As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a bag breaking device comprises a supporting table 1, a surrounding barrier 11 arranged above the supporting table 1, a gantry support 12 arranged behind the surrounding barrier 11, two transverse moving mechanisms symmetrically arranged on the gantry support 12, an up-down moving mechanism respectively arranged on the two transverse moving mechanisms, a bag grabbing mechanism arranged on the up-down moving mechanism, a garbage bag feeding port 14 arranged in the middle of the supporting table 1, garbage feeding ports 13 arranged on two sides of the garbage bag feeding port 14, and a bag breaking mechanism arranged on the garbage feeding port 13;

A plate drawing mechanism is arranged below the garbage throwing port 13, the plate drawing mechanism is positioned below the bag breaking plate 51, the plate drawing mechanism comprises a drawing plate 61 and a scraping plate 62, and the drawing plate 61 is detachably connected with the support table 1; the scraping plate 62 is arranged between the bag breaking plate 51 and the drawing plate 61, the scraping plate 62 is fixedly connected with the support table 1, the scraping plate 62 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the drawing plate 61, and the scraping plate 62 is used for scraping garbage on the drawing plate 61 when the drawing plate 61 is drawn out.

The supporting table 1 is provided with an air pipe wiring channel 3, an air pipe is arranged in the air pipe wiring channel 3, and the air pipe is used for supplying air to the transverse moving air cylinder assembly 22, the up-down moving air cylinder assembly and the hand grip air cylinder assembly.

When the garbage bag breaking device is used, a garbage bag filled with garbage is placed above the bag breaking plate 51, and the hand grip 42 transversely moves to the position above the garbage bag and descends to grab the garbage bag under the action of the transverse moving mechanism, the up-down moving mechanism and the hand grip air cylinder assembly; the bag breaking plate 51 is driven by the driving mechanism to turn upwards to break the garbage bag, and the garbage in the garbage bag falls onto the drawing plate 61; the hand grip 42 moves to the position above the garbage bag feeding opening 14 under the action of the transverse moving mechanism, the up-down moving mechanism and the hand grip air cylinder assembly, the garbage bag is fed to the garbage bag feeding opening 14, and a garbage can is arranged below the garbage bag feeding opening 14; by pulling the pulling plate 61 out, the garbage above the pulling plate 61 falls into the garbage can below the garbage input port 13.

The bag breaking plate 51 is arranged, so that the garbage bag can be broken gently and effectively, and the garbage in the bag can be prevented from splashing during bag breaking; the garbage bag scraps generated after bag breaking can be reduced, and the garbage bag can be directly transferred to the garbage bag feeding opening 14 after bag breaking, so that a better garbage classification effect is achieved; through setting up the drawing plate mechanism, can be convenient for control opening and shutting of rubbish input mouth, satisfy the user demand.
