1. A neck fixing device comprises a front half neck ring, a rear half neck ring, a connecting piece, a camera and a controller; the method is characterized in that:

the front half neck ring comprises a supporting piece and a self-limiting lower jaw supporting piece;

the supporting piece is detachably connected with the rear half neck ring through a connecting piece;

the self-limiting lower jaw support is arranged at the top end of the support;

the camera and the controller are arranged on the front half neck ring;

the camera is used for shooting an environment image in front of a user of the neck fixing device;

the controller is used for identifying external factors which can cause a user to rotate the neck in the environment image and comprises a collecting unit, a processing unit and a control unit;

the collecting unit is used for acquiring the types of daily interests or preferences of the user;

the processing unit is configured to:

(1) dividing the environment image into a front area and a side area according to the visual field of a user, identifying a person or an object in the environment image, and judging the motion trend and the motion speed of the person or the object according to adjacent frames;

(2) judging whether the people or objects with the movement trend crossing the front area and the side area and the movement speed exceeding a set threshold are the types of daily interests or preferences of the user or not;

and when the judgment result is yes, the control unit controls the self-limiting type lower jaw supporting piece to prevent the user from rotating the neck.

2. The neck immobilization apparatus of claim 1, wherein the field of vision of the user is approximately 60 degrees left and right of the eyes of the user in the horizontal plane, and is adjustable according to the individual condition of the user.

the rotating gear shaft is rotatably arranged in the accommodating cavity along the connecting direction of the front half neck ring and the rear half neck ring;

the first bending rack and the second bending rack are arranged in the arranging cavity in an opposite or back-to-back sliding mode, the bottom ends of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are fixedly connected with the top ends of the first bending rack and the second bending rack respectively, and opposite surfaces of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are meshed with the rotating gear shaft;

the small servo motor is arranged at the bottom side of the first lifting plate, and the output end of the small servo motor is in synchronous transmission connection with one end of the rotating gear shaft.

The neck fixing device of claim 5, wherein the duplex driving assembly further comprises a first limiting frame and a second limiting frame, the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame are both disposed in the accommodating cavity, the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame respectively extend along the length direction of the first bending rack and the second bending rack, and both sides of the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame are provided with limiting edges which are bent and respectively limit both sides of the first bending rack and the second bending rack.

A neck immobilization device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the self-limiting mandibular support further comprises rollers rotatably disposed on the first and second limiting plates at vertically equal intervals and extending in the direction of connection of the front and rear half collars.

A cervical immobilization device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the self-limiting mandibular support member comprises a second lift plate, a first flexible liner bag, magnetorheological fluid and a miniature electromagnetic coil; the concave surface of the second lifting plate is upwards arranged on the supporting piece, the first flexible lining bag is attached to the concave surface of the second lifting plate, magnetorheological fluid is injected into the inner cavity of the first flexible lining bag, the small electromagnetic coils are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the second lifting plate, and the magnetic force generation ends of the small electromagnetic coils vertically face the second lifting plate.

9. A neck attachment arrangement as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first flexible bag is provided with a uniform arrangement of first ribs on an inner surface thereof, the first ribs extending in the direction of connection of the front and rear collar halves.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly belongs to a neck fixing device.

Background

The neck brace can restrict the bending, stretching and rotation of the cervical vertebra, etc. to fix the neck and neck of the neck brace user to assist the recovery of the neck wound of the user or to relieve the neck discomfort of the user, thereby avoiding other injuries caused by the large-amplitude or unnecessary rotation of the neck brace user in the recovery process. In view of the above, there is a need to provide a neck fixing device to solve the problems in the prior art. In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a neck fixing device comprises a front half neck ring, a rear half neck ring, a connecting piece, a camera and a controller;

the front half neck ring comprises a supporting piece and a self-limiting mandibular supporting piece:

the supporting piece is detachably connected with the rear half neck ring through a connecting piece;

the self-limiting lower jaw support is arranged at the top end of the support;

the camera and the controller are arranged on the front half neck ring;

the camera is used for shooting an environment image in front of a user;

the controller is used for identifying external factors which can cause a user to rotate the neck in the environment image and comprises a collecting unit, a processing unit and a control unit;

the collecting unit is used for acquiring the types of daily interests or preferences of the user;

the processing unit is configured to:

(1) dividing the environment image into a front area and a side area according to the visual field of a user, identifying a person or an object in the environment image, and judging the motion trend and the motion speed of the person or the object according to adjacent frames;

(2) judging whether the people or objects with the movement trend crossing the front area and the side area and the movement speed exceeding a set threshold are the types of daily interests or preferences of the user or not;

and when the judgment result is yes, the control unit controls the self-limiting type lower jaw supporting piece to prevent the user from rotating the neck.

