The preparation method of the paper fishing curtain comprises two aspects, one is the rod selection and treatment of the bamboo rods; secondly, the straightened bamboo rods are connected with the woven bamboo curtain, and the detailed description is as follows:

A. treating the bamboo poles:

a1, selecting bamboo stalks of 3 years or more as raw material bamboo rods 10, wherein the raw material bamboo rods 10 are straight and no branch is formed at the bamboo joint 11;

a2, opening a hole on the stalk 12 beside the bamboo joint 11, and slowly smoking with fire until the bent joint is softened;

a3, straightening the baked soft bent joint, and performing water cooling for straightening;

B. the straightened raw material bamboo rods 10 are classified in a matched mode according to thickness and fineness, a slightly thinner raw material bamboo rod is used as a frontal bamboo rod 10A, a slightly thicker raw material bamboo rod is used as a tip bamboo rod 10B, and the frontal bamboo rod 10A is closely adjacent to and connected with thin bamboo strips 21 on the outermost side of the bamboo curtain 20 in parallel; the tip bamboo rod 10B and the thin bamboo strip 21 at the outermost side of the bamboo curtain 20 are connected in parallel by the thin rope 30, and the forehead bamboo rod 10A and the tip bamboo rod 10B are respectively arranged at two opposite side edges of the bamboo curtain 20.

In the scheme, the selection of the raw material bamboo rod 10 is to consider the stability of bamboo quality, the green bamboo growing for 3 years is generally selected as appropriate, the bamboo diameters at two ends of the bamboo rod are not changed greatly on the premise of meeting the length requirement, the green bamboo is cut within 6-8 months every year, and then the green bamboo is processed. The straightening workload can be reduced by selecting the bamboo which is straight, the bamboo deforms little in the straightening process, so that the stable and stable straight rod degree can be obtained basically without damaging the self organization structure, in addition, the raw material bamboo rod 10 without branches is straight, and the raw material bamboo rod 10 without branches is also very beneficial to the subsequent straightening process treatment.

In the step B, the forehead bamboo rod 10A and the thin bamboo strip 21 on the outermost side of the bamboo curtain 20 are closely and parallelly connected together, when the wet paper is released, the forehead bamboo rod 10A is aligned at one side edge of the laminated wet paper stack, and because the forehead bamboo rod 10A is slightly thin, the aligning degree of the forehead bamboo rod 10A is higher; then the surface attached with the wet paper is downwards and gradually laminated on the laminated wet paper stack, because the tip bamboo rod 10B is connected with the thin bamboo strip 21 at the outermost side of the bamboo curtain 20 by the thin rope 30 in parallel interval, the tip bamboo rod 10B is firstly lifted when the curtain is lifted, and the tip bamboo rod 10B is not contacted with the laminated wet paper stack, the thin bamboo strip 21 at the side connected with the tip bamboo rod 10B can be conveniently separated from the wet paper, thereby realizing the operation of releasing the wet paper and lifting the bamboo curtain 20, and the paper edges of all the laminated wet paper are level and regular. As a preferred scheme, the raw material bamboo rod 10 selected in the step a1 is firstly subjected to the step a 11: the stems 12 beside the bamboo joints 11 are perforated, baked by charcoal fire until the outer surface of the bamboo skin is yellow brown, and soaked in clean flowing water. The water-removing process has the functions of corrosion prevention and sterilization, and can release the juice in the bamboo comprehensively, so that the problem that the juice in the bamboo is slowly released into paper pulp to influence the paper quality during the subsequent paper fishing operation is reduced. The advantage of opening the pores in advance is also embodied in that under the condition of flowing water and long-term immersion, almost all the juice in the bamboo is favorably released.

Preferably, the raw bamboo culms 10 in the step a11 are soaked in clean flowing water for one month, taken out and dried to discharge the water and juice in the cylindrical cavities of the stalks 12, and then the steps a2 and A3 are carried out.

The stalks 12 are provided with holes at intervals of 50mm +/-5 mm along the length direction, and more than 2 small holes are arranged in the length range between two adjacent bamboo joints 11.

The hole-opening scheme ensures that the bamboo poles 10 and the bamboo curtains 20 which are used as raw materials in the subsequent process are connected by the strings 30, realizes that water in the cylindrical cavities of the stalks 12 between two adjacent bamboo joints 11 flows when the bamboo poles and the bamboo curtains are immersed in flowing water, and is more favorable for releasing juice in bamboo. The opening scheme also avoids the phenomenon that the bamboo rod is bent due to opening after straightening, and once the straightening process is finished, the phenomenon that the local concentrated stress of the bamboo rod is avoided.

