one hand takes the tobacco leaves and holds the stem part of the tobacco leaves, the tip of the tobacco leaves is kept upward, the other hand holds the operating rod 3, so that the two pushing members 301 are attached to the side wall of the frame 4 of the tobacco clamp, then the operating rod 3 is moved along the limiting slide way 201, after the pushing members 301 contact the convex top member 506 of the tobacco clamping mechanism 5, the curved surface of the pushing members 301 contacts the curved surface of the convex top member 506, and the pushing members 301 are inserted along with the movement of the pushing members, so that the convex top member 506 gradually moves in the direction far away from the frame 4 until the curved surface peaks of the two members contact, and at the moment, the outward movement of the convex top member 506 reaches the maximum stroke; the ejector member 301 ejects the convex top member 506. In the process, the convex top member 506 overcomes the elastic force of the spring 504 to pull the pull rod 502 outwards, the pull rod 502 drives the pressing sheet 501 to move and expose a gap between the pressing sheet 501 and the inner wall of the frame 4, the tobacco leaf stalk is inserted into the gap in a proper manner, then the operating rod 3 is continuously moved, after the pushing member 301 crosses the current convex top member 506, the current convex top member 506 is reset under the elastic force of the spring 504, and the pressing sheet 501 presses the tobacco leaf stalk on the inner wall of the frame 4. Therefore, the tobacco clips can be filled with tobacco leaves quickly and orderly through sequential operation.

The tobacco clip filled with the tobacco leaves is arranged with the tips of the tobacco leaves facing upwards, then the operating rod 3 is pushed in the direction vertical to the operating plate 2, the operating rod 3 pushes the tobacco clip away from the operating plate 2, and the tobacco clip moves along the sliding groove 104 on the supporting rod 101 by virtue of the first positioning block 402 and the second positioning block 403; as shown in fig. 4, when the first positioning block 402 enters the curved portion 103 of the supporting rod 101 and moves down to the lowest point of the curved surface, the cigarette holder is in an inclined state; the cigarette clip continues to be subjected to the horizontal thrust of the operating rod 3, because the linear distance from the junction point of the horizontal part 102 and the curved part 103 to the top point of the curved part 103 is smaller than the distance between the two frame rods 401 at the same side of the frame 4, the second positioning block 403 crosses the first positioning block 402 at the lowest point of the curved surface and enters the other horizontal part 102 of the supporting rod 101 in advance, so that the cigarette clip is turned over, as shown in fig. 5, the tip of the tobacco leaf is downward; another operator or other power mechanism may continue to push the cigarette clip to move the cigarette clip completely onto the horizontal portion 102. The next cigarette holder is then subjected to the above-described operation.

The limiting slide way 201 is used for effectively limiting the moving direction of the operating rod 3 and the pushing member 301, so that the pushing member 301 can effectively contact the convex top member 506 of each cigarette clamping mechanism 5 in sequence; the spring 504 can keep the pressing sheet 501 to press the tobacco leaf stalks constantly, and the outer diameter of the tobacco leaves is reduced due to the dehydration of the leaf stalks, so that the falling-off phenomenon of the tobacco leaves is avoided.

Example 2

The difference between this example and embodiment 1 is that the frame 4 is provided with a pair of second sliding grooves arranged in parallel along the length direction thereof near the outer side of the protruding top member 506, the curved surface portion of the protruding top member is embedded into the second sliding grooves, and the second sliding grooves can limit the protruding top member 506 to prevent the protruding top member 506 from rotating in the circumferential direction on the one hand, and can effectively limit the moving direction of the pushing member 301 on the other hand, so that the pushing member 301 can effectively contact the protruding top member 506 of each cigarette clamping mechanism in sequence.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