Further, the self-limiting mandibular support comprises a first lifting plate, a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, a duplex drive assembly:

the concave surface of the first lifting plate is upwards arranged at the top end of the supporting piece, the first lifting plate is hollow to form a placing cavity, and an avoiding opening positioned on the cheek side of a user is arranged at the edge of the top of the first lifting plate;

the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are in sliding fit with the avoidance ports on the two sides along the vertical direction;

the duplex drive assembly is arranged in the placement cavity, the duplex drive assembly comprises a first working end and a second working end which can move in the placement cavity along the vertical direction, and the bottom ends of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are fixedly connected with the first working end and the second working end respectively.

the rotating gear shaft is rotatably arranged in the accommodating cavity along the connecting direction of the front half neck ring and the rear half neck ring;

the first bending rack and the second bending rack are arranged in the arranging cavity in an opposite or back-to-back sliding mode, the bottom ends of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are fixedly connected with the top ends of the first bending rack and the second bending rack respectively, and opposite surfaces of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are meshed with the rotating gear shaft;

the small servo motor is arranged at the bottom side of the first lifting plate, and the output end of the small servo motor is in synchronous transmission connection with one end of the rotating gear shaft.

Furthermore, the duplex driving assembly further comprises a first limiting frame and a second limiting frame, the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame are arranged in the arrangement cavity, the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame respectively extend along the length direction of the first bending rack and the length direction of the second bending rack, and the two sides of the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame are provided with limiting edges which are bent and respectively limit the two sides of the first bending rack and the two sides of the second bending rack.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the controller identifies the factor which possibly enables the user to rotate the neck from the external environment factors, and then the self-limiting type lower jaw supporting piece is controlled to prevent the user from subconsciously rotating the neck, so that unnecessary damage is avoided.

Detailed Description

For further understanding of the features and technical means of the present invention, as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1-4:

a neck fixing device comprises a front half neck ring, a rear half neck ring, a connecting piece, a camera 1 and a controller 2, wherein the front half neck ring comprises a supporting piece and a self-limiting lower jaw supporting piece; the supporting piece and the rear half neck ring are detachably connected through a connecting piece; the self-limiting lower jaw support is arranged at the top end of the support; the camera 1 and the controller 2 are arranged on the front half neck ring;

when the device is worn, the front half neck ring and the rear half neck ring are respectively worn on the front part and the rear part of the neck area of a user, so that the support part is supported on the chest of the user, the lower jaw of the user is abutted against the self-limiting lower jaw support part, and the support part is lifted upwards to prevent the user from greatly rotating the neck, such as raising the head, lowering the head or twisting the head; in order to improve the comfort of the user, flexible linings are attached to the inner sides of the front half neck ring and the rear half neck ring.

The camera 1 is used for shooting an environment image in front of a user of the fixing device; the controller 2 is used for identifying external factors which can cause a user to rotate the neck in the environment image, and comprises a collecting unit, a processing unit and a control unit;

the collecting unit is used for acquiring the types of daily interests or preferences of the user; people or things which are interested by the user in daily life can be obtained through big data, such as obtaining mobile phone records, webpage records, people or things which are concerned by social software, and the like of the user.

The processing unit is configured to: (1) dividing the environment image into a front area and a side area according to the visual field of a user, identifying a person or an object in the environment image, and judging the motion trend and the motion speed of the person or the object according to adjacent frames; (2) judging whether the people or objects with the movement trend crossing the front area and the side area and the movement speed exceeding a set threshold are the types of daily interests or preferences of the user or not; and when the judgment result is yes, the control unit controls the self-limiting type lower jaw support piece to prevent the user from subconsciously rotating the neck. The user field of vision scope is for can adjusting the setting according to user's individual condition, and normal condition is in the scope that indicates people 60 degrees about the binocular in the horizontal plane, and when user's eye injury or poor eyesight, can define by oneself.

