The mover or the secondary of the linear motor is an important component of the cylindrical linear motor. The design quality of the component directly influences the working efficiency and reliability of the linear motor, and the component belongs to the field worth researching. In the past, the design of a rotor mandrel of a cylindrical linear motor mostly adopts threaded connection between the rotor mandrel and a short section and welding looseness prevention, and meanwhile, the axial force generated by the motor is transmitted by a method that the outer diameter of a connecting sleeve is larger than that of the rotor mandrel. The negative effects of this approach are: 1) the welding deformation affects the coaxiality of the mandrel. 2) The welded heat affected zone affects the adjacent magnetic steel, and the magnetic field intensity of the affected magnetic steel is reduced. 3) The welded mandrel has no detachability and poor maintainability, and the maintenance cost of the system is increased. 4) The geometric size of the inner hole of the local magnetic steel is increased, so that the volume of the magnetic steel at the position is reduced, the magnetic flux is reduced, the uniformity of an axial magnetic field of a rotor mandrel is influenced, and the axial thrust of a motor is reduced.

The novel connection mode avoids rotor axial magnetic field fluctuation, avoids negative effects caused by welding, enables the rotor core shaft to have detachability and maintainability, improves the reliability of threaded connection, and ensures the coaxiality of the rotor core shaft to the maximum extent, thereby improving the motor efficiency.

The set screw 1 is a stainless steel screw, so that the threaded connection pre-tightening torque can be transmitted, and the axial push-pull force generated by the section of the motor can be transmitted.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the radial dimension deviation of the two symmetrical short shafts 3 and the connecting sleeve 5 is strictly controlled during machining, and the coaxiality of the three parts is ensured to meet the requirement of a design drawing. In the axial direction, the closed relation of the size chain is strictly controlled among the short shaft 3, the magnetic steel 4, the isolation sleeve 2 and the connecting sleeve 5, the size deviation needs to be selected and matched during assembly, and tight connection of all related parts in a gapless state is guaranteed. The radial clamping screw 10 is inserted into the locking groove 9 and serves to prevent the screw pair from reversing. The conical surface of the head of the set screw 1 is inserted into the radial surface of the short shaft 3 to play a role in preventing the axial movement between the two, and simultaneously can bear the pre-tightening torque generated when the thread pair is pre-tightened. The set screw 1 and the radial set bolt 10 are fine-tooth stainless steel screws.
