The polyester silica gel waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester resin is 65-75 parts by mass, the silica gel emulsion is 35-45 parts by mass, the mildew-proof auxiliary agent is 1-2 parts by mass, the dispersant is 1-3 parts by mass, the defoamer is 1-3 parts by mass, the thickener is 1-2 parts by mass, and the coupling agent is 1-2 parts by mass.

The polyester silica gel waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester resin comprises 70 parts by mass of polyester resin, 40 parts by mass of silica gel emulsion, 1.5 parts by mass of a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 2 parts by mass of a dispersing agent, 2 parts by mass of a defoaming agent, 1.5 parts by mass of a thickening agent, and 1.5 parts by mass of a coupling agent.

4. The polyester silicone waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the polyester resin is a modified acrylic resin.

5. The polyester silica gel waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mildewproof auxiliary agent is at least one of N-octyl-isothiazolinone and a quaternary ammonium salt mildewproof agent.

6. The polyester silica gel waterproof coating material of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is at least one of a polycarboxylate sodium salt dispersant, a polycarboxylate ammonium salt dispersant or sodium hexametaphosphate.

7. The polyester silicone waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is at least one of a mineral oil defoaming agent or a modified silicone defoaming agent.

8. The polyester silica gel waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is at least one of titanate coupling agent or silane coupling agent.

9. The method for preparing polyester silicone waterproof paint according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:

weighing all the raw materials according to the proportion, and then uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the polyester silica gel waterproof coating.

10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the stirring speed is 350-400r/min and the stirring time is 1-2 h.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a polyester silica gel waterproof coating.

Background

In the natural environment, the coating is subjected to various natural factors, such as ultraviolet rays, high temperature, rain, oxidation, microorganisms and the like, so that the powder coating has reduced gloss, dull color, cracks or rusty spots on the coating film, finally the performance is reduced, and the aging phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the coating material is required to have good adhesion, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and the like. Polyester materials are used in conventional coatings, but because the polyester materials have unsaturated benzene rings and other groups, chemical bonds in polyester molecules are easy to break under the photooxidation degradation action of ultraviolet rays and oxygen, so that the shedding phenomenon is caused, and the outdoor weather resistance of the coating is not ideal. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a corrosion-resistant powder coating having excellent weather resistance for outdoor applications.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The first purpose of the invention is to provide a polyester silica gel waterproof coating, which takes polyester resin as a base material, is doped with a silica gel solution, and the silica gel solution is combined with the chemical bonds of polyester molecules, so that the elasticity of chemical molecular chains is enhanced, the bonding force among the molecules of the prepared coating components is increased, the viscosity of the coating is enhanced, the corrosion resistance is enhanced, and the resistance to changing natural climate, namely the weather resistance is improved.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the polyester silica gel waterproof coating, which is simple to operate, easily available in raw materials and low in cost.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a polyester silica gel waterproof coating which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: the coating comprises, by mass, 60-80 parts of polyester resin, 30-50 parts of silica gel emulsion, 1-3 parts of a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 1-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a thickening agent and 1-3 parts of a coupling agent.

The polyester silica gel waterproof coating disclosed by the invention takes polyester resin as a base material, is doped with a silica gel solution, and the silica gel solution is combined with the chemical bonds of polyester molecules, so that the elasticity of chemical molecular chains is enhanced, the bonding force among the molecules of the prepared coating components is increased, the viscosity of the coating is enhanced, the corrosion resistance is enhanced, and the resistance to changing natural climate, namely the weather resistance is improved. Furthermore, after the mildew-proof auxiliary agent is added on the basis, the growth of mildew on the surface of the coating can be inhibited for a long time.

Preferably, the coating comprises, by mass, 65-75 parts of polyester resin, 35-45 parts of silica gel emulsion, 1-2 parts of a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent and 1-2 parts of a coupling agent.

Preferably, the anti-mildew agent comprises, by mass, 70 parts of polyester resin, 40 parts of silica gel emulsion, 1.5 parts of anti-mildew auxiliary agent, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of thickening agent and 1.5 parts of coupling agent.

Preferably, the polyester resin is a modified acrylic resin.

Preferably, the mildew-proof auxiliary agent is at least one of N-octyl-sip ketone and quaternary ammonium salt mildew-proof agent.

Preferably, the dispersant is at least one of a polycarboxylate sodium salt dispersant, a polycarboxylate ammonium salt dispersant or sodium hexametaphosphate.

Preferably, the defoamer is at least one of a mineral oil defoamer or a modified silicone defoamer.

Preferably, the coupling agent is at least one of a titanate coupling agent or a silane coupling agent.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the polyester silica gel waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:

weighing all the raw materials according to the proportion, and then uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain the polyester silica gel waterproof coating.

Preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,

the stirring speed is 350-400r/min, and the stirring time is 1-2 h.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.

Example 1

60 parts of polyester resin, 30 parts of silica gel emulsion, 1 part of mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 1 part of dispersing agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 1 part of thickening agent and 1 part of coupling agent are weighed and mixed, and then the mixture is stirred for 1 hour at the stirring speed of 350r/min, so that the waterproof coating for the metal roof steel structure is obtained.

Example 2

Weighing 80 parts of polyester resin, 50 parts of silica gel emulsion, 3 parts of mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 5 parts of dispersing agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent, 3 parts of thickening agent and 3 parts of coupling agent, mixing, and stirring for 2 hours at a stirring speed of 400r/min to obtain the waterproof coating for the metal roof steel structure.

Example 3

Weighing 80 parts of polyester resin, 50 parts of silica gel emulsion, 3 parts of mildew-proof auxiliary agent, 5 parts of dispersing agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent, 3 parts of thickening agent and 3 parts of coupling agent, mixing, and stirring for 2 hours at a stirring speed of 400r/min to obtain the waterproof coating for the metal roof steel structure.

Comparative example 1

The other steps are identical to example 3 except that no silica gel emulsion is added.

Comparative example 2

The other steps are identical to those of example 3, except that no mould proofing aid is added.

Experimental example 1

The waterproof coatings of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were evaluated for their performances, and the specific results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from Table 1, the overall performance of the waterproof coatings of examples 1-3 is significantly higher than that of comparative examples 1-2, and especially the performance index of example 3 achieves the best results. Therefore, the polyester silica gel waterproof coating disclosed by the invention takes the polyester resin as a base material, is doped with the silica gel solution, and is combined with the chemical bonds of the polyester molecules, so that the elasticity of the chemical molecular chains is enhanced, the bonding force among the molecules of the prepared coating components is increased, the viscosity of the coating is enhanced, the corrosion resistance is enhanced, and the resistance to the changed natural climate, namely the weather resistance is improved. Furthermore, after the mildew-proof auxiliary agent is added on the basis, the growth of mildew on the surface of the coating can be inhibited for a long time.
