Aiming at a series of problems existing in the separation process of the prior special paving cloth, a set of process equipment which is small in structure, convenient to move, stable and reliable, simple and easy to operate, simple in transmission relation, capable of adjusting the size of the required cloth, simplifying work and improving efficiency is urgently needed while the operation safety of personnel is ensured.

3, an operator pushes the paving cloth to move along the working edge of the positioning frame, after the paving cloth enters the transparent cutter shell and contacts with the cutter, the cutter and the separating bearing rotate at a relative position to drive the paving cloth to automatically feed forwards, and the cutter cuts the paving cloth with the patterned edge;

and 4, after the spread cloth reaches the required separation size, pressing a stop button, and taking down the separated cloth.

The automatic control device has the advantages that the automatic control principle is utilized to realize the autonomous feeding of the equipment, the dangerous state that the traditional operating personnel need to hand for conveying is solved, the problem of error in the special type paving cloth aligning process is solved, various size requirements of the special type paving cloth are guaranteed, the condition that the special type paving cloth is wasted in a large amount is solved while the safety risk is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency of the special type paving cloth is effectively improved. The special type spreading cloth separating device has the characteristics of small and exquisite structure, convenience in moving, stability, reliability, simplicity in operation and simple transmission relation, and has universal applicability to separation of special type spreading cloth in a specific shape.

The positioning frame 3 comprises a positioning plate 23 and a butterfly nut 24, and the positioning plate 23 is tightly supported and fixed on the workbench 1 by the butterfly nut 24 arranged on the lower surface of the workbench surface.

The method for separating the paving cloth by using the separating device comprises the following steps:

1, moving a positioning frame 3 to a position of a required cloth paving and sticking separation size along a graduated scale 2 according to the required cloth paving and sticking size, and fixing the positioning frame 3 on the upper surface of a workbench 1 by using a butterfly nut 24;

and 4, after the spread cloth reaches the required separation size, pressing a stop button, and taking down the separated cloth.
