1. A cabinet assembly for a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising:

an open-top box housing (11);

a top cover (12);

the box body is characterized by comprising a hanging spring support (13), wherein the hanging spring support (13) is arranged on the box body part (11), and the top cover (12) is clamped with the hanging spring support (13) to enable the top cover (12) to cover the open position at the top of the box body part (11).

2. The cabinet assembly of claim 1, wherein a first engaging groove (13a) is formed between the suspension spring bracket (13) and an end surface of the cabinet member (11) on a side close to the top cover (12), and the top cover (12) is provided with a first engaging piece (122a), and at least a part of the first engaging piece (122a) is engaged with the first engaging groove (13a) so that the suspension spring bracket (13) is engaged with the first engaging piece (122 a).

The cabinet assembly of claim 2, wherein the number of the suspension spring brackets (13) is two, two suspension spring brackets (13) are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the cabinet member (11), the first engagement pieces (122a) are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the top cover (12), and each first engagement piece (122a) is engaged with the corresponding suspension spring bracket (13).

The cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) has a second catch (13b), and the top cover (12) is provided with a second catch tab, at least a portion of which is caught in the second catch (13b) so that the suspension spring bracket (13) is caught in the second catch tab.

6. The cabinet assembly of claim 5, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) comprises a main body (131) and two jaws (132), the two jaws (132) being spaced apart on one side of the main body (131) such that the spacing between the two jaws (132) forms the second slot (13 b).

7. The cabinet assembly as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6 wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) further comprises a rib (133), the rib (133) being disposed on an outer surface of the pawl (132).

8. The cabinet assembly of claim 1, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) is removably mounted to the cabinet member (11).

9. The cabinet assembly of claim 8, wherein the cabinet member (11) comprises a cabinet body (111) and a reinforcing plate (112), the top of the cabinet body (111) is provided with a flange (111a) which is turned inwards, the reinforcing plate (112) comprises a sub-transverse plate (1121) and a sub-vertical plate (1122) connected to one side of the sub-transverse plate (1121), the sub-transverse plate (1121) abuts against the flange (111a), and the suspension spring bracket (13) is inserted into the sub-vertical plate (1122) and is clamped with the sub-transverse plate (1121) and the flange (111 a).

10. The cabinet assembly of claim 9, wherein the suspension spring bracket (13) comprises a main body (131) and an elastic buckle (134) arranged on the main body (131), the main body (131) is provided with an insertion groove (131a), a third clamping groove (134a) is formed between the elastic buckle (134) and the main body (131), a partial area of the sub-riser (1122) is inserted into the insertion groove (131a), the sub-transverse plate (1121) and a partial area of the flange (111a) are clamped into the third clamping groove (134a), and the elastic buckle (134) abuts against one side of the flange (111a) away from the sub-transverse plate (1121).

A laundry treating apparatus, characterized by comprising a drum assembly (20), a suspension spring (30) and the cabinet assembly (10) of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the drum assembly (20) is disposed within the cabinet assembly (10), a first end of the suspension spring (30) is connected to the drum assembly (20), and a second end of the suspension spring (30) is connected to the suspension spring holder (13).

12. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the hanging spring support (13) has a hanging groove (13c), and the second end of the hanging spring (30) is hung in the hanging groove (13 c).

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of clothes washing and protecting, in particular to a box shell assembly and clothes treatment equipment.

Background

In the related art, the top cover and the cabinet shell of the drum washing machine are fastened and connected mainly through fasteners such as pan head tapping screws, but the installation mode is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, embodiments of the present application are directed to providing a cabinet assembly and a laundry treating apparatus capable of improving assembly efficiency and saving production cost.

An embodiment of the present application provides a cabinet assembly for a laundry treating apparatus, including:

an open-top box housing;

a top cover;

the suspension spring support is arranged on the box shell part, and the top cover is clamped with the suspension spring support, so that the top cover covers the open position at the top of the box shell part.

In some embodiments, a first engaging groove is formed between the suspension spring support and an end surface of the cabinet housing near one side of the top cover, the top cover is provided with a first engaging piece, and at least a partial region of the first engaging piece is engaged with the first engaging groove, so that the suspension spring support is engaged with the first engaging piece.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support comprises a main body and a claw, the main body is connected with the box shell, one side of the claw is connected with the main body, the other side of the claw opposite to the main body extends in a direction away from the main body, and the claw and the end surface of the box shell on the side close to the top cover form the first clamping groove.

