1. A gutta-percha filling machine, comprising:

the side wall of the shell is provided with an observation port;

8. The gutta-percha filling machine as in claim 1, wherein a marker capable of emitting light or reflecting light is provided on a side of said indicator facing said observation port.

9. The gutta percha filling machine as in claim 8, wherein said marker is an indicator light or a reflective coating or a fluorescent coating.

10. The gutta-percha filling machine according to claim 1, wherein a lens fitted to said observation port is disposed in said observation port; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of root canal therapy, in particular to a gutta-percha filling machine.

Background

Human teeth contain pulp cavities and 1-4 root canals, and blood vessels of dental nerves and trophic nerves are led out through the root canals, so that when infections occur in the pulp due to various conditions, functional damage of the teeth can be caused, and pains, jaw infection and other diseases can be caused. Root canal therapy is also called endodontic therapy, is a treatment method developed in recent years for protecting affected teeth, and has better treatment and protection effects on dental problems such as chronic pulpitis, chronic periapical periodontitis, periodontal pulp combined lesion, traumatic teeth and the like.

Root canal treatment includes several main treatment stages, including root canal preparation, disinfection, root canal filling, etc. after the root canal preparation and disinfection, the root canal filling is to fill the expanded root canal with medicine material to make the medicine material fit to the wall of the root canal. For root canal filling, gutta-percha filling machines are often used.

The inventor researches and discovers that the existing gutta-percha filling machine firstly puts gutta-percha in the filling machine, then heats and softens the gutta-percha and injects the softened gutta-percha into a root canal, so that the filling frequency is limited, if the residual gutta-percha amount is insufficient during treatment, doctors can influence the quality of treatment service, and the medical experience of patients is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a gutta-percha filling machine, which is characterized in that a doctor can check the position of an indicating piece through an observation port, so that the remaining gutta-percha amount in the existing gutta-percha filling machine is determined, the gutta-percha is supplemented in advance before the next treatment of root canal filling, the situations that the gutta-percha is insufficient, the treatment needs to be interrupted, the gutta-percha is supplemented temporarily in the treatment process of the root canal filling are avoided, the treatment service quality is high, and the medical experience of a patient is improved.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a gutta-percha filling machine, comprising:

the side wall of the shell is provided with an observation port;

the glue injection needle penetrates through one end of the shell;

the heating tube is arranged in the shell and communicated with the glue injection needle;

Root canal treatment includes several main treatment stages, root canal preparation, disinfection, root canal filling, etc. the root canal preparation is to perform mechanical cutting and file expanding on the root canal to achieve the required shaping, so as to create better space conditions for subsequent root canal filling. Disinfection is the removal of organic matter in the root canal and infected tissue (bacteria) of the root canal by irrigation after the root canal preparation is completed. In root canal filling, after the root canal preparation and sterilization are completed, a medicinal material is filled into the enlarged root canal so that the filled medicinal material is attached to the wall of the root canal. For root canal filling, gutta-percha filling machines are often used.

The step of filling the root canal is usually to stick a proper gutta-percha point with paste and then to extend into the enlarged root canal, then to soften and cut the gutta-percha point by using a working tip heated by a heat carrier, then to compact the gutta-percha in the root canal by a vertical pressurizer, and finally to fill the root canal by injecting the gutta-percha by using a gutta-percha filling machine. The working process of the gutta-percha filling machine is that the gutta-percha rod is arranged in the instrument, the filling machine heats and softens the gutta-percha rod, and the softened gutta-percha is pushed out from the glue injection needle through the internal push rod.

However, in the existing gutta-percha filling machine, gutta-percha is firstly put in the filling machine and then heated and softened to be injected into the root canal, so that the filling frequency is limited, if the residual gutta-percha amount is insufficient during treatment, a doctor can influence the quality of treatment service, and the medical experience of a patient is poor.

The inventors have studied and provided the following examples to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. Some embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the features of the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a gutta-percha filling machine, which includes a housing 10, a glue injection needle 12, a heating tube 14, a push rod 16 and an indicator 18. The side wall of the housing 10 is provided with a viewing port 101. The glue injection needle 12 penetrates one end of the shell 10. The heating tube 14 is disposed in the casing 10 and is communicated with the glue injection needle 12. The push rod 16 is disposed through the heat pipe 14 in a manner of reciprocating along the axial direction of the heat pipe 14, and the portion of the push rod 16 located outside the heat pipe 14 corresponds to the observation port 101. The indicator 18 is disposed on a portion of the push rod 16 outside the heat generating tube 14 and is movable with the push rod 16.

As the heating tube 14 is communicated with the glue injection needle 12, gutta-percha can be put into the heating tube 14, and after the gutta-percha is heated and softened by the heating tube 14, the gutta-percha in the heating tube 14 is pushed by the push rod 16 which can move along the axial direction of the heating tube 14, so that the softened gutta-percha is injected into the root canal of the tooth through the glue injection needle 12, and the root canal filling is completed; because the lateral wall of shell 10 is provided with viewing aperture 101, the part that push rod 16 is located the heating tube 14 outside is provided with the indicator 18 that can remove along with push rod 16, consequently, the doctor can look over the position of indicator 18 through viewing aperture 101, thereby it is clear that remaining gutta percha volume in the gutta percha filling machine at present still, before the treatment of carrying out next root canal filling, replenish the gutta percha in advance, avoid in the treatment process of root canal filling, it is not enough to take place the gutta percha, need interrupt the treatment, the condition of replenishing the gutta percha temporarily takes place, treatment service quality is high, patient's medical experience has been improved.

