Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of maintenance of a sealed cabin door of a passenger plane, in particular to a repairing process of a sealing strip of the sealed cabin door of the passenger plane.

Background

The sealing strip is a sealing element which is attached to and installed on the sealed cabin door of the airplane, and the sealed cabin door is often actuated to extrude the sealing strip to a certain extent, so that the sealing strip is deformed to a certain extent after being used for a long time, the surface of the sealing strip is damaged, and even a crack is formed. In the regular inspection work of each maintenance base of the applicant, the phenomenon that the sealing strip of the sealing cabin door of the passenger plane cracks is discovered occasionally. In order to ensure the shipping safety of the passenger aircraft, the damaged sealing strip needs to be replaced or maintained. Generally, if the sealing strip is damaged greatly, the sealing strip is directly replaced without repair; and only small damage of the sealing strip occurs, and then repair measures can be taken. The existing repairing process of the sealing strip only comprises the steps of coating glue on a damaged area of the sealing strip and pasting a repairing piece, and the process is simple and difficult to ensure that the repaired appearance and function meet the technical standards specified in a passenger plane maintenance manual.