As a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 8:

the self-limiting lower jaw support comprises a first lifting plate 3a, a first limiting plate 3b, a second limiting plate 3c and a duplex driving assembly, wherein the concave surface of the first lifting plate 3a is upwards arranged at the top end of the support, the first lifting plate 3a is hollow inside to form a placement cavity, and an avoidance opening positioned on the cheek side of a user is arranged at the top edge of the first lifting plate 3 a; the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c are in sliding fit with the avoidance ports on the two sides along the vertical direction; the duplex drive assembly sets up in settling the intracavity, and duplex drive assembly including can settle intracavity along the first work end and the second work end of vertical direction removal, the bottom of first limiting plate 3b and second limiting plate 3c respectively with first work end and second work end fixed connection.

The duplex drive assembly comprises a rotary gear shaft 3d1, a small servo motor 3d2, a first curved rack 3d3 and a second curved rack 3d 4: the rotating gear shaft 3d1 is rotatably arranged in the arrangement cavity along the connecting direction of the front half collar and the rear half collar, the first bending rack 3d3 and the second bending rack 3d4 are arranged in the arrangement cavity in a sliding way in the opposite direction or in the opposite direction, the bottom ends of the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c are fixedly connected with the top ends of the first bending rack 3d3 and the second bending rack 3d4 respectively, the opposite surfaces of the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c are meshed with the rotating gear shaft 3d1, the small servo motor 3d2 is arranged at the bottom side of the first lifting plate 3a, and the output end of the small servo motor is synchronously connected with one end of the rotating gear shaft 3d1 in a transmission way.

When the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c need to extend upwards from the placing cavity, the small-sized servo motor 3d2 is started, the rotating gear shaft 3d1 can stably rotate in the placing cavity of the first lifting plate 3a, and the first bending rack 3d3 and the second bending rack 3d4 slide in the placing cavity of the first lifting plate 3a, so that the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c are pushed to be attached to the cheek side of a user of the fixing device, and the neck is prevented from being rotated by the user due to environmental factors.

The duplex driving assembly further comprises a first limiting frame 3d5 and a second limiting frame 3d6, the first limiting frame 3d5 and the second limiting frame 3d6 are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the first limiting frame 3d5 and the second limiting frame 3d6 respectively extend along the length direction of the first bending rack 3d3 and the length direction of the second bending rack 3d4, and the two sides of the first limiting frame 3d5 and the second limiting frame 3d6 are provided with bending edges which respectively limit the two sides of the first bending rack 3d3 and the second bending rack 3d 4. By limiting the sliding of the first curved rack 3d3 and the second curved rack 3d4 in the placement cavity by the first limiting frame 3d5 and the second limiting frame 3d6, respectively, the first curved rack 3d3 and the second curved rack 3d4 are not easy to deviate from the sliding tracks, so that the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c can be stably pushed out from the placement cavity of the first lifting plate 3 a.

The self-limiting lower jaw support further comprises a rotating roller 3e, the rotating roller 3e is rotatably arranged on the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c at equal intervals along the vertical direction, the rotating roller 3e extends along the connecting direction of the front half neck ring and the rear half neck ring, and the rotating roller 3e enables the sliding friction of the first limiting plate 3b and the second limiting plate 3c on the cheek of a user of the fixing device to be converted into rolling friction, so that the friction force is reduced, and the comfort of the user is improved.

When the processing unit of the controller judges that the movement trend of the environment image crosses the positive area and the side area, the movement speed exceeds the people or objects with the set threshold value, and the people or objects are of the type of daily interest or preference of the user, the control unit controls the small electromagnetic coil 3m to apply a magnetic field to the magnetorheological fluid, the viscosity and the fluidity of the magnetorheological fluid are changed, and the first flexible lining bag 3j is hardened, so that the neck can be prevented from being rotated by the user, and the injury caused by the rotation of the neck under consciousness can be avoided.

The inner surface of the first flexible liner 3j is uniformly arranged with first wales 3j1, and the first wales 3j1 extend along the connecting direction of the front half collar and the rear half collar. The first convex patterns 3j1 are uniformly arranged on the inner surface of the first flexible liner bag 3j, so that when the first flexible liner bag 3j is hardened, the mandible of a user is prevented from driving the first flexible liner bag 3j to slide relative to the second lifting plate 3 i.
