The working principle is as follows: when the stainless steel water cooling device is used, cooling water is injected into the water collecting tank 3 in advance, the sliding frame 4 is arranged on one side close to a side plate of the workbench 2 in a sliding mode, one end of a stainless steel seamless pipe to be cooled penetrates through the through hole 21 and then is sleeved on the limiting column 14, an operator rotates the threaded rod 133 which is coaxially and fixedly connected through the hand wheel 132 at one end of the vertical plate of the sliding frame 4 to drive the threaded rod 133 to rotate, the threaded rod 133 rotates to drive the threaded sleeve 134 which is coaxially sleeved to move, the threaded sleeve 134 drives the connecting rod 135 which is rotatably connected to extend when moving, the connecting rod 135 further drives the sliding rod 136 which is rotatably connected to extend out of the limiting column 14, the arc-shaped plate 131 fixedly connected to the end portion of the sliding rod 136 is in contact with the inner wall of the seamless pipe, the anti-skid high-temperature-resistant rubber strips on the arc-shaped outer wall of the arc-shaped plate 131 increase the connecting friction force, and the connection tightness is guaranteed; the movable sliding frame 4 drives the tightly-mounted seamless tube to enter the workbench 2, meanwhile, the end part of the seamless tube is arranged in the through hole 21, the limiting assembly 5 in the through hole 21 supports the seamless tube, and under the action of the elastic force of the spring 54, the ball 52 rotatably mounted at the end part of the telescopic block 51 is ensured to be always contacted with the seamless tube, the ball 52 does not influence the rotation of the seamless tube, and meanwhile, the end part of the seamless tube is supported and protected, so that the deformation caused by a larger span of the seamless tube is avoided; the waterproof motor 65 is started to drive the driving gear 64 which is coaxially and fixedly connected to rotate, the driving gear 64 drives the double-sided toothed ring 61 which is meshed and clamped to rotate, the double-sided toothed ring 61 is matched with the driven gear 63 to drive the plurality of gears 62 which are meshed and connected inside to rotate, the gears 62 are all rotatably installed on the sliding frame 4 and simultaneously drive the limiting column 14 which is coaxially and fixedly connected to rotate so as to drive the seamless pipe which is fastened by the tensioning mechanism 13 and sleeved on the limiting column 14 to do circular motion, the first water pump 7 and the second water pump 9 are simultaneously started to extract cooling water in the water collecting tank 3 and spray out through the spray head 12 so as to cool the rotating seamless pipe, the continuity of the spraying of the cooling water is ensured by the matching of the two water pumps, the cooling water sprayed out through the spray head 12 is collected in the water collecting tank 3 through the water leakage plate 31, the radiator 8 cools the used cooling water, and the cooling effect of recycling the cooling water is ensured, the heat dissipation holes 33 on the side plates of the water collection tank 3 are used for discharging heat generated by the operation of the radiator 8, so that the normal operation of the radiator 8 is ensured.
