The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

as shown in figure 1, the invention comprises a driving assembly and a pre-filtering assembly arranged inside a machine barrel 1 of a vertical leaf filter, wherein filter leaves 2 with filter cloth arranged on the surface are arranged inside the machine barrel 1, and a sludge discharge port 11 for discharging filter residues is arranged at the bottom of the machine barrel 1.

The stirring shaft 4 is vertically arranged and coaxially located inside the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3, and a spiral stirring structure 6 is fixed on the outer side of the stirring shaft, as shown in fig. 2, the spiral stirring structure 6 comprises a spiral strip 12 spirally arranged around the stirring shaft 4, a plurality of support rods 13 connected with and supporting the spiral strip, and a filter residue brush strip 14 fixed on the spiral strip 12, wherein the outer diameter of the spiral strip 13 is adjusted along with the change of the inner diameter of the pre-filtering mesh enclosure, and the filter residue brush strip 14 is used for brushing off filter residues attached to the pre-filtering mesh enclosure when the stirring shaft 4 rotates. The driving assembly is used for driving the stirring shaft 4 to rotate and comprises a horizontal transmission shaft 8 positioned inside the machine barrel 1, a bevel gear pair and a driving motor 7 positioned outside the machine barrel 2. An installation rack (not shown in the figure) fixed on the ground is arranged outside the machine barrel 2, the driving motor 7 is installed and fixed on the installation rack, one end of the horizontal transmission shaft 8 penetrates out of the rack and is in rotation-stopping connection with the output end of the driving motor 7, the other end of the horizontal transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the upper end of the stirring shaft 4 through a bevel gear pair, and the horizontal transmission shaft 8 is in sealing fit with the machine barrel body in order to ensure that the internal pressure of the vertical leaf filter is not leaked. Under the action of the driving component, the stirring shaft 4 can be driven to drive the spiral stirring structure 6 to rotate.

In order to prevent the bevel gear pair from being corroded and rusted by liquid in the using process, a protective box 9 is arranged on the outer side of the bevel gear pair, the protective box 9 is fixedly arranged in the machine barrel, and two extending holes are formed in the protective box 9 and respectively used for allowing a horizontal transmission shaft 8 and a stirring shaft 9 to pass through.

When the novel vertical leaf filter filtering device is used, crude liquid enters the interior of the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3 through the crude liquid feeding pipe, due to the unique shape of the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3 and the stirring effect of the spiral stirring structure, the crude liquid is fully contacted with the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3 in the flowing process, the crude liquid subjected to pre-filtering flows out of the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3 to be subjected to fine filtering of filter leaves, and filter residues are left in the interior of the pre-filtering mesh enclosure 3 and are discharged through the residue discharge port 10. In the prefiltering process, the crude liquid is limited by the shape of the prefiltering mesh enclosure and is stirred to change the flow direction, and the crude liquid is in enough contact with the prefiltering mesh enclosure to be fully prefiltered, and the prefiltering mesh enclosure does not occupy too large volume in the machine barrel. Spiral stirring structural design is ingenious, can play the stirring effect, and its hollow structure can not influence the filter residue and move down, and filter residue brush strip 14 on spiral strip 12 can clear up the filter residue on the prefiltration screen panel, prevents that the filter residue from gluing on the prefiltration screen panel and influencing the filtration. In conclusion, the coarse liquid pre-filtering device can pre-filter the coarse liquid at the beginning of entering the machine barrel, reduce the load of the filter cloth and prolong the service life of the filter cloth, thereby reducing the maintenance cost and improving the production efficiency.

The specific embodiment 2 of the novel vertical leaf filter filtering device of the invention is as follows:
