when the air spring fixing device works, firstly, the air spring is fixedly installed through a fastening piece, after the installation is finished, the air spring is moved up and down in the notch 4 by using an inner hexagonal wrench, the cover plate 6 is repeatedly extruded, the cover plate 6 is in piston motion, so that air is injected into the air bag 10 through the air nozzle 11, and the air bag 10 is expanded, because the air nozzle 11 is in a shape of a round table with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, the lower end of the air nozzle 11 penetrates through and extends into the air bag 10, air is easily extruded into the air bag 10, the air bag 10 can extrude the air nozzle 11 deep into the air bag 10 after being expanded, so that the sealing is realized, the air leakage speed inside the air bag 10 is reduced, then, the expanded air bag 10 discharges the internal lubricating oil through the hole 24 under the action of air pressure, the lubricating oil flows along the surface of the screw rod 1, the lubricating maintenance on the surface of the screw rod 1 is realized, the rusting risk of the screw rod 1 is reduced, and the air inside the air bag 10 is exhausted completely, stop the discharge of lubricating oil to because the hole 24 is seted up under gasbag 10 inflation state, consequently gasbag 10 can produce when the inside air of gasbag 10 exhausts and contract thereby cause the closure to hole 24, with the inside lubricating oil leakage under the gasbag 10 shrink state of preventing, when needing to overhaul repeatedly press apron 6 once more, discharge lubricating oil from the inside of gasbag 10 and lubricate screw rod 1, conveniently dismantle.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, an air vent 15 is opened at an edge of an outer surface of an upper end of the cover plate 6, a plurality of shielding pieces 16 are fixedly installed on an inner surface of the air vent 15, a length of each shielding piece 16 is greater than a radius of the air vent 15, the shielding pieces 16 are combined into a downward-pointing conical shape, the shielding pieces 16 are made of rubber, and adjacent shielding pieces 16 are not fixed;

during operation, because the vent 15 internally mounted on the apron 6 has a plurality of shielding pieces 16, and shielding piece 16 makes up into the coniform of pointing downwards, shielding piece 16 receives ascending power under the effect of air resistance when apron 6 moves down, thereby close coniform and realize sealed relatively to vent 15, and then reduce the leakage of air when apron 6 pushes down, improve the inside gas filled speed of gasbag 10, and when apron 6 moves up, under the effect of air resistance, shielding piece 16 receives the decurrent power and expandes, thereby make vent 15 open, make circulation of air when apron 6 rises, take out the air from gasbag 10 inside when avoiding apron 6 to move up.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5 to 6, the front end and the rear end of the inner surface of the threaded sleeve 5 are both provided with a clamping groove 23, the lower ends of the outer surfaces of the front end and the rear end of the threaded rod 1 are both provided with a through hole 17, the inner lower end of the through hole 17 is provided with a third groove 18, the center of the outer surface of the lower end of the cover plate 6 is fixedly provided with a push rod 12, the lower end of the push rod 12 penetrates through and extends to the inside of the first spring 7, the threaded rod 1 and the through hole 17, the push rod 12 and the threaded rod 1 can slide up and down, the front end and the rear end of the inside of the through hole 17 are both movably provided with clamping blocks 19, the opposite surfaces of the two clamping blocks 19 are movably provided with a traction rod 20, a hinge 21 is movably provided between the traction rod 20 and the clamping blocks 19, a spring shaft 22 is movably provided between the two traction rods 20, and the clamping blocks 19 penetrate through the clamping grooves 23, the two traction rods 20 can be bent downwards into a V shape through a spring shaft 22 and a hinge 21, and the traction rods 20 penetrate through the third groove 18;

the fastener is not shaken during the running process of the automobile, so that the mounted fastener is easy to loosen due to shaking, and regular maintenance is needed to ensure safety;

when the air spring fastening device works, firstly, the inner hexagonal wrench is inserted into the notch 4, at the moment, the cover plate 6 is extruded and contracted to the inside of the notch 4, the push rod 12 of the push rod moves downwards in the screw rod 1 in the downward moving process of the cover plate 6, so that the connecting part of the two traction rods 20 is pushed by the push rod 12, the two traction rods 20 are bent into a V shape under the action of the spring shaft 22 and the hinge 21, the fixture block 19 is pulled into the through hole 17 along with the bending of the traction rods 20, the screw rod 1 can be normally screwed into the mounting hole of the air spring, the screw sleeve 5 is sleeved with the tail end of the screw rod 1 in a threaded manner after being screwed, as the fastening pieces are produced in a matching manner according to the air spring, after the screw sleeve 5 is sleeved on the screw rod 1, the clamping groove 23 on the inner surface of the screw sleeve 5 is correspondingly attached to the through hole 17 on the screw rod 1, at the moment, the inner hexagonal wrench is pulled out, the cover plate 6 is pushed to move upwards under the reset action of the first spring 7, then the cover plate 6 pulls the push rod 12 to move upwards, the push rod 12 is contacted with the push rod to extrude the traction rod 20, the spring shaft 22 is reset at the moment, the traction rod 20 is pushed to expand, the clamping block 19 is pushed out of the through hole 17 by the traction rod 20 and clamped into the clamping groove 23, the screw rod 1 and the threaded sleeve 5 are fixed, and the stability of the fastener after installation is improved.

