The invention relates to the field of packaging bags, in particular to a packaging bag punching device.

Background

In the prior art, many packaging bags need to be punched; however, the existing punching device has a great problem in punching the packaging bag, and punching waste generated after the packaging bag is punched by the punching device is easily adhered to a punching needle of the punching device, so that the next punching action of the punching device is influenced, the punching action of the punching device cannot be continuously and effectively carried out, and the production efficiency is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a packaging bag punching device which can effectively prevent punching waste materials of packaging bags from being adhered to a punching needle.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

a packaging bag punching device comprises a punching seat, a punching needle and a punching driving device; the punching seat is provided with a punching channel which penetrates up and down; the punching needle can vertically move to penetrate through the punching channel, a blowing channel is formed inside the punching needle, an inlet of the blowing channel is used for being connected with an air source, and an outlet of the blowing channel is arranged on the end face of the lower end of the punching needle; the punching driving device is connected with the punching needle and drives the punching needle to move up and down.

The punching driving device is a punching cylinder which drives the punching needle to move up and down.

The punching cylinder is matched above the punching seat, a piston rod of the punching cylinder stretches along the vertical direction, and the piston rod of the punching cylinder is connected with the punching needle.

The upper end of the punching needle is connected with a piston rod of the punching cylinder through a connecting joint, and an inlet of a blowing channel of the punching needle is arranged on the end surface of the upper end of the punching needle; and a gas passing channel communicated with an inlet of the blowing channel is arranged in the connecting joint.

The inlet of the material blowing channel of the punching needle is connected with the first air inlet and outlet of the punching cylinder, the first air inlet and outlet of the punching cylinder exhausts air when the punching cylinder drives the punching needle to move upwards, and the first air inlet and outlet of the punching cylinder enters air when the punching cylinder drives the punching needle to move downwards.

The outer peripheral surface of the bottom end of the punching needle is a conical surface which is gradually reduced from top to bottom.

The punching seat is provided with a material passing channel which penetrates through the punching seat from left to right, the material passing channel is communicated with the punching channel, and the material passing channel divides the punching channel into an upper punching hole and a lower punching hole.

The packaging bag punching device further comprises a waste hopper; the waste hopper is arranged below the punching seat, and the inner cavity of the waste hopper is opposite to the lower end opening of the punching channel.

The packaging bag punching device further comprises a material sucking device; the waste hopper is connected with the punching seat and covers the lower end opening of the punching channel, a waste connector is arranged at the bottom of the waste hopper, and the waste connector is connected with the material sucking device through a material sucking pipeline.

The suction device comprises a suction box with a suction port and a suction machine used for enabling an inner cavity of the suction box to form negative pressure; the material suction port of the material suction box is connected with the waste material interface of the waste material hopper through a material suction pipeline.

After adopting the scheme, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. a blowing channel is formed in the punching needle, wherein an inlet of the blowing channel is used for being connected with an air source, and an outlet of the blowing channel is arranged on the end face of the lower end of the punching needle; therefore, after the punching needle moves downwards to punch the bag, the air source connected to the inlet of the blowing channel supplies air to the blowing channel so that the outlet of the blowing channel outputs air flow outwards, and the air flow output from the outlet of the blowing channel blows punching waste of the bag, so that the punching waste is prevented from being adhered to the punching needle, the packaging bag punching device can continuously and effectively punch holes, and the production efficiency is improved;

2. the inlet of the blowing channel of the punching needle is connected with the first air inlet and outlet of the punching cylinder, so that an air source connected to the inlet of the blowing channel comes from waste gas discharged by the punching cylinder, thereby effectively utilizing the waste gas of the punching cylinder, reducing the production cost and simplifying the control of the punching needle;

3. the outer peripheral surface of the bottom end of the punching needle is a conical surface which is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that when the punching needle moves upwards after punching a bag, the punching needle is more easily separated from punching waste of a packaging bag, the punching waste is prevented from being adhered to the punching needle, the packaging bag punching device can continuously and effectively punch holes, and the production efficiency is improved;

4. the punching device for the packaging bag is provided with the material suction device, and the material suction device has suction capacity and can suck punching waste materials of the packaging bag, so that the punching waste materials are prevented from being adhered to the punching needle, the punching device for the packaging bag can continuously and effectively perform punching action, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses a punching device for packaging bag, which comprises a punching base 1, a punching needle 2 and a punching driving device 3; wherein the punching seat 1 is provided with a punching channel 11 which penetrates up and down; the punching needle 2 can move up and down and penetrates through the punching channel 11; the punching driving device is connected with the punching needle 2 and drives the punching needle 2 to move up and down. According to the invention, when the punching driving device drives the punching needle 2 to move downwards, the outer wall of the punching needle 2 and the inner wall of the punching channel 11 are matched to form a cutter so as to punch the packaging bag.

