b: mounting and fixing the web rod group (3), the front fixing block (4), the rear fixing block (5) and the connecting block (6) with the upper chord (1) and the lower chord (2) to finish pre-mounting;

c: accomplish welded fastening with web member group (3), preceding fixed block (4), after-fixing block (5) and connecting block (6) and upper chord (1), lower chord (2) through the welding rod:

d: removing welding slag and checking a welding seam;

e: and coating an antirust agent at the weld joint.

7. The method for manufacturing a steel bar truss formwork according to claim 6, wherein the step E: and repeatedly brushing the antirust agent at the welding seam for two times.

Background

With the assembly type building vigorously advocated in China, steel structure building is increasing day by day, the steel bar truss plate uses in steel structure building engineering in a large number, the steel bar truss plate is through processing into steel bar truss with the main atress reinforcing bar in the floor, and weld the integrated structure system of steel bar truss and galvanized steel sheet, it is all finished at mill's processing, the component is transported to the job site and can be installed at once, the steel bar truss plate is the standard plate of mill's processing, a large amount of steel bars that scrap will be wasted, and it is higher to the cost to weld processing welding through the steel sheet at present.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

Further, the first web member (31) is fixedly connected with the first lower chord (21) and the upper chord (1) through welding rods, and the third web member (33) is fixedly connected with the first lower chord (21) and the upper chord (1) through welding rods; second web member (32) with realize fixed connection through the welding rod between second chord member (22) down, last chord member (1), fourth web member (34) with realize fixed connection through the welding rod between second chord member (22) down, the last chord member (1), preceding fixed block (4), after-fixing piece (5) and connecting block (6) with first chord member (21) down, realize fixed connection through the welding rod between second chord member (22), the last chord member (1).

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the steel bar truss template (100), which comprises the following steps:

a: cutting to obtain the upper chord (1), the lower chord (2), the web member group (3), the front fixing block (4), the rear fixing block (5) and the steel bars used by the connecting block (6);

b: mounting and fixing the web rod group (3), the front fixing block (4), the rear fixing block (5) and the connecting block (6) with the upper chord (1) and the lower chord (2) to finish pre-mounting;

c: accomplish welded fastening with web member group (3), preceding fixed block (4), after-fixing block (5) and connecting block (6) and upper chord (1), lower chord (2) through the welding rod:

d: removing welding slag and checking a welding seam;

e: and coating an antirust agent at the weld joint.

Further, step E: and repeatedly brushing the antirust agent at the welding seam for two times.

After the scheme is adopted, the invention has the following advantages: the steel bar truss template is manufactured by welding and fixing the upper chord member, the lower chord member and the plurality of web member groups, and the first web member, the second web member, the third web member and the fourth web member in the web member groups are inclined at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the plane where the first lower chord member and the second lower chord member are located when the steel bar truss template is installed.

a: cutting to obtain reinforcing steel bars for the upper chord 1, the lower chord 2, the web member group 3, the front fixing block 4, the rear fixing block 5 and the connecting block 6;

b: mounting and fixing the web member group 3, the front fixing block 4, the rear fixing block 5 and the connecting block 6 with the upper chord 1 and the lower chord 2 to finish pre-mounting;

c: weld fixation is accomplished with web member group 3, preceding fixed block 4, back fixed block 5 and connecting block 6 and upper chord 1, lower chord 2 through the welding rod:

d: removing welding slag and checking a welding seam;

e: and coating an antirust agent at the weld joint.

As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, step E: and repeatedly brushing the antirust agent at the welding seam for two times.

According to the steel bar truss template 100, the upper chord 1, the lower chord 2 and the plurality of web member groups 3 are welded and fixed to manufacture the steel bar truss template 100, and when the steel bar truss template is installed, the first web member 31, the second web member 32, the third web member 33 and the fourth web member 34 in the web member groups 3 are inclined at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the plane where the first lower chord 21 and the second lower chord 22 are located.
