Background

The oil pumping system is a key part of the high-pressure pump and is responsible for converting low-pressure fuel oil into high-pressure oil, and due to the continuous development of the technology, the structure of the oil pumping system determines the oil supply efficiency of the high-pressure pump, so that the efficiency and the service life of the oil pump are influenced, and the quality of the oil pump is determined to a certain extent.

Please refer to fig. 2, the problems of complex structure, multiple traditional sealing surfaces, easy leakage, large space occupancy rate and the like of the oil inlet valve assembly and the oil outlet valve assembly in the prior art.

Therefore, the invention provides the oil inlet and outlet valve assembly for the pressure variable injection pump, which solves the problem of leakage caused by excessive sealing surfaces of the oil valve, reduces the space required by arranging the valve assembly and improves the volume efficiency.

When the fuel injection pump works, the plunger moves downwards, the fuel inlet valve component is opened, and fuel enters a cavity formed by the plunger and the plunger sleeve from a fuel inlet oil path of the plunger sleeve through a position between the planar fuel inlet valve sheet and the fuel inlet valve tight seat; when the plunger piston moves upwards, the oil inlet valve assembly is closed, oil is compressed by the plunger piston, and the oil pressure pushes the oil outlet valve ball and the oil outlet valve rod open to form high-pressure oil outlet.

Preferably, an oil drainage hole 1-1 is formed in the plunger sleeve, a sealing member 8 is installed in the oil drainage hole, an oil return space 9 is formed between the upper end face of the sealing member and the top of the oil drainage hole, and the oil return space is communicated with an oil return path 10 of the plunger cavity, so that leakage and overflow are avoided.

In conclusion, the oil inlet and outlet valves are reasonably arranged in a limited space, the utilization of the inner space of the plunger sleeve is maximized, the invalid volume is avoided as much as possible, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
