The sealing ring for the pipeline is an annular rubber sealing ring with a circular section, has simple structure, good sealing property, small installation space, small friction force and easy manufacture, is an extrusion sealing element with the widest application, and is mainly used for preventing liquid and gas media from leaking under a static condition of a mechanical part; the sealing ring for the pipeline is generally made by injection molding, and because the sealing ring is made of rubber materials, surface defects such as flow marks or dislocation and the like can be generated during injection molding.

At present, the sealing rings for the pipelines are inspected in a manual sampling inspection mode, inspection personnel adapt to inspection equipment to perform sealing inspection on the sealing rings for the pipelines with various specifications, but the inspection equipment cannot be suitable for performing sealing inspection on the sealing rings for the pipelines with different specifications.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sealing inspection device and a sealing inspection method for a sealing ring for a pipeline, and aims to solve the technical problem that the sealing inspection device and the sealing inspection method cannot be suitable for sealing rings for pipelines with different specifications in the prior art.

The water storage tank is used for storing water, and the water can flow into the water injection barrel from the water storage tank through the transportation assembly.

s1: extracting the plug ring 7 on the corresponding inspection ring 6, and sleeving the pipeline in the corresponding embedding groove 61 by using a sealing ring;

s2: extracting the stopper ring 7 on the topmost inspection ring 6;

s3: controlling the water pump 91 to operate, and allowing the water in the water storage tank 8 to flow into the water injection barrel 5 through the conveying pipe 92;

s4: and observing whether water overflows from the sealing ring for the pipeline or not, and recording.

Firstly, the corresponding plug ring 7 on the inspection ring 6 is extracted, the pipeline sealing ring is sleeved in the corresponding embedding groove 61, then the plug ring 7 on the top inspection ring 6 is extracted, the subsequent water pressure is prevented from influencing the detection result, then the water suction pump 91 is controlled to operate, the water in the water storage tank 8 flows into the water injection cylinder 5 through the conveying pipe 92, and finally whether the pipeline sealing ring overflows or not is observed and recorded.
