The application of the printing ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in printing zippers, characterized in that the printing ink is printed on the surface of a zipper or a woven tape by using a screen printing method, the zipper or the woven tape is baked for 20 to 30 seconds at 50 to 80 ℃, then cooled, and the steps of screen printing, baking and cooling are repeated for 3 to 4 times.

10. A printed slide fastener characterized in that a font or a pattern is printed on the surface of the slide fastener or the surface of the woven tape by using the printing ink according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

Technical Field

Background

The zipper is an important component of the clothing accessories, along with the development of human social economy and scientific technology, the zipper is developed from an initial metal material to a non-metal material, a single variety and single function to a multi-variety and multi-specification comprehensive function, and the zipper is developed from a simple structure to the modern exquisite and beautiful appearance and colorful and has passed through a long evolution process. The performance, structure and material of the small zipper are changed day by day, the small zipper has wide application, and the small zipper extends into various fields of aerospace, aviation, military, medical treatment, civil use and the like, plays an increasingly large role in the life of people, and shows the importance and vitality of the small zipper more and more.

The zipper is most widely applied to the field of clothes, and is personalized in design and production in order to present rich and colorful printing effect and brand effect and combine with the current popular trend. The surface of the zipper and the surface of the slider pendant are printed with characters or patterns, so that the zipper has great market demand.

At present, resin and toner are generally used in the market, and printing is carried out on the surface of a zipper. However, large zipper products produced by this method often have poor brightness, and since the zipper is frequently pulled up and down in the daily use process, the slider is pulled up and down on the printed zipper, which rubs the surface of the body, causing damage to the body and scratches.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide printing ink, application thereof and a printed zipper.

The invention provides printing ink which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

preferably, the solid content of the polyurethane resin is 40-50%; the viscosity of the polyurethane resin is 10000-14000 mpa.s;

the mass fraction of the polyurethane resin is 40-60%.

Preferably, the isocyanate resin contains 85-95% by mass of isocyanate polymer and 5-15% by mass of butyl stearate;

the isocyanate resin has the content of-NCO of 19 +/-0.5 percent, the nonvolatile component of 90 +/-1 percent, the viscosity at 230 ℃ of 550 +/-750 mpa.s and the color value of less than or equal to 40.

The mass fraction of the isocyanate resin is 20-30%.

Preferably, the mass fraction of the polyether modified silicone oil is 0.5-0.8%.

Preferably, the mass fraction of the polysiloxane is 0.5-0.8%.

Preferably, the solvent is dipropylene glycol butyl ether.

Preferably, the defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent.

The mass fraction of the defoaming agent is 0.5-0.8%.

Preferably, the dispersant is an alcohol amine organic matter;

The invention provides application of the printing ink in printing zippers, wherein the printing ink is printed on the surface of a zipper or the surface of a woven tape by using a screen printing method, the zipper or the woven tape is baked for 20-30s at 50-80 ℃, then cooled, and the steps of screen printing, baking and cooling are repeated for 3-4 times.

The invention provides a lettering zipper, wherein the surface of the zipper or the surface of a woven belt is printed with fonts or patterns by using the printing ink.

Detailed Description

The invention provides printing ink which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

in the invention, the solid content of the polyurethane resin is preferably 40-50%, and more preferably 42-45%; the viscosity of the polyurethane resin is 10000-14000 mpa & s, and more preferably 12000-13000 mpa & s; the polyurethane resin is a main material of the printing ink, and the mass fraction of the polyurethane resin is preferably 30-70%, more preferably 35-65%, and most preferably 40-60%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 37%, 56%, or 70%.

In the invention, the isocyanate resin is a novel environment-friendly isocyanate resin, so that the crosslinking density of the ink coating is greatly improved, and the adhesive force and the water resistance are obviously improved. In the invention, the isocyanate resin contains 85-95% of isocyanate polymer and 5-15% of butyl stearate by mass fraction, and more preferably 90% of isocyanate polymer and 10% of butyl stearate; in the isocyanate resin, the content of-NCO is 19 +/-0.5%, the content of nonvolatile components is 90 +/-1%, the viscosity at 230 ℃ is 550 +/-750 mpa.s, and the color value is less than or equal to 40; the mass fraction of the isocyanate resin is preferably 10 to 40%, more preferably 15 to 35%, most preferably 20 to 30%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 6.8%, 20%, or 37.8%. The source of the isocyanate resin is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the isocyanate resin in the present invention is available from 3390 type of Bayer corporation, and can satisfy the above physical parameters.