The second aspect of the bamboo pole processing steps in the present invention is the straightening operation, and specifically, the straightening processing in step a3 adopts a straightening plate 40, the straightening plate 40 has a straightening groove 41, and the depth of the straightening groove 41 is larger than the radius of the raw bamboo pole 10. The straightening plate 40 is provided with the straightening groove 41, so that the bamboo poles smoked and roasted by fire to have proper soft texture can be simply and conveniently restrained in the straightening groove 41, and the straight shape can be fixed by adopting a water cooling mode after the bamboo poles are restrained for proper time.

The applicant finds that the bamboo joints 11 generally appear at the bent parts of the bamboo poles through careful study, that is, the stems 12 at two sides of the same bamboo joint 11 often present a position relationship that the length direction is an included angle or the cylinder core is eccentric, so the invention provides the following preferred scheme that the middle part of the straightening groove 41 is provided with a groove width expanding section 411 for accommodating the bamboo joint 11. Therefore, the interference phenomenon of the bamboo joints 11 in the straightening process is avoided, and the optimal scheme can effectively straighten the phenomenon of included angle type bending of the stems 12 or non-straight rods with eccentric cylinder cores. The groove width of the straightening groove 41 is consistent with the diameter of the bamboo pole to be straightened, and the bamboo joint 11 with the diameter slightly larger than the groove width is accommodated at the position 411 of the groove width outward expanding section, so that the straightening degree of the bamboo pole can be ensured.

As shown in fig. 4, the straightening plates 40 are arranged at intervals, and the straightening grooves 41 of the straightening plates 40 are arranged along the same line. Therefore, the straightening operation can be simultaneously carried out on a plurality of bent parts on the same raw material bamboo rod 10, and the straightening efficiency is improved; in addition, the plurality of straightening grooves 41 arranged along the length direction can also check the straightening degree of the entire raw bamboo pole 10 in the entire pole length direction after being straightened.

Preferably, the straightening plate 40 is a strip-shaped plate, and the straightening grooves 41 are arranged at an acute angle with the length direction of the straightening plate 40. As shown in fig. 2, in the step B, an inner side small hole 12a is formed in the wall of the stem 12 on one side of the frontal bamboo rod 10A adjacent to the bamboo curtain 20, two outer side small holes 12B are formed in the wall of the stem 12 on the opposite side of the inner side small hole 12a, the three small holes form a unit hole group, a plurality of unit hole groups are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the frontal bamboo rod 10A, a connecting part is formed between each unit hole group and the bamboo curtain 20, and the string 30 penetrates out of one of the outer side small holes 12B, penetrates in the other small hole, penetrates in the inner side small hole 12a, penetrates out of the small hole, and is wound on 3-10 thin bamboo strip filaments 21 adjacent to the frontal bamboo rod 10A.

As shown in fig. 3, in the step B, an inner side small hole 12a is formed in a wall of the stem 12 on one side of the tip bamboo rod 10B adjacent to the bamboo curtain 20, two outer side small holes 12B are formed in a wall of the stem 12 on the opposite side of the inner side small hole 12a, the three small holes form a unit hole group, a plurality of unit hole groups are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the tip bamboo rod 10B, a connecting part is formed between each unit hole group and the bamboo curtain 20, one of the thin ropes 30 penetrates out from the outer side small hole 12B, the other thin rope penetrates through the inner side small hole 12a, penetrates out, and is wound on 3-10 thin bamboo strip filaments 21 adjacent to the tip bamboo rod 10B, and a thin rope 30 with a free length of 20-50 mm is reserved between the tip bamboo rod 10B and the nearest thin bamboo strip filament 21.

Drilling an inner small hole 12a on the forehead bamboo rod 10A and the tip bamboo rod 10B at intervals of 5cm, wherein the distance between two outer small holes 12B on the opposite sides is about 3mm, the thickness of a selected needle is 1-1.2 mm, a needle lead penetrates from outside to inside from one outer small hole 12B, a section of thread end is reserved outside the outer small hole 12B, the needle continuously penetrates out of the inner small hole 12a, then is wound on five thin bamboo strips 21 at the extreme edge, is folded back and wound, then penetrates into the inner small hole 12a, and penetrates out of the other outer small hole 12B, and two thread ends outside the two outer small holes 12B are fastened; and then, the connection of the frontal bamboo pole 10A, the tip bamboo pole 10B and the bamboo curtain 20 is implemented at the next hole position.
