阅读说明:本技术 具有环的针织设备,特别是用于形成用于连接机动车辆座椅罩的自粘紧固件的阴部件 (Knitting device with loops, in particular female part for forming self-adhesive fasteners for attaching motor vehicle seat covers (Knitting device (5), in particular a knitted fabric, comprising a first zone (6), in particular a rectangular zone, from which loops (9) protrude, and at least one second zone (7, 8), in particular contiguous rectangular areas, preferably two contiguous areas (7, 8) on either side of the first area (6), the second contiguous selvedge area not comprising a loop (9), and designed to allow the knitting device to be connected, for example by sewing, to a cover (4), said cover (4) being designed to cover a molded object (1), in particular a motor vehicle seat, while the first region (6) with the loops (9) is designed to cooperate with hooks (14) projecting from the molded object (1), characterized in that means are provided to prevent or resist the thread wear of the knitting device (5) forming the second selvedge region or regions (7, 8).)

1. Knitting device comprising a first area, in particular a rectangular area, from which loops project, and at least one second area, in particular an adjoining rectangular area, preferably two adjoining areas on either side of the first area, the second adjoining selvedge area not comprising loops and being designed to allow the knitting device to be connected, for example by sewing, to a cover designed to cover a molded object, in particular a motor vehicle seat, while the first area with loops is designed to cooperate with hooks projecting from the molded object, the knitted fabric comprising a back formed by interwoven loops or rows of loops and connecting lines in the weft direction, and in the first area of loop lines knitted in the back, each loop being formed by two knitted legs in the back, two strands leaving the two legs and a top connecting the two strands, characterized in that, means are provided to prevent or resist fraying of the threads of the knitting apparatus forming the second selvedge region or regions.

2. Knitting apparatus according to claim 1 characterised in that the means for preventing or resisting wear require covering the selvedge area with a coating, such as a resin or glue, which after hardening imparts considerable dimensional stability to the selvedge and thus prevents wear of the selvedge.

3. Knitting device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the knitting device is a knitted fabric comprising a back formed by interwoven loops or rows of stitches and connecting lines in the weft direction, and in that in a first central area of a loop knitted in the back, each loop is formed by two knitting legs in the back, two strands leaving the two legs and a top connecting the two strands, the weft of the back extends in a traversing manner in the crossing direction so as to wrap around, block and/or form a zigzag, the number of rows of stitches in the machine direction is N, where N is between 2 and 5, in particular 3, and this applies to the entire transverse extent of the back of the second area, except for the number N-1 of consecutive end rows of stitches, particularly outside the number N-1 of last rows.

4. Knitting apparatus according to claim 3 characterized in that N is equal to 3.

5. Knitting apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4 characterized in that wear protection is used so that when a curve is drawn to give the force required to deform the knitted fabric in the Cross Direction (CD), which is a function of the deformation between the origin of coordinates (0, 0) and the breaking point R (which can be identified by a sudden drop of the curve), the curve always remains below the straight line connecting the origin of coordinates and the point R.

6. Knitting apparatus according to claim 5 characterised in that the value of the force at 25% deformation is less than 150N, preferably less than 125N, even more preferably less than 100N, in particular less than 50N, or even 35N.

7. Knitting device according to claim 5 or 6 characterized in that the value of the force at 50% deformation is less than 350N, preferably less than 335N, even more preferably less than 300N, in particular less than 225N, or even 190N.

8. Knitting device according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that it comprises a first central area with loops and two second contiguous selvedge areas on the left and right.

9. Knitting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that it is produced on a three bar loom.

10. Knitting apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the loop knitting is 10/12// closed stitch loop knitting.

11. Knitting apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 6 characterized in that the loop knitting is 01/21// open loop knitting.

12. Moulded object, such as a motor vehicle seat, comprising a block made of moulded material, in particular foam, having the same shape as the object, in particular a motor vehicle seat, and a cover covering the block, attached to the block, in particular sewn to the cover, in particular on its lower surface, by cooperation between hooks, in particular regions of hooks protruding from the outer surface of the moulded object, and a knitting device according to any one of the preceding claims.
