A preparation method of a PVC floor high-wear-resistance UV wood coating specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, adding auxiliary materials for one time: respectively adding 10% of urethane acrylate, 25% of epoxy acrylate and 20% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate into a reaction kettle, gradually adding 0.1% of wetting agent, 0.2% of flatting agent and 2.5% of matte powder at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200-1500 rpm;

step two, secondary auxiliary material addition: after the primary auxiliary material is dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 24.5% of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, 2.5% of matte powder and 5% of wear-resistant powder, and similarly increasing the rotating speed to 1200 and 1500rpm for high-speed dispersion for 10 minutes;

step three, adding auxiliary materials for three times: after the secondary auxiliary materials are dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 0.1% of defoaming agent, 0.1% of anti-settling agent and 10% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, stirring for 20 minutes, and then closing the equipment and taking out the coating.

Example two

A preparation method of a PVC floor high-wear-resistance UV wood coating specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, adding auxiliary materials for one time: respectively adding 15% of urethane acrylate, 23% of epoxy acrylate and 17% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate into a reaction kettle, gradually adding 0.15% of wetting agent, 0.4% of flatting agent and 1.5% of matte powder at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200-1500 rpm;

step two, secondary auxiliary material addition: after the primary auxiliary material is dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 24.7 percent of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, 2 percent of matte powder and 3 percent of wear-resistant powder, and similarly increasing the rotating speed to 1200 plus 1500rpm for high-speed dispersion for 10 minutes;

step three, adding auxiliary materials for three times: after the secondary auxiliary materials are dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 0.15% of defoaming agent, 0.15% of anti-settling agent and 13% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, stirring for 20 minutes, and then closing the equipment and taking out the coating.

EXAMPLE III

A preparation method of a PVC floor high-wear-resistance UV wood coating specifically comprises the following steps:

step one, adding auxiliary materials for one time: respectively adding 20% of urethane acrylate, 20% of epoxy acrylate and 15% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate into a reaction kettle, gradually adding 0.2% of wetting agent, 0.4% of flatting agent and 1% of matte powder at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, and dispersing at high speed for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200-1500 rpm;

step two, secondary auxiliary material addition: after the primary auxiliary material is dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 25% of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, 1% of matte powder and 2% of wear-resistant powder, and similarly increasing the rotating speed to 1200 plus 1500rpm for high-speed dispersion for 10 minutes;

step three, adding auxiliary materials for three times: after the secondary auxiliary materials are dispersed at a high speed, gradually reducing the rotating speed to 800-1000 rpm, adding 0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.2% of anti-settling agent and 15% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, stirring for 20 minutes, and then closing the equipment and taking out the coating.

The three coatings prepared in the three embodiments are selected for carrying out a spraying test, and the spraying test is specifically carried out when the coating is used, the prepared coatings are firstly coated on different areas of the same workpiece, then the coating is cured by a UV curing lamp, the hardness is detected and detected once every 30 seconds of curing and recorded, after the coating is completely cured, a wear resistance test is carried out and recorded, the curing efficiency is judged by combining with the hardness detection record, and finally, a long-time spraying test is carried out, and the blocking time is recorded.

After the test, the coating prepared in the second embodiment is judged to have the best comprehensive performance by integrating various experimental data, and the performance of the three coatings is superior to that of the similar certain product on the market.

The polyurethane acrylate and the epoxy acrylate are respectively polyurethane acrylate of Changxing and Sanmu chemical engineering.

The defoaming agent used is one or the combination of non-silicone fatty acid polymer, modified polyacrylic acid polymer, polyoxyethylene ether or modified polysiloxane provided by Pico, Digao or Pasteur.

The wetting agent is one or the combination of polyether modified polysiloxane or polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane from Picker.

The leveling agent is one or the combination of polyether or polyester modified polysiloxane.

The matte powder used is a special organically treated silicon dioxide matting powder.

The wear-resistant powder used is specially treated aluminum oxide.

The photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone used above is a photoinitiator of Jiuyi chemistry.

Trimethylolpropane triacrylate and tripropylene glycol diacrylate as mentioned above are monomers of promising chemistry.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention also discloses a preparation device of the PVC floor high-wear-resistance UV wood coating, which comprises a kettle body 1, wherein four sides of the bottom of the kettle body 1 are fixedly connected with supporting legs 16, the top of the kettle body 1 is fixedly connected with a kettle cover 2, the bottom of the kettle body 1 is communicated with a discharge valve 3, the top of the left side of the kettle body 1 is communicated with a feeding valve 4, the top of the kettle cover 2 is fixedly connected with a dust cover 17 covering the water pump 12, the motor 10 and the air suction pump 5, a water suction pipe 13 penetrates through the dust cover 17 and extends to the outside of the dust cover 17, the top of the dust cover 17 is fixedly connected with a cooling fan 171, and the front side of the dust cover 17 is fixedly connected with a filter window 172.

Referring to fig. 2-3, an air pump 5 is fixedly connected to the right side of the top of the kettle cover 2, an air inlet of the air pump 5 is communicated with the top of the kettle cover 2 through an air exhaust pipe 11, and a motor 10 is fixedly connected to the center of the top of the kettle cover 2.