In the present invention, the polyether-modified silicone oil is used as a leveling agent, and silicone having a strong surface tension reducing effect can prevent surface defects such as yarn holes, needle holes, bubbles and orange peel; can also prevent surface blister, improve leveling and improve the flatness and brightness of the paint film. The polysiloxane is used as a wetting agent, so that the surface tension is reduced strongly, pigment particles are wetted strongly, the pigment is uniformly dispersed, and the color stability and the brightness of the pigment are improved. The polyether modified silicone oil and the polysiloxane are used in a matching manner, so that the fluidity and the permeability of the ink coating are greatly improved, and the brightness is obviously improved.

The mass fraction of the polyether modified silicone oil is preferably 0.3-1%, more preferably 0.5-0.8%, and specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, may be 0.3%, 0.5%, or 0.8%; the polysiloxane is preferably 0.3 to 1% by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 0.8% by mass, and specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, may be 0.3%, 0.5% or 0.8%.

The invention has no special limitation on the types of the toners, the toners commonly used in the field can be used in the printing ink formula of the invention, and can be selected according to actual requirements and pattern styles in the specific implementation process, and the invention is not repeated again. The mass fraction of the toner is preferably 5 to 20%, more preferably 10 to 15%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 12%.

In the present invention, the solvent is preferably cyclohexanone; the mass fraction of the solvent is preferably 5 to 20%, more preferably 10 to 15%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 10%.

In the present invention, the defoaming agent is an organosilicon defoaming agent, preferably polysiloxane, the specific component of the defoaming agent in the present invention is a mixture of a foam breaking polymer and polysiloxane, and the solvent used in the defoaming agent is alkylbenzene and isobutanol in a volume ratio of 11: 2. The mass fraction of the defoaming agent is preferably 0.3 to 1%, more preferably 0.5 to 0.8%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 0.3%, 0.5%, or 0.8%.

In the present invention, the dispersant is preferably an alcohol amine organic substance, and more specifically, may be a modified alcohol amine organic substance, which can improve the tinting strength, uniformity and color vividness of the ink. The mass fraction of the dispersant is preferably 0.3 to 1%, more preferably 0.5 to 0.8%, and specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, may be 0.3% or 0.5%.

According to the invention, the printing ink is preferably obtained by putting the raw materials except the solvent in the formula into a dispersion machine according to a proportion, uniformly dispersing at a high speed, and mixing the prepared mixture with the solvent. In the invention, the feeding sequence is not divided into sequence.

The invention also provides a lettering zipper, wherein the surface of the zipper or the surface of the woven tape is printed with the printing ink of any one of claims 1-8 to form characters or patterns.

The invention also provides application of the printing ink in lettering zippers, which specifically comprises the following steps:

printing the printing ink on the surface of the zipper or the surface of the woven belt by using a screen printing method, baking for 20-30 seconds at 50-80 ℃, cooling, and repeating the steps of screen printing, baking and cooling for 3-4 times to obtain the printed zipper.

In the invention, the surface of the zipper or the surface of the woven belt can be printed with ink according to the following process flow:

(1) manufacturing a silk screen plate;

(2) mixing corresponding printing ink;

(3) the zipper is stacked and placed in the corresponding groove;

(4) machine printing;

(5) randomly baking (50-80 ℃);

(6) cooling;

(7) and (5) circulating the steps (4) to (6) for about 3-4 times.

In the present invention, the steps (1) - (4) and (6) are all technical methods well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein again.

In the invention, the baking temperature is preferably 50-80 ℃, and more preferably 60-70 ℃; the baking time is preferably 20 to 30 seconds.

The invention provides printing ink which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-70% of polyurethane resin; 10-40% of isocyanate resin; 0.3-1% of polyether modified silicone oil; 0.3-1% of polysiloxane; 5-20% of toner; 5-20% of a solvent; 0.3-1% of defoaming agent; 0.3-1% of dispersing agent. Comparative example

The printed zipper was prepared according to the recipe of the comparative example and the process flow of example 1.
