s2, piling: lofting a pile position by using a total station, driving a pile body into a designed position by using a pile driver, and if the perpendicularity deviation of the pile body is more than 1%, correcting the pile body and then driving the pile;

Background

The construction process for the tubular pile in the deep soft soil layer is provided by combining the existing tubular pile project in the deep soft soil region and analyzing and researching the related problems encountered in the tubular pile construction.

To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a deep soft soil pipe pile construction method, comprising the steps of:

s1, pile making: the length of each single-section pile is 8-12 meters, and the inner diameter of the lower-section pile body is larger than the outer diameter of the upper-section pile body; a horizontal bearing platform is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the pile body, an inward-concave notch is formed in the upper surface of the bearing platform, and a metal welding plate is embedded in the outer wall of the upper end of the pile body; the bottom ends of all the pile bodies except the lowest pile body are provided with convex groove tables, the groove tables of the upper pile body are arranged to be capable of being inserted into the groove openings of the lower pile body, and the outer wall of the lower end of each pile body is embedded with a metal welding plate;

s2, piling: lofting a pile position by using a total station, driving a pile body into a designed position by using a pile driver, and if the perpendicularity deviation of the pile body is more than 1%, correcting the pile body and then driving the pile;

s3, pile splicing: the upper pile body is hoisted and mounted to the lower pile body, a groove platform of the upper pile body is ensured to be inserted into a groove opening of the lower pile body, a cavity is formed between the outer wall of the lower end of the upper pile body and the inner wall of the upper end of the lower pile body, the upper end of the lower pile body is connected with the lower end of the upper pile body through a connecting piece, and anti-corrosion slurry is injected;

the connector includes: the grouting hard pipe comprises a vertical plate, a first transverse plate, a second transverse plate and a grouting hard pipe, wherein the vertical plate is arranged around the outer wall of a lower pile body in a surrounding mode, the top end of the vertical plate is higher than the top surface of the lower pile body, the top end of the vertical plate is connected with the first transverse plate into a whole, the first transverse plate extends to a metal welding plate at the lower end of the upper pile body, the second transverse plate is located right below the first transverse plate, one end of the second transverse plate is connected with the vertical plate into a whole, the other end of the second transverse plate extends to be in contact with the outer wall of an upper pile body, the lower end of the grouting hard pipe sequentially penetrates through the first transverse plate and the second transverse plate to enter the cavity, and the grouting hard pipe is in threaded connection with the first transverse plate and the second transverse plate;

the concrete steps of connecting the upper end of the lower pile body and the lower end of the upper pile body through a connecting piece and injecting anti-corrosion slurry are as follows: the connecting piece penetrates through the outer wall of the upper pile body, the second transverse plate is supported through the top surface of the lower pile body, the first transverse plate and the metal welding plate at the lower end of the upper pile body are welded, the vertical plate and the metal welding plate at the upper end of the lower pile body are welded, anti-corrosion slurry is synchronously injected into the cavity through the grouting hard pipe during welding, and after the cavity is filled with the anti-corrosion slurry, the grouting hard pipe is rotated to enable the grouting hard pipe to reach the bottom of the cavity.
