step four: when the thermocouple positioned on the outer ring detects that the temperature of the metal on the outer ring of the wide-width large-winding-diameter air-conditioning foil reaches 264 ℃, the temperature in the annealing furnace is reduced to 267 ℃ to be the inner ring for continuous heating and annealing, a negative pressure fan is started to assist in cooling, and the negative pressure fan is turned off after time t 2;

step five: when the thermocouple positioned in the inner ring detects that the temperature of the metal in the inner ring of the wide-width large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil reaches 264 ℃, controlling the temperature in the annealing furnace at 264 ℃, keeping the temperature for t3, turning on the negative pressure fan again to assist in cooling, and turning off the negative pressure fan after the time t 4;

step six: after time t3, the annealing operation of the wide and large roll diameter air-conditioned foil is finished, and the wide and large roll diameter air-conditioned foil is taken out of the annealing furnace.

The conventional annealing process of the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil generally comprises the steps of cutting the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil and then annealing, so that a large amount of production time is wasted in the cutting process by the annealing mode, the production cost is increased, the production efficiency is reduced, the annealing process of directly rolling the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil without cutting the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil into whole rolls can cause uneven annealing performance of the inner ring and the outer ring of the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil, and even the annealing quality is directly scrapped due to unqualified annealing performance, so that the annealing quality is seriously influenced.

The annealing method of the wide-width large-roll-diameter air conditioning foil comprises the following steps of:

As shown in FIG. 1, curve A in the graph is a curve of temperature change in the annealing furnace with time, curve B is a curve of temperature change of the outer ring of the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil with time, and curve C is a curve of temperature change of the inner ring of the wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil with time. The performance test results of the wide-width large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil obtained by the annealing method are shown in the following table 1.

The annealing method solves the technical problems that the annealing performance of the inner ring and the outer ring is uneven and unqualified when the whole wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil is subjected to whole-roll annealing treatment, the annealing efficiency and the productivity of the whole wide and large-roll-diameter air-conditioning foil are greatly improved through the annealing treatment, the performance of the annealed product is qualified and uniform, and the product quality is ensured.
