Background

Under the vigorous development of ocean engineering, more and more underwater engineering is built, and underwater engineering equipment is often threatened by falling objects or trawling nets in water. In the protection structure of the underwater equipment, an independent protection cover plate structure is adopted for protection, and the design of a support structure of the protection cover plate influences the installation cost, expense and the like of the protection cover plate and the protection effect of the protection cover plate on the underwater equipment. The design of the support structure for the protective cover plate is therefore important.

The structure installation of complex environment needs the diver to carry out the auxiliary operation under water at present, and the work load is big, and installation cost is high, and to the lower waters of visibility or deep sea environment, the installation operation receives the challenge.

The invention provides a supporting structure for a protective cover plate of underwater equipment, which has the characteristic of convenient installation, can be installed in an underwater complex environment, does not need manual operation, and can reduce the operation cost of underwater installation.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: this design possesses certain centering ability, and compares conventional horn mouth centering design, and this design is non-deformable when the collision, and allows apron supporting leg inserted part to design for the minor diameter, is favorable to the centering. The upper structure rises in the installation process and is favorable for enhancing the stability of the protection structure, and the upper structure can bear partial protection cover plate weight for lifting the cover plate supporting legs, thereby solving the problem of weakening strength caused by the small diameter of the insertion part of the cover plate supporting legs. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the protective cover supporting structure mainly comprises two parts, namely an upper structure and a base. The upper structure comprises an upper structure inner cylinder 21, an upper structure outer cylinder 22 and an upper structure centering plate 23, wherein the upper structure inner cylinder 21 is of a cylindrical structure, a sealing ring groove is formed in the inner side of the upper structure inner cylinder, the upper side of the upper structure inner cylinder is connected with the horn-shaped upper structure centering plate 23, the upper structure centering plate 23 is connected with the cylindrical upper structure outer cylinder 22, and an outer cylinder guide pipe 222 is arranged in the upper structure outer cylinder 22. The base comprises a base outer cylinder 31, a base inner cylinder 32, a filter screen 33 and a base 34. The outer cylinder 31 of the base is a cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, the inner side of the outer cylinder is provided with a sealing ring groove, the upper part of the outer cylinder and the centering plate 23 of the upper structure have the same cone angle with the same angle, and the lower part of the outer cylinder is welded on a basic supporting structure of the underwater equipment protecting cover plate. The support leg insertion section 12 is inserted to the position of the seal ring groove 211, and a sealed space is formed below by means of the seal ring 4. The support leg inserting section 12 is inserted downwards continuously, seawater in the sealed space enters the upper structure outer cylinder 22 to be pushed to move upwards after being filtered by the filter screen 33 through a gap between the bases 34, meanwhile, the seawater enters a gap between the upper structure centering plate 23 and the base inner cylinder 32 through the outer cylinder guide pipe 222, and the sealing ring groove 311 in the base outer cylinder 31 prevents the seawater from leaking out of the base outer cylinder 31 and the upper structure outer cylinder 22 in the sliding process. The upper structure centering plate 23 is contacted and pressed with the cover plate support leg 11 during the continued downward movement of the support leg insertion section 12, and the installation process is ended when the support leg insertion section 12 is inserted to be contacted with the base 34. The base bears the main weight of the protective cover plate, and the upper structure bears a small part of the weight of the protective cover plate, so that the base mainly plays a role in further stabilization.
