The mover assembly 3 includes a bobbin 31, a coil 32 wound on the bobbin 31, and an output shaft 33 connected to the bobbin 31, wherein one end of the output shaft 33 away from the bobbin 31 is connected to the elastic member 4, and the elastic member 4 is used for the output shaft 33 to move stably. After the coil 32 is powered on, the bobbin 31 and the stator assembly 2 move relatively, the bobbin 31 reciprocates in the housing 1, the output shaft 33 reciprocates in the housing 1 under the driving of the bobbin 31, and in the process of reciprocating the output shaft 33 by using the flexibility and elasticity of the elastic member 4, the elastic member 4 absorbs the vibration of the output shaft 33, and simultaneously, the output shaft 33 stably moves along the axial direction of the output shaft 33, so that the output shaft 33 is prevented from shaking or swaying, the defect that the output shaft 33 does not move along the axial direction due to radial swing generated between the bobbin 31 and the stator assembly 2 is overcome, and the use stability of the voice coil motor is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the housing 1 includes an installation cylinder 11 accommodating the installation mover assembly 3 and the bobbin 31, and a first pressing ring 12 fixed to the installation cylinder 11 using bolts, and a radius of the first pressing ring 12 is larger than a radius of the installation cylinder 11. The bobbin 31 is cylindrical, the bobbin 31 itself has an accommodating cavity 311 for accommodating the stator assembly 2, a gap is left between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 311 and the stator assembly 2, and the opening of the accommodating cavity 311 faces the bottom of the mounting tube 11. The output shaft 33 comprises a first shaft 331 and a second shaft 332, wherein the first shaft 331 is coaxially and integrally formed at one end, far away from the opening of the wire frame 31, the second shaft 332 is coaxially and threadedly connected to the first shaft 331, a screw 3321 is integrally formed on the second shaft 332, the radius of the screw 3321 is smaller than that of the second shaft 332, the screw 3321 penetrates through the first elastic sheet 41 and is in threaded connection with the first shaft 331, the first elastic sheet 41 is clamped by the mutually close end faces of the first shaft 331 and the second shaft 332, and then the first elastic sheet 41 is tightly connected with the output shaft 33. The axis of the output shaft 33 is perpendicular to the first elastic sheet 41, and the axis of the output shaft 33 coincides with the center line of the first elastic sheet 41, and in the process of reciprocating the output shaft 33, the output shaft 33 can reciprocate along the axis direction of the output shaft by using the first elastic sheet 41, so that the output shaft 33 can stably reciprocate, and the movement stability of the output shaft 33 is further improved. In addition, the elasticity of the first elastic sheet 41 can reduce the rigid collision between the output shaft 33 and the first elastic sheet 41, and the service life of the output shaft 33 is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the housing 1 further includes a second press ring 13 coaxially fixed to the first press ring 12 by using bolts, a radius of the second press ring 13 is equal to a radius of the first press ring 12, and the first resilient tab 41 is disposed between the first press ring 12 and the second press ring 13. The elastic member 4 further includes a second elastic sheet 42, the structure of the second elastic sheet 42 is the same as that of the first elastic sheet 41, the second elastic sheet 42 is provided with a fixing portion 421, and the fixing portion 421 is fixed on the first pressing ring 12 by using a bolt. The output shaft 33 further includes a third shaft 333 coaxially screwed to the second shaft 332, the third shaft 333 being integrally formed with an engaging rod 3331, the radius of the engaging rod 3331 being smaller than that of the third shaft 333. The engaging rod 3331 passes through the second elastic sheet 42 to be in threaded connection with the second shaft 332, and the end surfaces of the third shaft 333 and the second shaft 332 close to each other clamp the second elastic sheet 42. Referring to fig. 4, the first elastic sheet 41 and the second elastic sheet 42 are both provided with a deformation groove 53, and the deformation groove 53 surrounds the first righting portion 51 and the second righting portion 52. The end face, far away from the first pressure ring 12, of the second pressure ring 13 is provided with a second limiting groove 131 for limiting the position of the fixing portion 421, the second limiting groove 131 penetrates through the outer wall of the second pressure ring 13 and the inner wall of the second pressure ring 13, the fixing portion 421 is arranged in the second limiting groove 131, the position of the fixing portion 421 can be limited through the second limiting groove 131, and the second elastic sheet 42 can be stably fixed on the second pressure ring 13. Referring to fig. 5, the stator assembly 2 includes a first magnet 21, a second magnet 22 and two yokes 23, the first magnet 21 is fixed to the mounting tube 11, the second magnet 22 is connected to the first magnet 21, and the two yokes 23 are arranged, one of the two yokes 23 is installed between the first magnet 21 and the second magnet 22, and the other is fixed to one end of the second magnet 22 away from the first magnet 21. First magnet 21 and second magnetism cooperate coil 32 to use, realize this voice coil motor's service function, first magnet 21 and second magnet 22 are with coil 32, through yoke 23 restraint first magnet 21 and second magnet 22 magnetic leakage, promote this voice coil motor's practicality.

Referring to fig. 6, a method for mounting a high frequency voice coil motor includes the steps of:

firstly, a stator assembly 2 is arranged in an installation cylinder 11;

secondly, winding the coil 32 on the bobbin 31, then installing the bobbin 31 in the installation cylinder 11, and sleeving the stator assembly 2 by the bobbin 31;

thirdly, the first press ring 12 is arranged at one end, close to the opening of the first press ring, of the installation cylinder 11, and the first elastic sheet 41 is arranged on the first press ring 12;

fourthly, the second shaft 332 is mounted on the first shaft 331, and the first elastic sheet 41 is clamped between the first shaft 331 and the second shaft 332;

fifthly, the second press ring 13 is arranged on the first press ring 12, the first elastic sheet 41 is clamped by the first press ring 12 and the second press ring 13, and then the second elastic sheet 42 is arranged on the second press ring 13;

sixthly, the third shaft 333 penetrates through the second elastic sheet 42 to be connected with the second shaft 332, and the second elastic sheet 42 is clamped by the second shaft 332 and the third shaft 333, so that the installation is completed.

The implementation principle of the high-frequency voice coil motor in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the coil 32 is powered on, the bobbin 31 and the stator assembly 2 move relatively, the bobbin 31 reciprocates in the housing 1, the output shaft 33 reciprocates in the housing 1 under the driving of the bobbin 31, and in the process of reciprocating the output shaft 33 by using the flexibility and elasticity of the elastic member 4, the elastic member 4 absorbs the vibration of the output shaft 33, and simultaneously, the output shaft 33 stably moves along the axial direction of the output shaft 33, so that the output shaft 33 is prevented from shaking or swaying, the defect that the output shaft 33 does not move along the axial direction due to radial swing generated between the bobbin 31 and the stator assembly 2 is overcome, and the use stability of the voice coil motor is improved.