When feeding, firstly, the main materials are added into the kettle body 1 through the discharge valve 3, a certain amount of water is added, then the discharge valve 3 is closed, and the motor 10 is started to drive the stirring mechanism 8 to rotate so as to stir the main materials; after the processing is finished, all the electric appliances are closed, and the discharge valve 3 is opened to discharge the coating.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5-6, a feeding and flushing mechanism 7 sleeved outside the stirring shaft 81 is fixedly connected to the center of the bottom of the kettle cover 2, the feeding and flushing mechanism 7 comprises a vertical cylinder 72 connected to the bottom of a water spraying cover 71 fixedly connected to the kettle cover 2, the bottom end of the vertical cylinder 72 is lower than the top of the turning plate 93, the right side of the vertical cylinder 72 is communicated with a material sucking pipe 73, the auxiliary powder can be directly sucked into the vertical cylinder 72 by negative pressure air suction, and the upper layer slurry can be turned up in the rotating process by using a material turning mechanism 9 attached to the stirring mechanism 8 to form a semicircular cover to cover the bottom of the vertical cylinder 72, so that the discharged powder can be quickly and thoroughly mixed into the slurry, the problem of large amount of powder is avoided, the quick addition of the auxiliary material can be realized, the processing efficiency is improved, the raw material waste rate is low, the left side of the top of the kettle cover 2 is fixedly connected with a water pump 12, the inlet outlet of water pump 12 communicates respectively with drinking-water pipe 13 and outlet pipe 14, the left side intercommunication of water spray cover 71 has water inlet return bend 74, and the top of water inlet return bend 74 and the bottom intercommunication of outlet pipe 14, hole for water spraying 75 has evenly been seted up to the lateral wall of water spray cover 71, the material loading washes the ejection of compact that mechanism 7 the latter half can be used to the auxiliary material, and the first half can let in the water purification and outwards spray, wash reation kettle inside, and the hemisphere design of water spray cover 71 bottom makes its washing that can be more comprehensive thorough, moreover, the steam generator is compact in structure, the space utilization rate is high, and convenient operation.

The top end of the inner surface of the vertical cylinder 72 is fixedly connected with a baffle ring 76, the inner side of the baffle ring 76 is penetrated with a light floating block 77 which is sleeved on the surface of the stirring shaft 81 in a sliding way, the inner surface and the outer surface of the middle section of the light floating block 77 and the stirring shaft 81 and the baffle ring 76 are spaced, the diameters of the upper section and the lower section of the light floating block 77 are larger than the inner diameter of the baffle ring 76, the surface of the stirring shaft 81 is fixedly connected with a sealing ring sleeve 78 which is positioned at the inner side of the light floating block 77, the outer surface of the sealing ring sleeve 78 and the bottom of the inner surface of the light floating block 77 are both conical surfaces which are matched with each other, through the matching of the baffle ring 76, the light floating block 77 and the sealing ring sleeve 78, after the lower layer is introduced with air flow carrying powder, the light floating block 77 can float upwards automatically, the upper layer of the vertical cylinder 72 is sealed, the powder is ensured to be discharged from the lower part, the waste of the powder is avoided, and the raw material proportioning is also avoided from being influenced.

Referring to fig. 7, the top end of the material suction pipe 73 penetrates through the kettle cover 2 and is communicated with the material feeding assembly 6, the material feeding assembly 6 comprises an air suction hose 61 in threaded connection with the material suction pipe 73, the bottom end of the air suction hose 61 is communicated with three air suction branch pipes 63 through a four-way head 62, the bottom end of the air suction branch pipe 63 is communicated with a sealing cover 64, one side of the sealing cover 64 is fixedly connected with a 7-shaped bent pipe 65 in a penetrating manner, the vertical section of the 7-shaped bent pipe 65 is positioned at the center inside of the sealing cover 64, the end part of the horizontal section of the 7-shaped bent pipe 65 is fixedly connected with a filter head, a supporting tray 15 is fixedly connected to the right side of the kettle body 1 and below the material feeding assembly 6, bottles containing quantitative auxiliary materials can be placed on the supporting tray 15, three groups of bottles can be simultaneously connected through the material feeding assembly 6 and can be simultaneously extracted, primary mixing can be realized in the air flow conveying process, and the material mixing efficiency is further improved, and dust-free feeding can be realized.

When auxiliary materials are added, a container filled with the corresponding auxiliary materials is placed on the supporting tray 15, the 7-shaped bent pipe 65 of the feeding assembly 6 is inserted into the container, the sealing cover 64 is covered on the top of the container to seal, then the air pump 5 is started to extract air in the kettle body 1, negative pressure is generated in the container, the air suction pipe 73 is matched with the feeding assembly 6 to extract the auxiliary materials in the container, meanwhile, external air is supplemented into the container through the 7-shaped bent pipe 65 to blow up the powder materials until the air enters the vertical cylinder 72 along with the air flow, the light floating block 77 can be pushed by the air flow to float upwards at the moment, the top end of the vertical cylinder 72 is sealed, the air flow carries the powder materials to be discharged from the bottom end of the vertical cylinder 72, meanwhile, the material overturning mechanism 9 is driven by the stirring mechanism 8 to rotate, the upper-layer slurry is overturned by the overturning plate 93 to form a hemispherical cover, and the powder materials are covered inside and mixed into the slurry to finish feeding.