In some embodiments, the number of the suspension spring brackets is two, two of the suspension spring brackets are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the case member, the two opposite sides of the top cover are respectively provided with the first clamping pieces, and each of the first clamping pieces is respectively clamped with the corresponding suspension spring bracket.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support has a second engaging groove, and the top cover is provided with a second engaging tab, at least a partial region of which is engaged with the second engaging groove, so that the suspension spring support is engaged with the second engaging tab.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support comprises a main body and two claws, and the two claws are arranged at a distance from one side of the main body, so that the second clamping groove is formed at the distance between the two claws.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support further comprises a reinforcing rib disposed on an outer surface of the jaw.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support is removably disposed on the case member.

In some embodiments, the case shell spare includes box and reinforcing plate, the top of box has the turn-ups of turning over the book inwards, the reinforcing plate includes sub diaphragm and connects the sub riser of sub diaphragm one side, the sub diaphragm supports and leans on the turn-ups, hang the spring support with the sub riser peg graft and with the sub diaphragm with the turn-ups joint.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support comprises a main body and an elastic buckle arranged on the main body, the main body is provided with an insertion groove, a third clamping groove is formed between the elastic buckle and the main body, a partial area of the sub-vertical plate is inserted into the insertion groove, the sub-transverse plate and a partial area of the flange are clamped into the third clamping groove, and the elastic buckle is abutted to one side, away from the sub-transverse plate, of the flange.

Another embodiment of the present application provides a laundry treating apparatus comprising a drum unit, a suspension spring, and the cabinet assembly described above, wherein the drum unit is disposed in the cabinet assembly, a first end of the suspension spring is connected to the drum unit, and a second end of the suspension spring is connected to the suspension spring bracket.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support has a hanging slot, and the second end of the suspension spring is hung in the hanging slot.

The case shell subassembly of this application embodiment includes case spare, top cap and hangs the spring support, hangs the spring support setting on case spare, hangs the spring support and both had been used for the hanging spring of fixed clothing treatment facility, also was used for with the top cap joint in order to fix the top cap, from this, need not reuse the fastener in addition just can install the top cap on case spare, when improving assembly efficiency, also can save manufacturing cost.

It should be noted that, in the present application, technical features in examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict, and the detailed description in the specific embodiment should be understood as an explanation of the gist of the present application and should not be construed as an improper limitation to the present application.

In the description of the present application, the "top", "lateral", "front", "back" orientation or positional relationship is based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in fig. 3, wherein "lower" is the "bottom" direction of fig. 3, "vertical" is the "top-bottom" direction of fig. 3, "horizontal" is the direction in the plane enclosed by the "lateral" and "front-back" directions of fig. 3, and is equivalent to "horizontal" including, but not limited to, "lateral" and "front-back" directions, it being understood that these orientation terms are merely for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present application.

An embodiment of the present application provides a cabinet assembly 10 for a laundry treating apparatus, referring to fig. 1 to 8, including a cabinet member 11, a top cover 12, and a suspension spring bracket 13; the suspension spring bracket 13 is arranged on the box shell part 11, and the top cover 12 is clamped with the suspension spring bracket 13, so that the top cover 12 is arranged at the opening part of the box shell part 11.

Referring to fig. 1, a laundry treating apparatus is provided, including a drum assembly 20, a suspension spring 30, and a cabinet assembly 10 according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention, wherein the drum assembly 20 is disposed in the cabinet assembly 10, a first end of the suspension spring 30 is connected to the drum assembly 20, and a second end of the suspension spring 30 is connected to the suspension spring support 13.

Specifically, the suspension spring bracket 13 is used for fixing the suspension spring 30 and also for engaging with the top cover 12 to fix the top cover 12, so that the top cover 12 can be mounted on the case member 11 without using a separate fastener, and the assembly efficiency is improved while the production cost is saved.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the suspension spring bracket 13 has a hanging groove 13c, and the second end of the suspension spring 13c is hung in the hanging groove 13c, so that the suspension spring 13c can be conveniently detached.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the casing member 11 includes a casing 111 and a reinforcing plate 112 disposed on a top side of the casing 111, the reinforcing plate 112 is used for reinforcing a top of the casing 111, the top cover 12 includes a cover plate 121 and a frame 122 disposed on one side of the cover plate 121, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the casing member 11, the suspension spring bracket 13 may be disposed on the reinforcing plate 112, the frame 122 of the top cover 12 is engaged with the suspension spring bracket 13, and similarly, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the top cover 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 may be disposed on the frame 122, and the reinforcing plate 112 of the casing member 11 is engaged with the suspension spring bracket 13.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, 9 to 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the box casing member 11 and forms a first engaging groove 13a with an end surface of the box casing member 11 on a side close to the top cover 12, that is, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the box casing member 11, the suspension spring bracket 13 may cooperate with the box casing member 11 to form the first engaging groove 13a, the top cover 12 is configured with a first engaging piece 122a, and at least a part of the first engaging piece 122a is engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, so that the suspension spring bracket 13 is engaged with the first engaging piece 122 a.