The housing 10 is substantially cylindrical, a glue injection needle 12 is inserted into a first axial end of the housing 10, and a second axial end of the housing 10 is used for connecting a tail wire. The gutta-percha filling machine further comprises a driving source and a transmission rod which are arranged in the shell 10, wherein the driving source is connected with the push rod 16 through the transmission rod, the transmission rod can move along the axial direction of the heating tube 14 under the action of the driving source so as to drive the push rod 16 to move, and the indicating piece 18 is arranged on the transmission rod and close to the push rod 16.

Further, the gutta-percha filling machine further comprises a limiting structure and a nut 24 which are arranged in the shell 10, the driving source is a driving motor 20, the transmission rod is a lead screw 22, the output shaft of the driving motor 20 penetrates through the nut 24 and is used for driving the nut 24 to rotate relative to the shell 10, the lead screw 22 is in threaded connection with the nut 24, one end of the lead screw 22, which deviates from the driving motor 20, is connected with the push rod 16, the limiting structure is provided with a guide groove 28, the length extending direction of which is along the axial direction of the heating tube 14, the guide groove 28 corresponds to the observation port 101, the indicating piece 18 is partially penetrated through the guide groove 28 and can slide relative to the guide groove 24 under the driving of the lead screw 22. Wherein, the screw 22, the output shaft of the driving motor 20, the nut 24, the push rod 16 and the heating tube 14 are coaxial. The output shaft of the driving motor 20 and the nut 24 are commonly provided with a pin 26 in a penetrating manner, and the length extending direction of the pin 26 forms an included angle with the output shaft of the driving motor 20, specifically, may be a right angle.

Therefore, when the driving motor 20 is started, the output shaft rotates to drive the nut 24 to rotate in the housing 10, because the indicating part 18 arranged on the lead screw 22 is partially arranged in the guide groove 28 in a penetrating manner, the lead screw 22 is in threaded connection with the nut 24, the indicating part 18 can also limit the rotation of the lead screw 22, and the lead screw 22 is prevented from rotating along with the nut 24, so that the lead screw 22 and the nut 24 generate relative threaded motion, the rotary motion of the output shaft of the driving motor 20 is converted into the linear motion of the lead screw 22, the lead screw 22 can move along the axial direction of the heating tube 14, and the push rod 16 connected to one end of the lead screw 22 is driven to move along the axial direction of the heating tube 14. For example, the output shaft of the driving motor 20 rotates forward to drive the nut 24 to rotate clockwise, and then the lead screw 22 drives the push rod 16 to move along the direction gradually approaching the glue injection needle 12, and then the push rod 16 can push the gutta-percha in the heating tube 14, so as to fill the root canal. The indication member 18 may be disposed on the transmission rod in a manner that a through hole is disposed on the transmission rod, the through hole having an included angle between the extending direction and the axial direction of the transmission rod, and the indication member 18 is partially disposed through the through hole. Specifically, the screw shaft 22 is provided with a through hole having an angle between the extending direction and the axial direction thereof, and the end surface of the portion of the indicator 18 located in the through hole is provided with a threaded hole, and the screw 30 is inserted through the threaded hole and threadedly connected to the threaded hole, so that the screw head portion of the screw 30 abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the screw shaft 22, thereby setting the indicator 18 on the screw shaft 22.

The housing 10 is further provided with a bearing 34, a transmission rod portion is inserted into the bearing 34, specifically, the bearing 34 is inserted into the mounting sleeve 32, and the nut 24 portion is inserted into the bearing 34, so that the rotation friction force of the nut 24 in the housing 10 is reduced, and the rotation precision of the nut 24 is stabilized. The specific number of the bearings 34 is not particularly limited, and may be one, two, or the like, and the kind of the bearings 34 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, an angular contact ball bearing 34 or the like.

Correspondingly, the nut 24 is provided with a through hole with an included angle between the extending direction and the axial direction of the nut, a threaded hole is formed in the end face of the part, located in the through hole, of the indicating piece 18, the screw 30 is connected with the threaded hole in a penetrating mode, the screw head part of the screw 30 is abutted to the outer peripheral face of the nut 24, and therefore the indicating piece 18 is arranged on the nut 24. It should be understood that the lead screw 22 and the output shaft of the driving motor 20 may be integrally connected, that is, the lead screw 22 and the output shaft of the driving motor 20 are integrally formed. Of course, the screw 22 and the output shaft of the driving motor 20 may be connected in a split manner, and the specific connection manner is not limited in this application as long as the nut 24 can be translated.

In the present embodiment, the indicator 18 is provided with the marker 181 capable of emitting light or reflecting light on the side facing the observation port 101, so that the position of the indicator 18 can be more easily viewed from the observation port 101. Wherein, the marker 181 is an indicator light or a reflective coating or a fluorescent coating.

A lens 103 is disposed in the viewing port 101 to match the viewing port 101, so that the indicator 18 can be seen through the lens 103 while preventing impurities from entering the housing 10 through the viewing port 101.
