Abstract
本发明公开了一种紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置,针对管道燃气自闭阀无法在燃气微量泄漏状况下自我关闭及无法连接燃气报警装置的情况下,本发明内容设计一款具备紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置。其通过卡锁结构安装在管道自闭阀进气端外侧,固定在管道燃气自闭阀上端,可与燃气泄漏报警装置连接,当燃气泄漏报警装置监测到燃气泄漏时,该电磁机械装置可接收报警装置的电信号,将管道燃气自闭阀紧急切断,从而保证燃气安全。

技术领域 本发明涉及燃气阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置。 背景技术 现有技术中,天然气作为清洁能源已进入千家万户。在使用天然气的便利过程中,由于天然气的特性,燃气安全问题不容忽视。每年因燃气泄漏导致的事故时有发生,给很多家庭带来难以挽回的灾难和损失。因此,燃气泄漏监测是燃气使用过程中的重中之重。 目前市场上有很多种类的管道燃气自闭阀,其可在管道燃气出现压力异常超压和过流、胶管损坏和脱落导致欠压等不安全状况下,实现自我关闭,切断气源。然而这类管道燃气自闭阀在燃气微量泄漏时无法实现关闭,且无法与燃气报警装置连接,当报警装置检测到燃气泄漏时不能给管道燃气自闭阀输出电信号,使其实现自动关闭。燃气长时间微量泄漏,会慢慢达到5%-15%的爆炸极限,也可能导致事故发生,这样如果用户家中无人的情况下,即使安装了报警装置,也无法自动切断气源。 发明内容 鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置。 根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置,其包括: 定铁芯6铆接在导磁架5上,隔磁铜管7卡套在定铁芯6上; 电磁线圈14绕制在线圈骨架8上,然后装在隔磁铜管7上面; 导磁片9内有圆孔,设置在隔磁铜管7外边,在线圈骨架8上面;磁体22设置在导磁片9两侧各一个,极性相排斥; 铝垫片10扣在导磁架5底部,并铆接在一起; 拉帽2与开启拉杆3通过螺纹连接,开启拉杆3与动铁芯11通过螺纹连接,动铁芯11与撞击体13通过螺纹连接;弹簧12卡在撞击体13台阶上。 防护盖1与注塑外壳4通过螺纹连接,对内部起到防尘防水的作用。 注塑外壳4将导磁架5、定铁芯6、隔磁铜管7、线圈骨架8、导磁片9、磁体22、铝垫片10紧密包裹。 注塑外壳4底部与铝固定架18的凹槽配合,并通过紧固螺栓三23锁紧。 外接电缆15与电磁线圈14连接。 铝固定架18与L型支架19,通过紧固螺栓一16固定,并且可通过螺栓紧固位置,调节铝固定架18支撑处中心点距离L型支架19的位置。 L型支架19和固定抱卡21通过2个紧固螺栓二20连接和固定。 固定抱卡21和抱卡26通过紧固螺栓四24、平垫二25、螺母27连接,组成抱卡装置,安装在自闭阀28的进气口上。 紧固螺栓一16与铝固定架18之间设置有平垫一17。 工作过程包括: 通过抱卡机构安装在自闭阀28或燃气管道上,通过螺栓和螺母配合锁紧;通过铝固定架18和L型支架19的螺栓孔位,调节伸出长度,让撞击体13处在自闭阀28开启结构的正上方;向上拉动拉帽2,带着动铁芯11和定铁芯6接触,在磁体22作用下,两者相吸,保证撞击体13悬在自闭阀28的正上方,不影响自闭阀28的正常开启; 当遇到燃气泄漏时,外接的报警装置报警,输出电脉冲信号,本装置可通过外接电缆15接收外部电脉冲信号,输入给电磁线圈14,产生电磁力,克服磁体的永磁力,释放弹簧12的压缩蓄能,弹簧12带动动铁芯11和撞击体13向下运动,撞击体13在弹簧12作用下强制关闭下方的自闭阀28。 根据本发明上述的一个或多个技术方案,其提供了一种紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置,针对管道燃气自闭阀无法在燃气微量泄漏状况下自我关闭及无法连接燃气报警装置的情况下,本发明内容设计一款具备紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置。其通过卡锁结构安装在管道自闭阀进气端外侧,固定在管道燃气自闭阀上端,可与燃气泄漏报警装置连接,当燃气泄漏报警装置监测到燃气泄漏时,该电磁机械装置可接收报警装置的电信号,将管道燃气自闭阀紧急切断,从而保证燃气安全。 本发明实施例的方案,根据现行管道燃气自闭阀不能连接报警装置及微量泄漏的前提下,通过设计该电磁机械装置,即可连接报警装置,在报警装置报警输出后可以撞击切断自闭阀的燃气。而且本发明通过抱卡可以方便的进行安装,通过可调节长短的支架可以实现与所有自闭阀匹配安装。 本发明实施例的方案,结构简单,安装方便,可以通过调节抱卡机构安装在任何的燃气自闭阀上。安装后可以连接燃气泄漏报警装置,解决自闭阀不能在燃气微量泄漏时关闭的问题。可用于对现已安装好自闭阀的场所进行改造升级,不需更换自闭阀。 附图说明

