How to effectively save cost and accurately obtain the oil temperature parameters of the engine is a subject in the field of engine control.

As shown in fig. 1, in an actual execution process, the shift assist human-computer interaction method provided in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:

and step S1, when the optimal gear is not consistent with the current gear, the intelligent gear shifting controller prompts gear shifting through an instrument.

In an embodiment of the shift assist human-machine interaction method according to the present invention, the step S1 may specifically include:

and step S11, monitoring the current engine speed and the current load during the normal running process of the vehicle.

And step S12, judging the optimal gear based on the economy of the whole vehicle according to the current engine speed and the current load.

And step S13, when the optimal gear is not consistent with the current gear, the intelligent gear shifting controller prompts a driver to upshift or downshift through an instrument.

Step S2, a shift request is issued via the shift button based on the shift prompt or the driving demand.

The gear shifting button is arranged on the gear shifting handle and comprises an upshift button, a downshift button and a neutral button. Specifically, when a driver sees a gear shift prompt through an instrument or actively has a gear shift demand according to road conditions, the driver sends an upshift request by pressing an upshift button, or sends a downshift request by pressing a downshift button, or sends a neutral gear shift request by pressing a neutral button.

And step S3, reminding whether the gear shifting request is effective or not through a loudspeaker.

Specifically, whether the gear shifting request is effective or not is determined according to whether the engine speed meets the gear shifting condition, and prompt voice of the fact that the gear shifting request is effective is broadcasted through a loudspeaker.

And step S4, when the gear shifting request is effective, executing gear shifting operation according to the operation prompt of the loudspeaker, so that the intelligent gear shifting controller responds to the gear shifting operation signal to control the vehicle to shift gears.

When the shift request is valid and the shift request is an upshift request, the step S4 specifically includes:

and step A1, broadcasting a push-back neutral prompting voice through a loudspeaker to remind a driver of manually pushing back neutral.

And step A2, under the condition that the gear shifting button is pressed and the gear shifting request is effective, if the driver does not push back to the neutral gear and exceeds a preset time threshold, a prompt voice for quitting overtime is broadcasted through a loudspeaker to remind the driver to quit the auxiliary gear shifting mode.

In the process that the driver pushes the gear back to the neutral gear, the clutch is not needed to be stepped on, and the intelligent gear shifting controller can control the gear shifting.

And step A3, prompting the target gear through a loudspeaker after the driver pushes the neutral gear back.

And step A4, if the driver puts into the target gear according to the prompt tone, the loudspeaker has no extra voice prompt, and the intelligent gear-shifting controller controls the vehicle to realize gear-up under the condition of not stepping on the clutch.

Step A5, if the driver tries to engage the non-voice prompting gear, the gear engagement is not successful due to the problem of the difference of the rotating speed, and the voice prompt cannot be carried out by the loudspeaker.

And step A6, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone, the rotating speed is still above the calibration value and exceeds the preset time threshold value, the loudspeaker broadcasts the voice prompt for quitting overtime, and the vehicle enters an idle speed state.

And step A7, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone but the rotating speed is lower than the calibrated value, the loudspeaker broadcasts the prompt voice with the excessively low rotating speed so as to remind the driver to exit the auxiliary gear shifting mode.

And step A8, in the auxiliary gear shifting process, the driver steps on the clutch or the brake, and the loudspeaker reports the voice prompt corresponding to the pedal exit.

In the auxiliary gear shifting process, if the driver steps on the clutch, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of clutch pedal withdrawal, and if the driver steps on the brake, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of brake pedal withdrawal.

And step A9, after the driver shifts according to the target gear normally, the loudspeaker does not give any prompt any more, and the driver waits for the triggering of the next auxiliary gear shifting process.

The downshift process is similar to the upshift process in that the rotation speed needs to be reduced when upshifting and the target rotation speed needs to be increased when downshifting. When the shift request is valid and the shift request is a downshift request, the step S4 specifically includes:

and step B1, broadcasting a push-back neutral prompting voice through a loudspeaker to remind a driver of manually pushing back neutral.

And step B2, under the condition that the gear shifting button is pressed and the gear shifting request is effective, if the driver does not push back to the neutral gear and exceeds a preset time threshold, a prompt voice for quitting overtime is broadcasted through a loudspeaker to remind the driver to quit the auxiliary gear shifting mode.

