The leather case and box bonding device 5 comprises a leather case aligning positioning mechanism 50, a leather case turnover mechanism 51, a box positioning mechanism 52 and a box grabbing mechanism 53; the box grabbing mechanism 53 is arranged on the grabbing translation sliding rail module 54, the leather case turnover mechanism 51 and the leather case aligning and positioning mechanism 50 are arranged on a station table top 55 for bonding the leather case and the box, and the box positioning mechanism 50 is arranged above the station table top 55 for bonding the leather case and the box.

The box grabbing mechanism 53 comprises a grabbing group and an up-and-down moving group for controlling the whole grabbing group to ascend or descend, the grabbing group comprises a grabbing jig 530 and a grabbing driving device 531 for driving the grabbing jig 530 to grab and release, the up-and-down moving group comprises an up-and-down moving group mounting frame 532 arranged on the grabbing translational slide rail module 54, an up-and-down driving device 533 arranged on the up-and-down moving group mounting frame 532, and a grabbing group mounting seat 534 arranged on the up-and-down driving device 533.

The box positioning mechanism 52 comprises a positioning head 520 matched with the size of the box opening, and the upper end part of the positioning head 520 is provided with a pressing table 521 for pressing the edge of the box; the cassette positioning mechanism 52 further comprises a pressing rod 522 for cooperating with the positioning head 520 to disengage from the cassette opening, and a positioning driving device 523 for driving the positioning head 520 and the pressing rod 522 to ascend or descend, wherein a rubber sleeve is arranged at the end of the pressing rod 522 contacting with the edge of the cassette.

The leather case turnover mechanism 51 comprises a turnover plate 510 and a turnover driving device 511 for driving the turnover plate 510 to turn over, wherein the turnover plate 510 is connected in series on the device frame through a rotating shaft at one side of the turnover plate 510 close to the station table 55 to form a turnover fulcrum, the turnover plate 510 is level with the station table 55, and a power output end of the turnover driving device 511 is connected to the bottom surface of the turnover plate 510, so that the turnover plate 510 can turn over upwards along the turnover fulcrum;

the leather case material aligning and positioning mechanism 50 comprises a material blocking block 501 and a material aligning and positioning block 502 which are used for preventing the leather case from being conveyed forwards continuously, an aligning driving device 503 which drives the material aligning and positioning block 502 to perform aligning action, the material blocking block 501 is arranged at the tail end of the conveying platform, the material aligning and positioning block 502 is arranged at the power output end of the aligning driving device 503, and the upper end part of the material aligning and positioning block 502 is exposed at the hollow position of the turnover plate 510.

The box conveying line 4 further comprises a box pre-positioning pushing mechanism 40, the box pre-positioning pushing mechanism 40 is arranged at the tail end of the box conveying line 4, the box pre-positioning pushing mechanism 40 comprises a pushing plate 410 and a box pushing driving device 411 for driving the pushing plate 410 to move forwards or backwards, and the pushing plate 410 is arranged on the table top of the box pre-positioning pushing mechanism.
