the down feather compacting bin 3 comprises a sleeve 7 which is vertically arranged and is communicated with the arc-shaped diversion bin 2, the sleeve 7 is sequentially and movably sleeved with an upper spherical mold 8 and a lower spherical mold 13 from top to bottom, the upper spherical mold 8 comprises an outer annular sleeve 81 and an inner annular sleeve 83 which are connected through a connecting shaft 82, the outer annular sleeve 81 is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve 7, the inner annular sleeve 83 is arranged on the inner side of the sleeve 7, and the side wall of the sleeve 7 is provided with a vertical groove which is matched with the connecting shaft 82 to move up and down;

step four, velvet storage: the shaped down balls enter the down storage bin 4, and then the moisture absorption and sweat releasing auxiliary agent is sprayed on the down balls and the down balls are dried at the temperature of 60 ℃, so that the preparation of the down balls is completed.