In the process that the driver pushes the gear back to the neutral gear, the clutch is not needed to be stepped on, and the intelligent gear shifting controller can control the gear shifting.

And step B3, after the driver pushes the neutral gear back, the target gear is prompted through a loudspeaker.

And step B4, if the driver puts into the target gear according to the prompt tone, the loudspeaker has no extra voice prompt, and the intelligent gear-shifting controller controls the vehicle to realize the gear-shifting under the condition of not stepping on the clutch.

And step B5, if the driver tries to engage the non-voice prompting gear, the gear engagement is unsuccessful due to the problem of the difference of the rotating speed, and the voice prompt cannot be carried out by the loudspeaker.

And step B6, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone, the rotating speed is still below the calibration value and exceeds the preset time threshold value, the loudspeaker broadcasts the voice prompt for quitting overtime, and the vehicle enters an idling state.

Step B7, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone but the rotating speed is higher than the calibration value, the speaker broadcasts the prompt voice with the over-high rotating speed to remind the driver to quit the auxiliary gear shifting mode;

and step B8, in the auxiliary gear shifting process, the driver steps on the clutch or the brake, and the loudspeaker reports the voice prompt corresponding to the pedal exit.

In the auxiliary gear shifting process, if the driver steps on the clutch, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of clutch pedal withdrawal, and if the driver steps on the brake, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of brake pedal withdrawal.

And step B9, after the driver shifts according to the target gear normally, the loudspeaker does not give any prompt any more, and the driver waits for the triggering of the next auxiliary gear shifting process.

When the shift request is valid and the shift request is a neutral gear shift request, the step S4 specifically includes:

and step C1, prompting the target gear through a loudspeaker.

And step C2, if the driver puts into the target gear according to the prompt tone, the loudspeaker has no extra voice prompt, and the intelligent gear-shifting controller controls the vehicle to realize neutral gear shifting under the condition of not stepping on the clutch.

And step C3, if the driver tries to engage the non-voice prompting gear, the gear engagement is unsuccessful due to the problem of the difference of the rotating speeds, and the voice prompt cannot be carried out by the loudspeaker.

And step C4, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone, the rotating speed is still above the calibration value and exceeds the preset time threshold value, the loudspeaker broadcasts the voice prompt for quitting overtime, and the vehicle enters an idling state.

And step C5, if the driver does not operate after hearing the prompt tone but the rotating speed is lower than the calibrated value, the loudspeaker broadcasts the prompt voice with the excessively low rotating speed so as to remind the driver to exit the auxiliary gear shifting mode.

And step C6, in the auxiliary gear shifting process, the driver steps on the clutch or the brake, and the loudspeaker reports the voice prompt corresponding to the pedal exit.

In the auxiliary gear shifting process, if the driver steps on the clutch, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of clutch pedal withdrawal, and if the driver steps on the brake, the loudspeaker broadcasts a voice prompt of brake pedal withdrawal.

And step C7, after the driver shifts according to the target gear normally, the loudspeaker does not give any prompt any more, and the driver waits for the triggering of the next auxiliary gear shifting process.

Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the shift assist human-machine interaction method further includes:

and step S5, under the condition that one gear shifting button is pressed down and the gear shifting request is valid, any one gear shifting button is continuously pressed down, and the prompting voice of the invalid button is broadcasted through a loudspeaker so as to remind the driver of the invalidity of the second operation.

Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for assisting human-machine interaction in gear shifting further comprises:

and step S6, under the condition that the gear shifting request is invalid, a prompt voice with over-high or over-low rotating speed is broadcasted through a loudspeaker to remind a driver that the operation is invalid.

If the engine speed does not meet the gear shifting condition at the moment, the gear shifting request is invalid, and the prompt is carried out through raising at the moment.

According to the gear shifting auxiliary man-machine interaction method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the gear requirement of a driver is accurately obtained through the gear shifting button, meanwhile, rich voice prompt is carried out through the loudspeaker, the current system state of the driver is told in real time, so that the driver can complete gear shifting operation step by step according to guidance, therefore, by increasing information interaction between the gear shifting button and the loudspeaker and the driver, the semi-automatic gear shifting target that the driver does not step on a clutch for gear shifting is realized under the condition that the cost is not increased greatly, and the loudspeaker can give a prompt under different working conditions, particularly when the driver operates abnormally; richen driver's mutual information, agree with the location of intelligent car more, alleviate driver's operation burden.

Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a shift assist human-computer interaction system, including:
