6. Use of a sausage-casing tube as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it is applied to a support member of the sausage casing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of casing processing, in particular to a casing round tube and an application and using method thereof.

Background

The casing is a semitransparent film left after the intestinal canal of livestock is processed and other unnecessary tissues in the intestine are removed, is an ideal material for filling various sausages, and is mainly used for making casings of the sausages. Currently known salted casings are transported and filled by compressing the casing onto a circular tube with a casing compressor. The casing is fixed in the plastic round pipe by adopting rubber elements on two sides of the plastic round pipe after the casing is arranged, however, because the rubber elements and the plastic round pipe are not fixedly connected, the rubber elements are easy to slide down from the wall of the plastic round pipe in the process of normal use, the miseating of the elements is caused, and the health of a human body is harmed. The patent CN201911204104.3 also discloses a spacer-free circular tube and application thereof, which avoids the fixation of a rubber ring, does not need to sleeve a spacer (or other barrier materials) on the circular tube at one end and then compress the spacer onto the circular tube, does not have the risk of falling of the rubber ring, and has no stop when the sausage casing is dismounted; however, the invention only focuses on the function of removing the sausage casing, neglects the operation of applying the sausage casing, and the inventor finds that the circular tube without the partition in the patent is not favorable for applying the sausage casing, and influences the production efficiency in work.

In addition, the patent of the prior application No. 2020104143086 has certain advantages in the aspect of the sausage casing loading and unloading, and the sausage casing loading and unloading are smoother compared with the prior circular tube, however, the technical proposal described in the patent has the possibility that the fixing force is weaker after the sausage casing is fixed on the slightly thick sausage casing raw material, and the possibility that the sausage casing is not easy to adjust after the sausage casing is loaded exists.

Disclosure of Invention

the arc-shaped pressing piece 2 comprises an arc-shaped pressing piece fixed end 201 and an arc-shaped pressing piece movable end 202, and the arc-shaped pressing piece fixed end 201 and the arc-shaped pressing piece movable end 202 are integrally connected; two sides of a connecting area between the fixed end 201 of the arc-shaped pressing piece and the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece are respectively connected with the circular tube body 1 through a first connecting body 301; the top end of the fixed end 201 of the arc-shaped pressing sheet is connected with the circular tube body 1 through a second connecting body 302; the distance between the edge of the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece and the circular tube body 1 is L1, and the length of the second connecting body 302 along the axial direction of the circular tube body 1 is L2; the size of the L1 is 0< L1< L2.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length of the first connecting body 301 perpendicular to the axial direction of the circular tube body 1 is equal to L2, and the size of L2 is 0.5-3 mm.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the L1 is 0, the edge of the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece is not connected to the circular tube body 1.

As a preferable technical scheme, a movable opening 202-1 is arranged between the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing sheet and the first connecting body 301.

As a preferable technical solution, two sides of the connection region between the open and close end 401 of the square pressing piece and the finger pressing end 402 of the square pressing piece are respectively connected with the circular tube body 1 through a third connector 501.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the casing tube is selected from one or a combination of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polycarbonate.

As a preferred technical solution, the polyethylene in the present invention is food grade polyethylene.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a use of the sausage casing tube, which is applied to a support part of the sausage casing.

In a third aspect of the invention, there is provided a method for using the sausage casing tube, which at least comprises the following steps: the sausage casing is coated from one end of the arc-shaped pressing piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following excellent beneficial effects:

the invention provides a sausage casing round tube, which is mainly applied to a support component of a sausage casing. The arc-shaped pressing piece 2 comprises an arc-shaped pressing piece fixed end 201 and an arc-shaped pressing piece movable end 202, and the arc-shaped pressing piece fixed end 201 and the arc-shaped pressing piece movable end 202 are integrally connected; two sides of a connecting area between the fixed end 201 of the arc-shaped pressing piece and the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece are respectively connected with the circular tube body 1 through a first connecting body 301; the top end of the fixed end 201 of the arc-shaped pressing sheet is connected with the circular tube body 1 through a second connecting body 302; the distance between the edge of the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece and the circular tube body 1 is L1, the length of the second connector 302 along the axial direction of the circular tube body 1 is L2, and when the L1 is 0, the edge of the movable end 202 of the arc-shaped pressing piece is not connected with the circular tube body 1.

The length of the first connecting body 301 perpendicular to the axial direction of the circular tube body 1 is equal to L2, and the size of the L2 is 1.3 mm.

The two sides of the connecting area between the square pressing piece opening and closing end 401 and the square pressing piece finger pressing end 402 are respectively connected with the circular tube body 1 through a third connecting body 501.

The length of the third connecting body 501 in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the circular tube body 1 is L4; the size of the L4 is 1.3 mm.

The length of the open-close end 401 of the square pressing piece is L5, and the length of the finger-pressing end 402 of the square pressing piece is L6; the length ratio of the L6 to the L5 is 1: 2.1.

the width of the arc-shaped pressing sheet 2 after being flattened is L3; the widths of the square pressing piece opening and closing end 401 and the square pressing piece finger pressing end 402 after being pressed are L7; the values of L3 and L7 are 0.3 times the circumference of the cross section of the circular tube body 1.

Example 3

A sausage-casing tube, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, comprises a tube body 1; arc-shaped pressing sheets 2 are respectively arranged on two sides close to one end of the circular tube body 1, and square pressing sheets 4 are respectively arranged on two sides close to the other end of the circular tube body 1; the square pressing piece 4 comprises a square pressing piece opening and closing end 401 and a square pressing piece finger pressing end 402, and the square pressing piece opening and closing end 401 and the square pressing piece finger pressing end 402 are integrally connected.
