The intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights about intellectual labor achievements created by human beings in social practice, in the market trading practice of the intellectual property rights, the resource trading of the intellectual property rights can greatly improve the utilization rate of the intellectual property rights, and simultaneously transfer income is brought to intellectual property rights owners.

The intellectual property trading platform is established to better provide circulation and conversion services of intellectual property and better realize the value of the intellectual property, but the intellectual property trading platform in the prior art does not consider the use of disabled people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a big data based service management system, which solves the technical problem that an intellectual property trading platform in the related technology does not consider the use of disabled people.

The voice recognition module is also used for translating the character data converted by the voice data, recognizing the language types input by the intellectual property requirement terminal and the intellectual property supply terminal, and then converting the character data converted by the voice data input by the intellectual property requirement terminal into character data corresponding to the language types input by the intellectual property supply terminal; or, the text data converted from the voice data input by the intellectual property requirement terminal is converted into the text data corresponding to the language type input by the intellectual property supply terminal.

for example, the intellectual property trading service stage may be determined when the intellectual property requirement terminal 100 has only one chat window with the intellectual property supply terminal 300;

the intellectual property transaction service stage can be determined when the intellectual property requiring terminal 100 does not close the chat window with any intellectual property providing terminal 300 within the set time;

further, after deleting the chat window with the reverse offer in the unclosed chat window, determining the intellectual property trading service stage.

Step S308, after the intellectual property trading service stage is determined, generating an intellectual property trading item, and providing a link of the intellectual property trading item to the intellectual property supply terminal 300 and the intellectual property demand terminal 100 which reserve chat windows when the intellectual property trading service stage is determined;

For example, for the intellectual property transaction item of the patent application, the transaction can be continued by adding the annual fee payment information, and of course, in the above steps, both the intellectual property supply terminal 300 and the intellectual property demand terminal 100 can terminate the intellectual property transaction item;

As shown in fig. 6, different from the second embodiment, the present embodiment further provides a service screening unit 280 applied to intellectual property service information of a patent application, including:

a classification number matching unit 281 for matching the patent classification number corresponding to the keyword of the second reference data;

a screening execution unit 282 for screening intellectual property service information having more than one same classification number through the patent classification number obtained by keyword matching;

As shown in fig. 7, a service screening unit 280 for screening intellectual property service information by assigning a weight value to a patent classification number is provided, which includes:

a classification number matching unit 281 for matching the patent classification number corresponding to the keyword of the second reference data;

a weight value assigning unit 283 assigning a weight value to the patent classification number based on the number of keywords matched with the patent classification number matched by the classification number matching unit 281;

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present embodiment or portions thereof contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (e.g. a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method of the embodiments.
