10. Integrated gearshift arrangement according to any of claims 6-9, characterized in that an axial stop structure is provided between the one-key activation module (23) and the shift panel (13).

11. The integrated gear shift device of claim 10 wherein the axial stop structure is elastomeric silicone.

12. The integrated gearshift device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the one-key start module (23) has an anti-reverse structure.

13. Integrated gearshift arrangement according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the gearshift panel (13) is provided with mounting and positioning structures (11) for connection with the fixed panel of the entire vehicle.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-2, the integrated type gear shifting device 1 provided by the present invention comprises a gear shifting panel device 2 and a fixing panel 13 fixed with the gear shifting panel device 2 in a snap-fit manner; the shift panel device 2 includes a shift panel 13, and a one-key start module 23, an integrated P-key installation module 22, a gear display module 21, and an EPB & auto hold switch module 24 integrated on the shift panel 13, wherein the shift panel 13 is provided with an installation and positioning structure 11, and a fastening screw 111 is in threaded connection with the installation and positioning structure 11 and fixes the integrated shift device 1 on a vehicle fixing panel.

As shown in fig. 3, the shift panel 13 is provided with a P-key mounting hole 221, a one-key start mounting hole 231, a shift display mounting hole 211, and an EPB & auto switch mounting hole 241, and the above modules are fastened and fixed in the corresponding mounting holes.

The integrated P key module comprises a P key assembly and a silencing and shaking-preventing structure for the P key assembly and the P key for silencing and shaking prevention. As shown in fig. 4-8, the P-key assembly includes a P-key base 223, a P-key guide rail 224 mounted on the P-key base 223, a P-key cap 222, and a key light guide 220 fixed thereto, and further includes a key electrical sub-module 225 mounted on the P-key base 223, the noise-reduction and anti-shaking structure includes a buffer pad 226 mounted on the P-key base, an L-shaped Z-direction limiting bar 229 disposed on the P-key cap 222, and an XY-direction stopping bar 2212 disposed on the periphery of the P-key cap 222, the buffer pad 226 is disposed on the key electrical sub-module 225, and specifically, the L-shaped Z-direction limiting bar 229 has a limiting surface contacting with the top surface of the P-key cap and can be integrally formed with the P-key cap 222.

When assembling the P-key button assembly, referring to fig. 4, the P-key button guide rail 224, the button light guide column 220, and the P-key button cap 222 are sequentially positioned and clamped on the P-key button base 223, then the cushion pad 226 is assembled on the P-key button base 223 from bottom to top, finally the button electrical sub-module 225 is pressed on the cushion pad 225 and assembled on the P-key button base 223, and finally the screw is fastened and assembled on the button clamping structure 2211 of the shift panel 13.

The cushion pad 226 is provided with a first contact 227 and a second contact 228. In this embodiment, the cushion pad 226 is made of a silicone material. The two contacts form an independent double-loop redundancy safety structure.

As further shown in fig. 6 to 8, in the initial state of the P-key assembly, the pre-pressing amount b and the L-shaped Z-direction stopper 229 form a Z-direction stable state, and the XY-direction stopper forms an X-direction stable state and a Y-direction stable state.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the gear display module 21 integrated on the gear shift panel 13, and the gear display module 21 includes a gear display plate 210, a gear light guide bar 212, and a gear display electrical sub-module 213 mounted in the gear display mounting hole 211 by fastening screws.

As shown in fig. 12, the one-key start module 23 is provided with an axial limiting structure on its key guide rail, the axial limiting structure includes two axial protrusions 232, and the two axial protrusions 231 are respectively abutted against a snap-fit projection 233 arranged on the one-key start mounting hole 231, so as to perform Z-direction limiting on the key when the one-key start key is pressed down and rebounded.

Referring to fig. 13 again, the one-key start module 23 has an anti-reverse structure 234, the anti-reverse structure 234 includes a card strip disposed on the one-key start key and a groove symmetrical to the card strip, and the anti-reverse structure 234 is matched with the mounting structure on the one-key start mounting hole 231 to prevent the risk of reverse installation of the one-key start module 23.

As shown in fig. 14, the key panel of the EPB & auto hold switch module is provided with an inclined plane 240 for discharging the sundries, and the shift panel 13 is provided with a discharge chute 311 for further discharging the sundries on the inclined plane 240, so as to prevent the sundries from entering the switch of the EPB & auto hold switch module and being stuck by the switch, thereby improving the safety of the whole vehicle, and simultaneously preventing the sundries from entering the other shift keys on the shift panel 13.

The gap size c between the key panels of the EPB & autolold switch module and the connecting panels is generally 0.5mm, impurities with the size larger than 0.5mm can be filtered, impurities with the size smaller than 0.5mm can be discharged through the inclined plane 240, and the discharge size d of the discharge chute on the gear shifting panel 13 is generally 4 times of the gap size and is generally 2 mm.

The integrated gear shifting device provided by the invention integrates the gear display module, the integrated P key press module, the one-key starting module and the EPB & AUTOHOLD switch module, so that the weight reduction and cost reduction of a gear shifting mechanism are realized, and the installation process is optimized;
