The direction selecting device of the straight malleable cast iron pipe fitting comprises a feeding mechanism and a direction selecting table, wherein the direction selecting table comprises a first straight line section, a first groove and a second straight line section, the first straight line section and the first groove on the direction selecting table are arranged in sequence, one group or a plurality of groups of the first straight line section and the first groove are arranged in sequence, the first straight line section is used for converting rolling motion of the S-shaped steel pipe fitting into sliding motion, the first groove is used for accommodating ribs or bulges on the S-shaped steel pipe fitting, the size of the first groove is matched with the ribs or the bulges on the straight malleable iron pipe fitting, the tail end of the direction selecting table is provided with a limiting block, a second straight line section is arranged between the first straight line section and the limiting block, and between the first groove and the limiting block, the feeding mechanism comprises a pushing mechanism, a grabbing mechanism and a positioning block, the positioning block is arranged on the grabbing mechanism, and the positioning block is arranged in a hollow structure of the straight-through malleable cast iron pipe fitting.

As shown in fig. 7 to 8, the direction selecting table of this embodiment includes a plurality of sets of first straight line segments 1 and first grooves 2, and a second straight line segment is provided between the last set of first straight line segments 1 and first grooves 2 and the limiting block 5, the second straight line segment 3 on the direction selecting table 13 of the present invention is used for rolling a straight malleable steel pipe fitting, and the length of the second straight line segment 3 (i.e., the length of an arc that needs to be rolled from the embedding of the rib 11 in the first groove 2 to the stop of rolling) is set according to the angle that the part needs to rotate.

When the second direction selecting device of the embodiment of the invention is used, the grabbing bracket 6 is driven by the clamping mechanism 9 to clamp and release, so that the positioning block 7 is inserted into the hollow structure of the pipe fitting to clamp the pipe fitting, the grabbing mechanism is driven by the driving mechanism 8 to do linear reciprocating motion, the clamping mechanism 9 moves on the slide rail 10 to convey the pipe fitting to the first linear section 1 of the direction selecting table 13, at the moment, as shown in fig. 9-10, the outer wall of the pipe fitting is attached to the upper surface of the direction selecting table 13 and rolls along with the movement of the cylinder on the slide rail 10, when the pipe fitting rolls to the state that one rib 11 or bulge 12 abuts against the upper surface of the direction selecting table 13, the pipe fitting starts to slide, when the pipe fitting slides to the first groove 2, the rib 11 or bulge 12 of the pipe fitting is embedded into the first groove 2 and starts to roll, and when the first groove 2 of the last group rolls to the wall of the pipe fitting after abutting against the groove end step, the pipe fitting starts to roll on the second linear section 3, when the pipe fitting rolls to the pipe fitting rib 11 or the bulge 12 rotates to a required angle, the motion of the pipe fitting is limited by the limiting block 5 and stops.

Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a malleable cast iron pipe fitting including a protrusion 12, fig. 12 to 13 are schematic diagrams of working processes of the malleable cast iron pipe fitting in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the novel straight-through malleable cast iron pipe fitting is not limited to the pipe fitting in the first embodiment, the malleable cast iron pipe fitting is suitable for one or more ribs 11 or protrusions 12 on the straight-through malleable cast iron pipe fitting, the pipe fitting is in a consistent state after passing through the first straight line segment 1 and the first groove 2 for multiple times on the second straight line segment 13, so that the length of the second straight line segment 3 can be set to different lengths according to the required rolling arc length of the outer wall of the pipe fitting, and a limit block 5 is arranged at the tail end.

Furthermore, an in-place sensor 4 is arranged at the tail end of the direction selecting table behind the limiting block 5, and after the direction selection is completed, the in-place sensor 4 receives signals and sends the signals to the next grabbing procedure.