实施例一
图1和图2示出了本实施例的紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置结构示意图,参照图1和图2,所述紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置可以包括:
防护盖1与注塑外壳4通过螺纹连接,对内部起到防尘防水的作用。
定铁芯6铆接在导磁架5上,隔磁铜管7卡套在定铁芯6上;
电磁线圈14绕制在线圈骨架8上,然后装在隔磁铜管7上面;
导磁片9内有圆孔,设置在隔磁铜管7外边,在线圈骨架8上面;磁体22设置在导磁片9两侧各一个,极性相排斥;
铝垫片10扣在导磁架5底部,并铆接在一起。
外接电缆15与电磁线圈14连接;
注塑外壳4将导磁架5、定铁芯6、隔磁铜管7、线圈骨架8、导磁片9、磁体22、铝垫片10紧密包裹;
拉帽2与开启拉杆3通过螺纹连接,开启拉杆3与动铁芯11通过螺纹连接,动铁芯11与撞击体13通过螺纹连接;弹簧12卡在撞击体13台阶上。
注塑外壳4底部与铝固定架18的凹槽配合,并通过紧固螺栓三23锁紧。
铝固定架18与L型支架19,通过紧固螺栓一16固定,并且可通过螺栓紧固位置,调节铝固定架18支撑处中心点距离L型支架19的位置;
L型支架19和固定抱卡21通过2个紧固螺栓二20连接和固定;
固定抱卡21和抱卡26通过紧固螺栓四24、平垫二25、螺母27连接,组成抱卡装置,可安装在自闭阀28的进气口上;
紧固螺栓一16与铝固定架18之间设置有平垫一17。
如图3所示,为根据本发明实施例的紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置外观立体视图。图4为根据本发明实施例的紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置六面视图中的正视图、左视图及上视图。
本发明实施例的工作原理为:
通过抱卡机构安装在自闭阀28或燃气管道上,通过螺栓和螺母配合锁紧;通过铝固定架18和L型支架19的螺栓孔位,可调节伸出长度,让撞击体13处在自闭阀28开启结构的正上方;向上拉动拉帽2,带着动铁芯11和定铁芯6接触,在磁体22作用下,两者相吸,保证撞击体13悬在自闭阀28的正上方,不影响自闭阀28的正常开启。当遇到燃气泄漏时,外接的报警装置报警,输出电脉冲信号,本装置可通过外接电缆15接收外部电脉冲信号,输入给电磁线圈14,产生电磁力,克服磁体的永磁力,释放弹簧12的压缩蓄能,弹簧12会带动动铁芯11和撞击体13向下运动,撞击体13在弹簧12作用下会强制关闭下方的自闭阀28。
本发明各个实施例中,提供了一种紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置,针对管道燃气自闭阀无法在燃气微量泄漏状况下自我关闭及无法连接燃气报警装置的情况下,本发明内容设计一款具备紧急切断自闭阀的电磁机械装置。其通过卡锁结构安装在管道自闭阀进气端外侧,固定在管道燃气自闭阀上端,可与燃气泄漏报警装置连接,当燃气泄漏报警装置监测到燃气泄漏时,该电磁机械装置可接收报警装置的电信号,将管道燃气自闭阀紧急切断,从而保证燃气安全。
本发明实施例的方案,根据现行管道燃气自闭阀不能连接报警装置及微量泄漏的前提下,通过设计该电磁机械装置,即可连接报警装置,在报警装置报警输出后可以撞击切断自闭阀的燃气。而且本发明通过抱卡可以方便的进行安装,通过可调节长短的支架可以实现与所有自闭阀匹配安装。
本发明实施例的方案,结构简单,安装方便,可以通过调节抱卡机构安装在任何的燃气自闭阀上。安装后可以连接燃气泄漏报警装置,解决自闭阀不能在燃气微量泄漏时关闭的问题。可用于对现已安装好自闭阀的场所进行改造升级,不需更换自闭阀。
