1. The basement roof crack repairing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

polishing and roughening the surface of an area with cracks on the top plate of the basement to form a polished and roughened area;

coating a filling layer formed by coating polymer cement mortar on a polishing and scabbling area, and filling the filling layer in the crack;

fixing a tension material between the filling layer and the two sides of the crack;

and smearing a filling and leveling layer on the filling layer and the tension material so as to completely cover the filling layer and the tension material and enable the outer edge of the filling and leveling layer to be flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

2. The basement roof crack repairing method of claim 1, wherein the surface of the cracked area of the basement roof is ground by a grinding machine.

3. The method for repairing cracks in the top plate of the basement as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sanded and roughened areas are washed with clean water before the filling layer formed by applying the polymer cement mortar is applied to the sanded and roughened areas and filled in the cracks.

4. The basement roof crack repair method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the step of fixing a tension material between the filling layer and the two sides of the crack comprises the steps of:

laying a tension material on the filling layer and above the crack;

and a plurality of fixing pieces are nailed on the top plate of the basement and positioned on two sides of the tension material along the length direction of the crack.

5. The basement roof crack repair method of any one of claims 1-3, further comprising: covering a plastic film on the surface of the filling layer, standing for 24 hours, and removing the plastic film.

6. The basement roof crack repair method of claim 5, further comprising: after removing the plastic film, the film was cured by spraying water for 7 days.

7. The basement roof crack repairing structure is implemented by the basement roof crack repairing method of any one of claims 1 to 6 and comprises the following steps:

the surface of the crack area of the basement top plate is polished and roughened to form a polished and roughened area;

the filling layer is formed by coating polymer cement mortar, is coated on the polishing and roughening area and is filled in the crack;

a tension material fixed to the filling layer and located between both sides of the crack;

and the leveling layer is coated on the filling layer and the tension material so as to completely cover the filling layer and the tension material and enable the outer edge of the leveling layer to be flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

8. The basement roof crack repair structure of claim 7, wherein: the basement top plate is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces, and the fixing pieces are nailed on two sides of the tensile material along the length direction of the crack.

9. The basement roof crack repair structure of claim 7, wherein: the tension material is a basalt fiber mesh.

10. The basement roof crack repair structure of claim 7, wherein: the leveling layer is formed by coating polymer cement mortar.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a basement roof crack repairing method and repairing structure.

Background

At present, the large basement roof cracks when construction load is overloaded or concrete strength is insufficient and the roof is put into use too early. The common repairing modes for the concrete slab are grouting, steel plate pasting and reinforcing and the like.

However, these methods are complicated in construction, the steel plate is susceptible to corrosion by the environment, and the adhesive is also susceptible to the environment and temperature, even resulting in interface peeling, and thus cannot meet the repair requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a basement roof crack repairing method for improving the crack repairing quality.

The invention also aims to provide a basement roof crack repairing structure obtained by the basement roof crack repairing method.

A basement roof crack repairing method comprises the following steps:

polishing and roughening the surface of an area with cracks on the top plate of the basement to form a polished and roughened area;

coating a filling layer formed by coating polymer cement mortar on a polishing and scabbling area, and filling the filling layer in the crack;

fixing a tension material between the filling layer and the two sides of the crack;

and smearing a filling and leveling layer on the filling layer and the tension material so as to completely cover the filling layer and the tension material and enable the outer edge of the filling and leveling layer to be flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

In the invention, the filling layer formed by polymer cement mortar is smeared on the polishing and chiseling area and is filled in the crack, so that the filling layer is firmly covered on the polishing and chiseling area and is filled in the crack by utilizing the chemical bonding force of the polymer cement mortar and the mechanical interlocking force formed by the polymer cement mortar and the polishing and chiseling area, the crack is prevented from being continuously expanded while the repairing effect on the crack is achieved, compared with the method for repairing the crack by adopting epoxy structural adhesive in the prior art, the polymer cement mortar is not easily influenced by high-temperature environment, the repairing quality of the crack is ensured, and then the tension performance of the top plate of the basement is further enhanced and the expansion of the crack is limited by arranging the tension material and the filling layer.

Preferably, the surface of the crack area of the basement top plate is polished by a polisher.

Preferably, the sanded and roughened area is washed with clean water before the filling layer formed by the polymer cement mortar is applied to the sanded and roughened area and filled in the crack.

Preferably, said fixing of the tension material between the filling layer and the two sides of the fracture comprises the following steps:

laying a tension material on the filling layer and above the crack;

and a plurality of fixing pieces are nailed on the top plate of the basement and positioned on two sides of the tension material along the length direction of the crack.

Preferably, the basement roof crack repairing method further comprises the following steps: covering a plastic film on the surface of the filling layer, standing for 24 hours, and removing the plastic film.

Preferably, the basement roof crack repairing method further comprises the following steps: after removing the plastic film, the film was cured by spraying water for 7 days.

As a second aspect, the invention further relates to a basement roof crack repairing structure implemented by the basement roof crack repairing method, which includes:

the surface of the crack area of the basement top plate is polished and roughened to form a polished and roughened area;

the filling layer is formed by coating polymer cement mortar, is coated on the polishing and roughening area and is filled in the crack;

a tension material fixed to the filling layer and located between both sides of the crack;

and the leveling layer is coated on the filling layer and the tension material so as to completely cover the filling layer and the tension material and enable the outer edge of the leveling layer to be flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

Preferably, the basement roof crack repair structure further comprises a plurality of fixing pieces, and a plurality of fixing pieces are nailed on the basement roof and located on two sides of the tension material along the length direction of the crack.

Preferably, the tension material is a basalt fiber mesh.