The working principle is as follows:

when the fastener works, firstly, an inner hexagonal wrench for screwing the fastener is inserted into a notch 4 on a nut 3, at the moment, a cover plate 6 is extruded and contracted to the inside of together, as the fastener has lighter mass, the stop block 8 generates friction with the inner hexagonal wrench under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 14, the fastener is prevented from falling off from the inner hexagonal wrench due to self gravity, at the moment, the inner hexagonal wrench can be held to stretch a screw 1 into a narrow space to install an air spring, when the air spring is installed, the screw rod 1 penetrates into a mounting hole of an upper flange plate of the air spring, then the screw rod 1 is screwed by using an inner hexagonal wrench to realize threaded connection and fixation, the screw sleeve 5 is screwed and sleeved at the tail end of the screw rod 1, the screw rod 1 and the flange plate are further reinforced and fixed, the inner hexagonal wrench is pulled out from the notch 4 after the installation is finished, at the moment, the cover plate 6 is not extruded by the inner hexagonal wrench, under the reset action of the first spring 7, the cover plate 6 moves upwards in the notch 4 to close the notch 4, the problem that the notch 4 is blocked by sundries entering the notch 4 to cause difficulty in later-stage maintenance and disassembly is prevented, meanwhile, after the inner hexagonal wrench is pulled out, the stop block 8 also extends out of the second groove 13 under the reset action of the second spring 14, the limit is carried out on the cover plate 6 from the upper end of the notch 4 by using the stop block 8, and the cover plate 6 is prevented from being separated from the notch 4, meanwhile, in the rods 20, the screw rod 1 can be normally screwed into the mounting hole of the air spring, the threaded sleeve 5 is sleeved with the tail end of the screw rod 1 in a threaded manner after being screwed, as the fastening piece is produced according to the matching of the air spring, after the threaded sleeve 5 is sleeved on the screw rod 1, the clamping groove 23 on the inner surface of the threaded sleeve 5 is correspondingly attached to the through hole 17 on the screw rod 1, the inner hexagonal wrench is pulled out at the moment, the cover plate 6 moves upwards under the reset action of the first spring 7, then the cover plate 6 pulls the push rod 12 to move upwards to contact with the extrusion of the traction rod 20, at the moment, the spring shaft 22 resets to push the traction rods 20 to expand, so that the draw bar 20 pushes the fixture block 19 out of the through hole 17 and is clamped into the clamping groove 23, the screw 1 and the thread sleeve 5 are fixed, the stability of the fastener after installation is improved, the cover plate 6 is repeatedly extruded by utilizing an inner hexagonal wrench to move up and down in the notch 4 after installation, the cover plate 6 is in piston motion, air is injected into the air bag 10 through the air nozzle 11, and the air bag 10 is expanded, because the air nozzle 11 is in a circular truncated cone shape with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, and the lower end of the air nozzle 11 penetrates through and extends into the air bag 10, the air is easily extruded into the air bag 10, the air nozzle 11 penetrating into the air bag 10 is extruded after the air bag 10 is expanded, so that sealing is realized, the air leakage speed inside the air bag 10 is reduced, then the inside lubricating oil is discharged through the hole 24 by the expanded air bag 10 under the action of air pressure, and the lubricating oil flows along the surface of the screw 1, the surface of the screw 1 is lubricated and maintained, the rusting risk of the screw 1 is reduced, the discharge of lubricating oil is stopped until the air in the air bag 10 is exhausted, and the holes 24 are formed in the expansion state of the air bag 10, so that the air bag 10 can shrink when the air in the air bag 10 is exhausted, the holes 24 are closed, the leakage of the internal lubricating oil in the contraction state of the air bag 10 is prevented, the cover plate 6 is repeatedly pressed when maintenance is needed, the lubricating oil is discharged from the air bag 10 to lubricate the screw 1, the disassembly is convenient, the shielding sheets 16 are arranged in the vent 15 on the cover plate 6, the shielding sheets 16 are combined into a downward-pointing conical shape, the shielding sheets 16 are upwards stressed under the action of air resistance when the cover plate 6 moves downwards, the conical shape is closed to realize relative sealing on the vent 15, and further the leakage of the air when the cover plate 6 is pressed downwards is reduced, the speed of inflating the inside of the airbag 10 is increased, and when the cover plate 6 moves upwards, the shielding piece 16 is forced downwards to expand under the action of air resistance, so that the vent 15 is opened, the air circulates when the cover plate 6 moves upwards, and the air is prevented from being drawn out of the inside of the airbag 10 when the cover plate 6 moves upwards.
