail keel 3, the two adjacent wall panels 4 can be tightly spliced, i.e. connected in an abutting manner (as shown in fig. 1); the two adjacent wallboards 4 can be separated by a certain distance according to requirements, and the size of the process seam is also flexible and adjustable.

Preferably, the slider 2 of the embodiment of the present invention has a first plane 201 and a second plane 202 and a third plane 203 opposite to the first plane 201; an L-shaped step notch 206 is formed between the second plane 202 and the third plane 203, the second plane 202 and the third plane 203 are connected through a fourth plane 204, and the third plane 203 and the first plane 201 are connected through a fifth plane 205; the sliding portion 2021 is provided on the second plane 202; the first stopper portion 2031 is provided on the third plane 203. The structure of the slider 2 is shown in fig. 5 and 6. An L-shaped step-shaped notch 206 is formed between the second plane 202 and the third plane 203 of the sliding member 2 for accommodating the dry hanging member 1 fixedly connected with the wall plate 4, and the lower end of the dry hanging member 1 is just clamped into the L-shaped step-shaped notch 206.

Preferably, the dry hanging piece 1 of the embodiment of the invention comprises a transverse plate 101, a first vertical plate 102 and a second vertical plate 103, wherein one end of the first vertical plate 102 is vertically connected with one end of the transverse plate 101 in an L shape, the first vertical plate 102 is fixedly connected with the wallboard 4, a plurality of screw mounting holes 1021 can be formed in the first vertical plate 102, and the wallboard 4 is fixedly mounted on the dry hanging piece 1 in advance by driving fixing screws into the screw mounting holes 1021; one end of the second vertical plate 103 is vertically connected with the other end of the transverse plate 101 in an L shape; the second vertical plate 103 and the first vertical plate 102 are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the transverse plate 101; the second stopper 1031 is disposed on the second riser 103, and the lower end of the second riser 103 is inserted into the L-shaped step-like notch 206. The structure of the dry hanger 1 is shown in fig. 7 and 8. During installation, the sliding member 2 is clamped and limited by the first limiting portion 2031 on the third plane 203 and the second limiting portion 1031 on the dry hanging member 1, and is assembled into a whole. The joint through first spacing portion 2031 and second spacing portion 1031 is spacing to make the connection between dry hanging piece 1 and slider 2 more firm, and wallboard 4 is more stable after the installation, and difficult emergence is not hard up. The engagement between the first limiting portion 2031 and the second limiting portion 1031 can limit the position of the dry hanging member 1 in the vertical direction (based on the directions shown in fig. 1 and 2), so as to prevent the assembled dry hanging member 1 from shifting in the vertical position.

Preferably, a section of inclined surface 2041 is disposed on one side of the fourth plane 204 close to the second plane 202, and a limit slot 207 is formed between the inclined surface 2041 and the L-shaped step-shaped notch 206. Thus, after the inclined plane 2041 is arranged, the left side (based on the direction shown in fig. 6) of the fourth plane 204 is highly protruded out of the right side, after the dry hanging piece 1 is assembled with the sliding piece 2 in a clamping manner, the lower side of the dry hanging piece 1 can be clamped into the limiting clamping groove 207, and thus after the dry hanging piece 1 is assembled with the sliding piece 2 in a clamping manner, the limiting clamping groove 207 can limit the dry hanging piece 1 in the front-back direction (based on the direction shown in fig. 2), and the assembled dry hanging piece 1 is prevented from shifting in the front-back position.

Preferably, the sliding portion 2021 is a sliding groove provided on the second plane 202, and the sliding rail 303 is a convex slider provided on the fixed base plate 301. The sliding groove may be designed into a generally rectangular shape, or may be designed into other shapes, and preferably, the sliding surface of the sliding rail 303 contacting with the sliding portion 2021 is an arc-shaped surface, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. At this time, the sliding part 2 is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the arc-shaped surface structure. The sliding rail 303 of the arc-shaped surface structure can enable the sliding part 2 to slide more smoothly on the sliding rail 303 of the rail keel 3, and the arc-shaped contact surface is not easy to damage and deform in the relative sliding process.

Preferably, the first position-limiting portion 2031 is a position-limiting groove provided on the third plane 203, and the second position-limiting portion 1031 is a position-limiting protrusion provided on the second riser 103. More preferably, the inner concave surface of the limiting groove is of an arc surface structure. Like this, the spacing contact surface of slider 2 and the joint of doing pendant 1 is the arcwall face, does benefit to on the one hand and realizes the joint assembly operation between slider 2 and the dry pendant 1, and on the other hand can avoid the contact of rigidity joint to cause the damage or the deformation of joint part. Preferably, a section of arc surface 2032 is arranged at the entrance of the limiting groove, one end of the arc surface 2032 is connected with one end of the fifth plane 205, and the other end of the arc surface 2032 is connected with the inner concave surface of the limiting groove. In the process of clamping and assembling the dry hanging piece 1 and the sliding piece 2, the cambered surface 2032 plays a role in guiding and positioning, so that the limiting protrusion on the dry hanging piece 1 slides into the limiting groove along the cambered surface 2032 at the inlet of the limiting groove quickly, and the quick positioning and installation of the dry hanging piece 1 and the sliding piece 2 are facilitated.

Preferably, the rail keel 3 of the embodiment of the invention further includes a reinforcing base 302, two sides of the reinforcing base 302 are respectively connected with the fixed base plate 301 and the sliding rail 303, and two clamping grooves 304 with symmetrical up-down structures are formed at the connection position of the sliding rail 303 and the reinforcing base 302. (4) the dry hanging piece 1 is clamped and mounted on the first limiting part 2031 of the sliding piece 2 through the second limiting part 1031 of the dry hanging piece, and then the fixing and mounting of the single wallboard 4 are completed;

(5) and (4) repeating the installation steps (1) - (4), wherein the side surfaces of two adjacent wallboards 4 are mutually abutted until the installation of the whole wall surface is completed.

The mounting method of the assembled slidable wall surface is simple and easy to operate, and all the assembling parts (namely the dry hanging part 1, the sliding part 2 and the rail keel 3) are connected in a clamping manner only, so that the wallboard can be mounted quickly.