That is, according to the difference in structure, size, etc. of the first engaging piece 122a, the first engaging piece 122a may be completely engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, or may be partially engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, when the top cover 12 is mounted, only by pushing at least a partial region of the first engaging piece 122a into the first engaging groove 13a, the suspension spring bracket 13 can be engaged with the region where the first engaging piece 122a is engaged with the first engaging groove 13a, and the engaging manner is simple, convenient, and easy to operate.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8 and 10 to 12, the suspension spring support 13 includes a main body 131 and a claw 132, the main body 131 is connected to the casing member 11, one side of the claw 132 is connected to the main body 131, the other side of the claw 132 extends in a direction away from the main body 131, and a first engaging groove 13a is formed between the claw 132 and an end surface of the casing member 11 on the side close to the top cover 12.

Specifically, the latch 132 may be integrally formed with the body 131, and the latch 132 may also be fixedly connected to the body 131 by bonding, welding, or the like. When at least a partial region of first latch piece 122a is pushed into first latch groove 13a, pawl 132 abuts against an end face of first latch piece 122a located in first latch groove 13a, and thereby first latch piece 122a can be latched.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the suspension spring bracket 13 further includes a rib 133, and the rib 133 is disposed on an outer surface of the claw 132.

Taking the suspension spring bracket 13 shown in fig. 7 and 8 as an example, the reinforcing rib 133 is disposed on a side of the claw 132 away from the clamping slot, and the reinforcing rib 133 can reinforce the claw 132 and make the claw 132 more firmly clamp the clamping sheet.

The number of the reinforcing ribs 133 can be determined as required, that is, one or more reinforcing ribs 133 may be provided, and the reinforcing ribs 133 may be integrally formed with the jaws 132, or may be fixedly connected with the jaws 132 by bonding, welding, or the like.

In some embodiments, the thickness of the latch 132 may be increased to increase the strength of the latch 132 and to secure the card connector to ground.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the number of the suspension spring brackets 13 is two (only one suspension spring bracket 13 is shown in fig. 3), the two suspension spring brackets 13 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the box 111, the two opposite sides of the top cover 12 are respectively configured with first locking pieces 122a, and each first locking piece 122a is respectively locked with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the two suspension spring brackets 13 are respectively disposed at two opposite lateral sides of the box 111, and when the top cover 12 is mounted, the top cover 12 can be pushed from front to back at the top of the box 111, so that each first engaging piece 122a can be pushed into the engaging slot of the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13, so that each first engaging piece 122a is engaged with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13.

In some embodiments, the two suspension spring brackets 13 may be disposed on two opposite sides of the case 111 in the front-back direction, respectively, which corresponds to pushing the top cover 12 from one side of the case 111 in the lateral direction when the top cover 12 is installed.

The number of the suspension spring brackets 13 is not limited to two, and the number of the suspension spring brackets 13 may be one or two or more as necessary, which is not limited herein.

It should be noted that the suspension spring bracket 13 may not be matched with the cabinet housing 11 or the top cover 12 to form a locking slot, for example, referring to fig. 13, a second locking slot 13b may be disposed on the suspension spring bracket 13, the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed on the cabinet housing 11, the top cover 12 is configured with a second locking piece, and at least a partial region of the second locking piece is locked into the second locking slot 13b, so that the suspension spring bracket 13 is locked with the second locking piece. That is, the first catching groove 13a formed between the suspension spring bracket 13 and the case member 11 may be replaced by providing the second catching groove 13b on the suspension spring bracket 13.

Similarly, when the suspension spring holder 13 having the second engaging groove 13b is provided on the top cover 12, the second engaging piece may be provided on the case member 11.

Further, referring to fig. 13, the suspension spring bracket 13 may include a main body 131 and two jaws 132, wherein the two jaws 132 are spaced apart from each other at one side of the main body 131, so that a second locking groove 13b is formed at a space between the two jaws 132.

Illustratively, the two latches 132 shown in FIG. 13 are vertically spaced, i.e., the top cover 12 can be moved in a horizontal direction to engage the second latch tab in the second latch slot 13b, and in some embodiments, the two latches 132 can also be horizontally spaced, i.e., the top cover 12 can be moved in a vertical direction of the cabinet assembly 10 to engage the second latch tab in the second latch slot 13 b.

