A battery explosion venting structure with vacuumizing and liquid injection functions comprises a shell and an explosion venting structure arranged in the shell, and is characterized in that the explosion venting structure comprises a valve clack used for sealing a first through hole of the shell, a first elastic piece arranged in a groove of the valve clack and used for limiting the movement of the valve clack, and an adjusting structure connected with the valve clack and used for adjusting the elasticity of the first elastic piece and the position of the valve clack;

The valve body disclosed by the prior art and the patent only has a simple explosion venting or vacuum pumping structure, and does not have the function of combining vacuum pumping, liquid injection and explosion venting.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows:

The adjusting structure of the application does not change the original explosion venting pressure threshold.

This application simple structure can realize evacuation, notes liquid, let out and explode the function, and single tube mouth does benefit to the sealed of battery, can also repeat the repetitious usage.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a battery explosion venting structure with vacuum pumping and liquid injection functions, including a housing 1 and an explosion venting structure disposed in the housing 1, where the explosion venting structure includes a valve flap 2 for sealing a first through hole 8 of the housing 1, a first elastic member 4 disposed in a groove of the valve flap 2 and used for limiting movement of the valve flap 2, and an adjusting structure connected to the valve flap 2 and used for adjusting an elastic force of the first elastic member 4 and a position of the valve flap; wherein the adjustment structure is further connected with the housing 1.

Optionally, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the valve flap 2 and the first through hole 8, in the embodiment provided by the present application, a flexible sealing member 7 is included below the valve flap 2, and the first through hole 8 of the housing 1 is sealed by using the sealing member 7.

Further, in the embodiment provided by the present application, the sealing member 7 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the valve flap 2, and the worker can select different connection modes.

Optionally, the secondary adjustment structure 5 includes: a bolt column 51, a pressing sheet 54, a loose nut 52 and a second elastic member 9; the lower end of the bolt column 51 passes through the first elastic piece 4 to be connected with the center of the groove of the valve clack 2, and the upper end of the bolt column 51 passes through a third through hole (not shown) in the center of the pressing piece 54 and a gasket 53 to be connected with the elastic nut 52; the second elastic piece is arranged between the valve clack and the shell and used for assisting the air pressure in the battery to jack the valve clack/sealing piece open so that the interior of the battery and the explosion venting structure form a passage for facilitating pressure relief; wherein, the pressing sheet 54 is limited by the adjusting nut.

Further, a third through hole (not shown) is formed in the center of the pressing piece 54, and the inner diameter of the third through hole is larger than the outer diameter of the bolt column.

In the embodiments provided herein, preferably, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are springs.