Preferably, the leveling layer is formed by coating polymer cement mortar.

Compared with the prior art, the crack is repaired through the polymer cement mortar, the reinforcing effect can be played to the crack area of the basement roof, the tensile effect of the basalt fiber mesh is matched, the tensile capacity of the basement roof is further improved, the crack is limited to be expanded, and the repairing effect of the basement roof is guaranteed.

The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like, referred to or may be referred to in this specification, are defined relative to their configuration, and are relative concepts. As shown in FIG. 1, the invention relates to a basement roof crack repairing method, which comprises the following steps:

polishing and roughening the surface of an area with cracks on the top plate of the basement to form a polished and roughened area 1;

coating a filling layer 2 formed by coating polymer cement mortar on the polishing and roughening area 1 and filling the filling layer in the crack;

fixing a tension material 3 between the filling layer 2 and two sides of the crack;

and smearing a leveling layer 4 on the filling layer 2 and the tension material 3 so as to completely cover the filling layer 2 and the tension material 3 and enable the outer edge of the leveling layer 4 to be flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

In the invention, the filling layer 2 formed by polymer cement mortar is smeared on the grinding and chiseling area 1 and is filled in the crack, so that the filling layer 2 is firmly covered on the grinding and chiseling area 1 and is filled in the crack by utilizing the chemical bonding force of the polymer cement mortar and the mechanical biting force formed by the polymer cement mortar and the grinding and chiseling area 1, the crack is prevented from being continuously enlarged while the crack is repaired, compared with the method for repairing the crack by adopting epoxy structural adhesive in the prior art, the polymer cement mortar is not easily influenced by high-temperature environment, the repairing quality of the crack is ensured, and then the tension material 3 and the filling layer 2 are arranged, so that the tension performance of a top plate of a basement is further enhanced, and the expansion of the crack is limited.

In this embodiment, the step of fixing the tension material 3 between the two sides of the crack and in the filling layer 2 comprises the following steps:

laying a tension material 3 on the filling layer 2 and above the crack;

and a plurality of fixing pieces are nailed on the top plate of the basement and positioned at two sides of the tension material 3 along the length direction of the crack.

By laying the tension material 3 and adopting the fixing piece to correspondingly fix two sides of the tension material 3 on two sides of the crack, the tensile property of the basement top plate in the crack area is improved, the crack is limited from expanding, and the quality of repairing the crack is improved.

The basement roof crack repairing method further comprises the following steps: covering a plastic film on the surface of the filling and leveling layer 4, standing for 24 hours, and removing the plastic film.

After the filling layer 4 is arranged, a plastic film is adopted for 24 hours of protection, so that the filling layer 2 and the filling layer 4 are protected before being condensed, and the crack repairing effect is influenced.

Further, the basement roof crack repairing method further comprises the following steps: after the plastic film is removed, watering and curing are carried out for 7 days to ensure that the stress requirement is met.

As shown in fig. 2, the invention also relates to a basement roof crack repairing structure, which is implemented by adopting the basement roof crack repairing method and comprises the following steps:

the surface of an area with cracks on the top plate of the basement is polished and roughened to form a polished and roughened area 1;

the filling layer 2 is formed by coating polymer cement mortar, is coated on the polishing and roughening area 1 and is filled in the crack;

the tension material 3 is fixed on the filling layer 2 and is positioned between two sides of the crack;

and the filling and leveling layer 4 is coated on the filling layer 2 and the tension material 3, so that the filling layer 2 and the tension material 3 are completely covered, and the outer edge of the filling and leveling layer 4 is flush with the surface of the top plate of the basement.

According to the invention, the crack is repaired through the filling layer 2, meanwhile, the tensile property of the crack of the top plate of the basement is improved, and then the tensile property of the crack of the top plate of the basement is further enhanced through the arrangement of the tension material 3 and the filling and leveling layer 4, so that the repairing quality of the crack is ensured.

The basement roof crack repair structure still includes a plurality of mountings, on the basement roof and be located tension material 3 and be equipped with a plurality ofly along the both sides nail of crack length direction to ensure the steadiness of tension material 3 positions, guarantee its drawknot effect in crack department simultaneously.

In a further embodiment, a plurality of fixing pieces on one side of the tension material 3 are symmetrically arranged with a plurality of fixing pieces on the other side of the tension material 3 to ensure the stability of the position of the tension material 3.

In the present embodiment, the fixing elements are rivets, in particular stainless steel rivets, to ensure that they have sufficient strength to fix the tensile material 3 and are not susceptible to corrosion by environmental influences.

In this embodiment, the tension material 3 is a basalt fiber mesh, and both an elastic model and a limit tension thereof can meet the reinforcement requirement, and can be stressed together with polymer cement mortar to coordinate deformation, thereby improving the effects of repairing cracks and reinforcing the top plate of the basement.

Preferably, the basalt fiber grids are integrally connected along the length direction of the crack so as to ensure the integrity of the basalt fiber grids, facilitate laying and fixing and ensure the tensile strength of the basalt fiber grids.

In the embodiment, the thickness of the filling and leveling layer 4 is 8-10mm, so as to ensure the reinforcing effect on the cracks of the top plate of the basement.

Preferably, the leveling layer 4 is formed by coating polymer cement mortar to improve the effect of repairing cracks and reinforce the top plate of the basement to improve the tensile property of the top plate.

Compared with the prior art, the polymer cement mortar is used for repairing cracks, meanwhile, the reinforcing effect can be achieved on crack regions of the basement roof, meanwhile, the tensile strength of the basement roof is further improved by matching with the tensile strength of the basalt fiber grids, so that the crack is limited from expanding, and the repairing effect on the basement roof is guaranteed.