As shown in fig. 4, the punching seat 1 may be provided with a material passing channel 12 penetrating left and right, the material passing channel 12 is communicated with the punching channel 11, and the material passing channel 12 divides the punching channel 11 into an upper punching hole 111 and a lower punching hole 112; the material passing channel 12 of the punching seat 1 is used for allowing the packaging bag to pass through, and the outer wall of the punching needle 2 is matched with the inner wall of the lower punching hole 112 of the punching channel 11 to form a cutter for punching the packaging bag.

As shown in fig. 5, a blowing channel 21 is formed inside the punching needle 2, an inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 is used for connecting an air source, and an outlet 212 of the blowing channel 21 is arranged on an end surface of the lower end of the punching needle 2; after the punching needle 2 moves downwards to enable the punching needle 2 to punch the bag, the air source connected to the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 supplies air to the blowing channel 21, so that the outlet 212 of the blowing channel 21 outputs air flow outwards, and the air flow output from the outlet 212 of the blowing channel 21 blows punching waste of the bag, thereby preventing the punching waste from being adhered to the punching needle 2, further enabling the packaging bag punching device to continuously and effectively punch holes, and improving the production efficiency.

As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the outer peripheral surface of the bottom end of the punching needle 2 is a tapered conical surface from top to bottom, so that when the punching needle 2 finishes punching a bag and then moves upwards, the punching needle 2 is more easily separated from punching waste of a packaging bag, and the punching waste is prevented from being adhered to the punching needle 2.

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the punching driving device is a punching cylinder 3, and the punching cylinder 3 drives the punching needle 2 to move up and down; this cylinder 3 that punches a hole cooperates in punching seat 1 top, and the cylinder body 31 accessible support rod 4 of cylinder 3 that punches a hole links to each other with punching seat 1 and cooperates cylinder 3 that punches a hole in punching seat 1 top, and the piston rod 32 of cylinder 3 that punches a hole is flexible along the upper and lower direction and the piston rod 32 of cylinder 3 that punches a hole links to each other with punching needle 2, just drives punching needle 2 and reciprocates when the piston rod 32 of cylinder 3 that punches a hole is flexible from top to bottom. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper end of the punching needle 2 can be connected with the piston rod 32 of the punching cylinder 3 through the connecting joint 5. The inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 of the punching needle 2 can be arranged on the end surface of the upper end of the punching needle 2, so that the blowing channel 21 of the punching needle 2 can penetrate up and down, and the blowing channel 21 of the punching needle 2 is convenient to form; in order to enable the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 of the punching needle 2 to be connected with an air source, an air passing channel 51 communicated with the inlet of the blowing channel 2 is arranged in the connecting joint 5, so that the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 can be connected with the air source through the air passing channel 51; the connection between the punching pin 2 and the connection joint 5 may be fitted with a gasket 52 to prevent air leakage at the connection between the blow channel 21 and the air passage 51.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 of the punching needle 2 is connected to the first air inlet and outlet 33 of the punching cylinder 3, so that the air source connected to the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 comes from the exhaust gas discharged from the punching cylinder 3, thereby effectively utilizing the exhaust gas of the punching cylinder 3 and reducing the production cost; and because the first air inlet and outlet 33 exhausts when the punching cylinder 3 drives the punching needle 2 to move upwards, the blowing channel 21 automatically outputs airflow to blow the punching waste of the bag bags after the punching needle 2 finishes punching the bag bags, so that the control of the invention is simple. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first air inlet and outlet 33 of the punching cylinder 3 can be connected with the connecting joint 5 through an air pipe 6, so that the first air inlet and outlet 33 of the punching cylinder 3 is communicated with the inlet 211 of the blowing channel 21 through the air pipe 6 and the air passage 51 of the connecting joint 5.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the punching apparatus for packaging bags of the present invention may further include a waste bin 7; the waste hopper 7 is arranged below the punching seat 2, the inner cavity of the waste hopper 7 is opposite to the lower end opening of the punching channel 11, and the waste hopper 7 is used for collecting punching waste of the packaging bags to prevent the punching waste of the packaging bags from flying around; the waste bin 7 may be funnel shaped to allow punch waste of the packages to more easily enter the waste bin 7. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the punching device for packaging bags of the present invention may further include a material suction device 8; waste hopper 7 links to each other and covers the lower extreme opening of putting the passageway that punches a hole with punching seat 1, and waste hopper 7 bottom is equipped with waste material interface 71, and waste material interface 71 links to each other with inhaling material device 8 through inhaling material pipeline 9, inhales material device 8 and has the suction ability and can suck the waste material that punches a hole of wrapping bag, avoids the waste material that punches a hole of wrapping bag and the adhesion of needle 2 that punches a hole.