Likewise, the outer surfaces of the two claws 132 may be provided with ribs 133, that is, the ribs 133 are provided on the side of each claw 132 facing away from the second engaging groove 13b, or the thickness of the two claws 132 may be increased as appropriate.

In some embodiments, only one claw 132 may be provided for the suspension spring bracket 13 having the second locking groove 13b, and the second locking groove 13b may be formed between the claw 132 and the main body 131.

In addition, two suspension spring brackets 13 with second clamping grooves 13b can be arranged on the box casing member 11, the two suspension spring brackets 13 with second clamping grooves 13b are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the box casing member 11, second clamping sheets are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the top cover 12, and each second clamping sheet is respectively clamped with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13; alternatively, two suspension spring brackets 13 having second engaging grooves 13b may be provided on the top cover 12, the two suspension spring brackets 13 having second engaging grooves 13b may be provided on opposite sides of the top cover 12, respectively, and second engaging pieces may be provided on opposite sides of the housing member 11, respectively, and each of the second engaging pieces may be engaged with the corresponding suspension spring bracket 13, respectively.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the suspension spring bracket 13 is detachably disposed on the casing member 11, that is, before assembly, two components are disposed between the suspension spring bracket 13 and the casing member 11, and the suspension spring bracket 13 is mounted on the casing member 11 during assembly, so that the suspension spring bracket 13 can be conveniently mounted, and in addition, when the structure of the suspension spring bracket 13 is complicated, the suspension spring bracket 13 is disposed as a detachable component, or the suspension spring bracket 13 can be conveniently and separately manufactured, thereby improving the production efficiency.

In some embodiments, the suspension spring support 13 may be fixed to the case member 11 by non-detachable means such as bonding, welding, or the like, and the suspension spring support 13 may be formed integrally with the case member 11.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 9, 10 and 12, the box casing 11 includes a box body 111 and a reinforcing plate 112, the top of the box body 111 has a flange 111a turned inward, the reinforcing plate 112 includes a sub-transverse plate 1121 and a sub-vertical plate 1122 connected to one side of the sub-transverse plate 1121, the sub-transverse plate 1121 abuts against the flange 111a, and the suspension spring bracket 13 is inserted into the sub-vertical plate 1122 and clamped with the sub-transverse plate 1121 and the flange 111a, that is, the suspension spring bracket 13 is inserted into the sub-vertical plate 1122 and clamped with the sub-transverse plate 1121 and the flange 111a at the same time.

Specifically, the reinforcing plate 112 is provided with an installation position for installing the suspension spring bracket 13, when the suspension spring bracket 13 is installed, the suspension spring bracket 13 can be inserted into the sub-vertical plate 1122 and clamped with the sub-horizontal plate 1121 and the flange 111a only by aligning the suspension spring bracket 13 with the installation position on the reinforcing plate 112 and moving the suspension spring bracket 13 downward, the installation mode is simple and convenient, and the suspension spring bracket 13 can be firmly fixed on the reinforcing plate 112.

In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 6, 7 and 12, the suspension spring bracket 13 includes a main body 131 and an elastic buckle 134 disposed on the main body 131, the main body 131 has an insertion groove 131a, a third insertion groove 134a is formed between the elastic buckle 134 and the main body 131, a partial region of the sub-vertical plate 1122 is inserted into the insertion groove 131a, a partial region of the sub-horizontal plate 1121 and the flange 111a is inserted into the third insertion groove 134a, and the elastic buckle 134 abuts against a side of the flange 111a away from the sub-horizontal plate 1121. The elastic buckle 134 has a certain elastic deformation capability, and when the suspension spring bracket 13 is installed, the elastic buckle 134 moves to one side of the flange 111a deviating from the sub transverse plate 1121 under the action of the elastic force, so that the elastic buckle can abut against one side of the flange 111a deviating from the sub transverse plate 1121.

That is, the partial region of the sub-vertical plate 1122 is inserted into the insertion groove 131a to insert the suspension spring bracket 13 into the sub-vertical plate 1122, and the partial regions of the sub-horizontal plate 1121 and the raised edge 111a are inserted into the third insertion groove 134a formed between the elastic clip 134 and the main body 131 to clip the elastic clip 134 to the sub-horizontal plate 1121 and the raised edge 111a, so that the suspension spring bracket 13 has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can firmly fix the top cover 12 to the top of the casing member 11.

In some embodiments, the sub-riser 1122 may be provided with a socket 131a, and a partial region of the main body 131 of the suspension spring support 13 may be inserted into the socket 131 a.

The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.
